It should be noted that the following description only relates to some specific embodiments of the inventive concept and are only part of the embodiments of the invention, specific and direct descriptions of relevant structures are merely for the convenience of understanding the invention, and the specific features do not, of course, directly limit the implementation scope of the invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 21, the invention adopts the following technical solution: a modular furniture in which five components are orderly spliced to form a first sofa unit (as shown in FIG. 11) and a second sofa unit (as shown in FIG. 19), where the first sofa unit and the second sofa unit respectively form a first sofa unit frame 301 as shown in FIG. 1 and a second sofa unit frame 302 as shown in FIG. 12 after removing attachments on their surfaces, and then the first sofa unit and the second sofa unit are combined with each other to form a linear modular furniture, an L-shaped modular furniture or a U-shaped modular furniture.
Here, the first sofa unit is mainly used at a middle position of a sofa or on a certain side of an elongated shape, and the second sofa unit is used at a corner. For example, three first sofa units and two second sofa units can be assembled into an L-shaped modular furniture. Therefore, the modular furniture of the invention can be obtained by assembling and connecting corresponding components selected according to user needs, thereby enabling the assembled furniture to have different shapes. Manufacturers can sell corresponding quantities of first and second sofa units or corresponding components constituting them according to different user procurement needs, thereby reducing production costs and providing diversified furniture products.
In the present embodiment, the first component 31, the second component 32, the third component 33, the fourth component 34, and the fifth component 35 are all composed of a frame formed by welding hollow metal tubes (as shown in FIGS. 7, 8, 9, 17, and 18) and a surface attachment member (e.g. rattan woven layer 5 shown in FIGS. 11 and 19) mounted on the frame.
The first sofa unit assembled by plugging is as shown in FIG. 11, and the metal frame after removing the rattan woven layer 5 is formed into the first sofa unit frame 301 as shown in FIG. 1.
