Claims
- 1. A process for increasing growth and improving feed efficiency in nonruminant animals which comprises feeding said animals a feed composition containing from about 20 to 200 ppm of Compound 36,926.
- 2. A process for increasing growth and improving feed efficiency in non-ruminant animals which comprises feeding said animals a feed composition containing from about 10 to 100 ppm of Compound 36,926 with an effective growth producing amount of a compound selected from the group consisting of Compound 37,277, Compound 37,932 and mixture thereof.
- 3. A process for increasing growth and improving feed efficiency in non-ruminant animals which comprises feeding said animals a feed composition containing from about 10 to 100 ppm of an antibiotic mixture produced by cultivating Actinoplanes auranticolor ATCC 31011 or Actinoplanes azureus ATCC 31157 under submerged aerobic conditions in an aqueous nutrient medium containing an assimilable source of carbon and nitrogen until substantial antibiotic activity is obtained and separating said antibiotic mixture therefrom.
