Claims
- 1. A compound having the structure of a modified block polymer (I), built up, corresponding to the formula, from
- a) 1 to 10 trivalent or tetravalent block oxyalkylate units based on diamines (aminoxyalkylates) having the general formula (Ia) ##STR2## b) monovalent acid radicals symbolized by the general formula (Ib)
- --Z (Ib),
- and, when two or more formula units (Ia) are present, additionally from
- c) divalent groups of the general formula (Ic)
- --CO--B--CO-- (Ic),
- where each of the free valences indicated in the formula units (Ia) is defined in a manner such that it is bonded, independently of one another, directly to one formula unit (Ib) in each case or to a valence of the formula unit (Ic), and where, in the formula units (Ia) to (Ic),
- A represents C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 -alkylene, C.sub.6 H.sub.10 -(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylene)-C.sub.6 H.sub.10, C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -arylene, C.sub.7 -C.sub.14 -alkylarylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 -cycloalkylene, C.sub.2 -C.sub.24 -alkylene or represents a combination of the divalent groups listed and,
- X represents identical or different groups of the formulae --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -- or --CH.sub.2 CH(CH.sub.3)--,
- n represents identical or different numbers from 1 to 100,
- R represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl group or divalent group of the formula --(X--O).sub.n -- with one free valence as defined above and indicated by (--),
- B represents a straight-chain C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkylene, an alkylene radical of a dicarboxylic acid based on dimerized C.sub.11 -C.sub.24 -fatty acids, cyclohexylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.12 -arylene or a group of the formula --CH.dbd.CH-- or --CH.sub.2 CH(SO.sub.3 M)-- in which M is a cation,
- Z represents identical or different radicals Z.sup.1 to Z.sup.6,
- in which
- Z.sup.1 denotes hydrogen,
- Z.sup.2 denotes an acyl radical of the formula R.sup.1 --CO-- in which R.sup.1 denotes a straight-chain, saturated or unsaturated C.sub.7 -C.sub.21 -aliphatic hydrocarbon radical which, in addition, is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two hydroxyl groups or by one C.sub.5 -C.sub.12 -aryl or C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -hydroxyaryl radical,
- Z.sup.3 denotes an acyl radical of the formula R.sup.2 --CO-- in which R.sup.2 denotes a straight-chain, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which, in addition, is unsubstituted or substituted by C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -aryl, or denotes a phenyl or naphthyl radical or a monosubstituted to trisubstituted phenyl or naphthyl radical, the substituents being selected from the series consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkoxy, sulfo, hydroxyl, amino, C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkylamino, di-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkyl)amino, C.sub.2 -C.sub.5 -acylamido, aceto-acetamido, aminocarbonyl, C.sub.1 C.sub.4 -alkylaminocarbonyl and di-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl)aminocarbonyl,
- Z.sup.4 denotes an acyl radical of a monofunctional resin acid of the colophonium type,
- Z.sup.5 denotes an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COOM in which B has the defined meaning and M represents a cation, and
- Z.sup.6 denotes an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COO--(X--O).sub.m --Y--R.sup.3, in which B and X have the meanings mentioned, Y is a direct bond or a group of the formula CO, m is a number from 1 to 150 in the case where Y=CO and a number from 0 to 150 in the case where Y=a direct bond, and R.sup.3 is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic C.sub.3 -C.sub.24 -hydrocarbon radical;
- wherein two or more radicals Z represent a combination of Z.sup.2 with one or more of the radicals Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, or Z.sup.6 ; or a combination of Z.sup.5 with Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4 or Z.sup.6 or a combination of Z.sup.4 with Z.sup.3.
- 2. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein
- A is a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkylene or a group of the formula --C.sub.6 H.sub.10 --(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylene )--C.sub.6 H.sub.10 --, 80 to 100% of the X represent groups of the formula --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --,
- B is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkylene, an alkylene radical of a dicarboxylic acid based on dimerized unsaturated C.sub.16 -C.sub.18 -fatty acids, 1,2-, 1,3- or 1,4-phenylene, or a group of the formula --CH.dbd.CH-- or --CH.sub.2 CH(SO.sub.3 M)-- in which M is a cation, and
- n is 1 to 20.
- 3. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein
- Z.sup.2 is an alkyl radical of a fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms.
- 4. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein
- Z.sup.3 is phenyl, naphthyl, or a monosubstituted to trisubstituted phenyl or naphthyl radical, wherein the substituents being selected from the series consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, hydroxyl, amino, acetamido or acetoacetamido.
- 5. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein
- Z.sup.5 is an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COOM in which B is a group of the formula --CH.sub.2 --CH(SO.sub.3 M)-- or --C.sub.6 H.sub.4 --, and M is a cation.
- 6. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein
- Z.sup.6 is an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COO--(X--O).sub.m --Y--R.sup.3, in which B and X have the meanings mentioned, Y is a direct bond or a group of the formula CO, m is a number from 1 to 50 in the case where Y=CO and a number from 0 to 50 in the case where Y=a direct bond, and Y--R.sup.3 is an alkyl radical of a fatty acid having 8 to 20 carbon atoms, a C.sub.8 -C.sub.20 -alkyl radical of a fatty alcohol, an acyl radical of a monofunctional resin acid, phenyl, naphthyl, C.sub.7 -C.sub.20 -alkylphenyl or C.sub.11 -C.sub.24 -alkylnaphthyl.
- 7. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are at least two trivalent or tetravalent block oxyalkylate units based on diamines of the general formula Ia.
- 8. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein X represents at least one --CH.sub.2 CH(CH.sub.3)--.
- 9. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein 80 to 100% of the X represents groups of the formula --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --.
- 10. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least 25% of the Z are selected from the radicals of the formulae consisting of Z.sup.2, Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, Z.sup.5 and Z.sup.6.
- 11. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least 50% of the Z are selected from the radicals of the formulae consisting of Z.sup.2, Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, Z.sup.5 and Z.sup.6.
- 12. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein a compound consists of an ester based on malonic acid and diaminoethane that contains 4 propyleneoxide groups and 24 ethyleneoxide groups and oleic acid.
- 13. A compound having the structure of a modified block polymer (I), built up, corresponding to the formula, from
- a) 2 to 10 trivalent or tetravalent block oxyalkylate units based on diamines (aminoxyalkylates) having the general formula (Ia) ##STR3## b) monovalent acid radicals symbolized by the general formula (Ib)
- --Z (Ib),
- and
- c) divalent groups of the general formula (Ic)
- --CO--B--CO-- (Ic),
- where each of the free valences indicated in the formula units (Ia) is defined in a manner such that it is bonded, independently of one another, directly to one formula unit (Ib) in each case or to a valence of the formula unit (Ic), and where, in the formula units (Ia) to (Ic),
- A represents C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 -alkylene, C.sub.6 H.sub.10 -(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylene)-C.sub.6 H.sub.10, C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -arylene, C.sub.7 -C.sub.14 -alkylarylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 -cycloalkylene or C.sub.2 -C.sub.24 -alkylene, or represents a combination of the divalent groups listed and,
- X represents identical or different groups of the formulae --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -- or --CH.sub.2 CH--(CH.sub.3)--,
- n represents identical or different numbers from 1 to 100,
- R represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl group or divalent group of the formula --(X--O).sub.n -- with one free valence as defined above and indicated by (--),
- B represents a straight-chain C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkylene, an alkylene radical of a dicarboxylic acid based on dimerized C.sub.11 -C.sub.24 -fatty acids, cyclohexylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.12 -arylene or a group of the formula --CH.dbd.CH-- or --CH.sub.2 CH(SO.sub.3 M)-- in which M is a cation,
- Z represents identical or different radicals Z.sup.1 to Z.sup.6,
- in which
- Z.sup.1 denotes hydrogen,
- Z.sup.2 denotes an acyl radical of the formula R.sup.1 --CO-- in which R.sup.1 denotes a straight-chain, saturated or unsaturated C.sub.7 -C.sub.21 -aliphatic hydrocarbon radical which, in addition, is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two hydroxyl groups or by one C.sub.5 -C.sub.12 -aryl or C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -hydroxyaryl radical,
- Z.sup.3 denotes an acyl radical of the formula R.sup.2 --CO-- in which R.sup.2 denotes a straight-chain, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which, in addition, is unsubstituted or substituted by C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -aryl, or denotes a phenyl or naphthyl radical or a monosubstituted to trisubstituted phenyl or naphthyl radical, the substituents being selected from the series consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkoxy, sulfo, hydroxyl, amino, C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 alkylamino, di-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkyl)amino, C.sub.2 -C.sub.5 -acylamido, aceto-acetamido, aminocarbonyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylaminocarbonyl and di-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl)aminocarbonyl,
- Z.sup.4 denotes an acyl radical of a monofunctional resin acid of the colophonium type,
- Z.sup.5 denotes an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COOM in which B has the defined meaning and M represents a cation, and
- Z.sup.6 denotes an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COO--(X--O).sub.m --Y--R.sup.3, in which B and X have the meanings mentioned, Y is a direct bond or a group of the formula CO, m is a number from 1 to 150 in the case where Y=CO and a number from 0 to 150 in the case where Y=a direct bond, and R.sup.3 is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic C.sub.3 -C.sub.24 -hydrocarbon radical where at least one radical Z represents a radical from the group consisting of Z.sup.2, Z.sup.4 and Z.sup.6.
- 14. The compound as claimed in claim 13, wherein Z represents a radical selected from the group consisting of Z.sup.4 and Z.sup.6.
- 15. The compound as claimed in claim 13, wherein Z represents a combination of Z.sup.2 with one or more radicals Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, or Z.sup.6.
- 16. The compound as claimed in claim 13, wherein 80 to 100% of the X represents groups of the formula --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --.
- 17. The compound as claimed in claim 13, wherein at least 25% of the Z are selected from the radicals of the formulae consisting of Z.sup.2, Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, Z.sup.5 and Z.sup.6.
- 18. The compound as claimed in claim 13, wherein at least 50% of the Z are selected from the radicals of the formulae consisting of Z.sup.2, Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, Z.sup.5 and Z.sup.6.
- 19. A compound having the structure of a modified block polymer (I), built up, corresponding to the formula, from
- a) 1 to 10 trivalent or tetravalent block oxyalkylate units based on diamines (aminoxyalkylates) having the general formula (Ia) ##STR4## b) monovalent acid radicals symbolized by the general formula (Ib)
- --Z (Ib),
- and, when two or more formula units (Ia) are present, additionally from
- c) divalent groups of the general formula (Ic)
- --CO--B--CO-- (Ic),
- where each of the free valences indicated in the formula units (Ia) is defined in a manner such that it is bonded, independently of one another, directly to one formula unit (Ib) in each case or to a valence of the formula unit (Ic), and where, in the formula units (Ia) to (Ic),
- A represents C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 -alkylene, C.sub.6 H.sub.10 -(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylene)--C.sub.6 H.sub.10, C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -arylene, C.sub.7 -C.sub.14 -alkylarylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 -cycloalkylene, C.sub.2 -C.sub.24 -alkylene or represents a combination of the divalent groups listed and,

- a) 1 to 10 trivalent or tetravalent block oxyalkylate units based on diamines (aminoxyalkylates) having the general formula (Ia) ##STR5## b) monovalent acid radicals symbolized by the general formula (Ib)
- --Z (Ib),
- and, when two or more formula units (Ia) are present, additionally from
- c) divalent groups of the general formula (Ic)
- --CO--B--CO-- (Ic),
- where each of the free valences indicated in the formula units (Ia) is defined in a manner such that it is bonded, independently of one another, directly to one formula unit (Ib) in each case or to a valence of the formula unit (Ic), and where, in the formula units (Ia) to (Ic),
- A represents C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 -alkylene, C.sub.6 H.sub.10 -(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylene)-C.sub.6 H.sub.10, C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 -arylene, C.sub.7 -C.sub.14 -alkylarylene, C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 -cycloalkylene, C.sub.2 -C.sub.24 -alkylene or represents a combination of the divalent groups listed and,

- Z.sup.6 denotes an acyl radical of the formula --CO--B--COO--(X--O).sub.m --Y--R.sup.3, in which B and X have the meanings mentioned, Y is a direct bond or a group of the formula CO, m is a number from 1 to 150 in the case where Y=CO and a number from 0 to 150 in the case where Y=a direct bond, and R.sup.3 is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic C.sub.3 -C.sub.24 -hydrocarbon radical;
- wherein Z represents a combination of Z.sup.2 with at least two different radicals selected from the group consisting of Z.sup.3, Z.sup.4, Z.sup.5 and Z.sup.6.
