Claims
- 1. A mixing bottle of air and reducing substances in dermabrasion treatments, wherein the mixing bottle is a disposable sterilized substantially cylindrical body, the mixing bottle containing the reducing substances and provided with connections respectively to connect to a valve and a pneumatic duct leading to a handle, one of the connections extending inside the mixing bottle with a suction tube provided with a hole through which the reducing substances enter into the pneumatic duct, the mixing bottle being filled with the reducing substances in a sterilized environment and then sealed by connection plugs.
- 2. The mixing bottle according to claim 1, wherein the mixing bottle is adapted to sit onto a cup-like region of a tray, and wherein said connection plugs each includes bottom rubber layers which are capable of being pierced by a portion of the cup, so that the mixing bottle is connected with the valve and with the handle.
- 3. The mixing bottle according to claim 1, wherein the mixing bottle is made of plastic material.
- 4. The mixing bottle according to claim 1, wherein the mixing bottle is made of polycarbonate sterilizable by an autoclave or by UV rays.
- 5. A mixing bottle for use in dermabrasion, wherein the mixing bottle is formed as a one-piece block, the mixing bottle comprising:
- a casing; and
- a suction tube provided inside the casing, the suction tube including at least one hole for receiving contents disposed within the casing;
- a first connection plug for connecting to a valve that supplies air under pressure to the mixing bottle, the first connection plug maintaining the casing in a closed environment prior to connection with the valve; and
- a second connection plug coupled to the suction tube for providing an air-substance mixture to a handle and for maintaining the casing in the closed environment prior to connection with the handle,
- wherein the mixing bottle is filled with the contents in a sterilized environment and then sealed with the first and second connection plugs to maintain a sterilized state of the contents even when the mixing bottle is removed from the sterilized environment.
- 6. The mixing bottle according to claim 5, wherein the air under pressure mixes with contents disposed within the casing to cause a portion of the contents to be forced into the at least one hole as the air-substance mixture, to be provided to the handle and to a patient to be dermabraded.
- 7. The mixing bottle according to claim 6, wherein the first and second connection plugs each includes a rubber stopper at an end thereof, the rubber stopper providing for maintaining the sterilized state of the contents within the casing in a time period prior to the mixing bottle being connected to the valve and the handle and after the mixing bottle has been removed from the sterilized environment.
- 8. The mixing bottle according to claim 7, wherein the contents are an aluminum by-product.
- 9. The mixing bottle according to claim 6, wherein the at least one hole is located on a lower-half portion of the suction tube.
- 10. The mixing bottle according to claim 5, wherein mixing bottle is made from one of a glass material and a plastic material.
- 11. The mixing bottle according to claim 10, wherein the mixing bottle is to be disposed after a patient is dermabraded with the mixing bottle.
- 12. The mixing bottle according to claim 5, wherein the at least one hole is located on a lower-half portion of the suction tube.
- 13. A method of filling a mixing bottle for use in dermabrading, the mixing bottle including a first connection for connecting to a valve and a second connection for connecting to a handle, the mixing bottle further including reducing substances to be applied to a patient by way of the second connection and the handle, the method comprising:
- a) adding the reducing substances to the mixing bottle in a sterilized environment to create a sterilized condition of the reducing substances;
- b) sealing the first and second connections with plugs while the mixing bottle is in the sterilized environment and after the step a);
- c) thereafter connecting the valve and the handle to the mixing bottle to perform dermabrasion on the patient, wherein the first and second connections are configured to open up to allow the mixing bottle to be connected to the valve and the handle while maintaining the sterilized condition of the reducing substances.
