1. Field of the Disclosure
This invention is generally directed to a shelf, and more particularly to a locker shelf commonly used in office, home, school dormitory and other places for storing small items such as samples, tools, documents, design drawings, bills, forms etc. in daily life. Usually a locker shelf is placed in a locker for organizing storage to improve use of locker space and to organize stored items.
2. Description of Related Art
Presently most shelf construction consists of several upright posts and predetermined amount of shelf board: To connect the shelf board and the upright post, set up screw hole is fixed at predetermined position of upright post, and the shelf board is installed to the upright post by screws and other fasteners to finish the fixed composition of shelf directly. Because all parts are fixed, the space cannot be changed by adjusting the shelf position flexibly according to needs. Besides, the stress of this shelf is concentrated at the connection part between screw and screw hole, as a result, the construction strength is not enough to bear heavy loading, which limits the practical value of shelf. The storage space of locker with above shelf is single pattern because the space cannot be adjusted flexibly, which limits the storage function of locker.
Designing a new locker shelf is necessary to improve the locker storage capacity and to provide a firm structure, and to make it easy for assembling and disassembling shelf to be placed in locker by adjusting the space flexibly according to needs.

The present invention is to overcome the weakness of existing techniques, and to provide a firm shelf that can adjust the space according to needs. The shelf can be placed in the locker to improve the storage organizing function. This shelf is easy for assembling and dissembling and also it is convenient for transport. These advantages help to expand the use of shelf.

The top shelf board and bottom shelf board can be disassembled and connected with two side frames, and middle shelf board can be disassembled and connected with side frame and middle side frame. The pattern can be changed by adjusting shelf board position flexibly according to needs, to improve the storage organization function of shelf. At the same time, the amount of middle side frame and middle shelf board can be increased according to needs, to expand the space of shelf.
The both side frame and middle side frame include upright posts and rails fixed between upright posts.
Both top shelf board and bottom shelf board are provided with support rod that is used for installing middle side frame; middle side frame is set between top shelf board and bottom shelf board through the connection of upright post and support rod.
The support rod is a “U” shaped rod, the horizontal part of “U” shaped support rod is fixed in the bottom of top shelf board and top of bottom shelf board, the connection of upright post and vertical part of “U” shaped support rod can set the middle side frame between top shelf board and bottom shelf board. The “U” shaped support rod can enhance the connection of top shelf board and bottom shelf board with middle side frame.
The two sides of top shelf board, middle shelf board and bottom shelf board are designed with fastening part.
Top shelf board and bottom shelf board can be disassembled and connected with two side frames for connecting the fastening part with the rail on two side frames to achieve the connection of top shelf board and bottom shelf board with two side frames.
The middle shelf board can be disassembled and connected with side frame and middle side frame, and it is fixed between side frame and middle side frame. A fastening part connected with rail on side frame and middle side frame to achieve the connection of middle shelf board with side frame and middle side frame, and it is fixed between side frame and middle side frame.
The design of fastening part in this invention makes the top shelf board, middle shelf board and bottom shelf board easy to remove and change their position on the locker shelf, which can change the pattern of locker shelf by adjusting the shelf board position flexibly according to needs, thus to improve the storage capacity. To connect the top shelf board and bottom shelf board with side frame, the middle shelf board and side frame with middle side frame, it only needs to connect fastening part and rail, which makes the locker shelf convenient for assembling, disassembling and transport.
The cross section of fastening part is “U” shaped; the length is same as two side edges fixed them. The length of fastening part (“U” shaped in cross section) is the same as two side edges of top shelf board, middle shelf board and bottom shelf board, this can enlarge the contact area of top shelf board and bottom shelf board with two side frames, also increase the contact area of middle shelf board with side frame and middle side frame. This can fix the top shelf board, middle shelf board and bottom shelf board on the locker shelf, enhance the structure strength of locker shelf, it also can increase the loading capacity to improve its use value.
In this invention, the top shelf board, middle shelf board, bottom shelf board can be made of other materials such as metal panel, wooden panel, mesh panel, plastic panel etc. to satisfy to the market demand.
The upright post of side frame and middle side frame are welded together with rail; the two ends of rail are designed with installing part fits to upright post surface. The upright post in this invention is in round tube shape, so the installing part of rail fits to upright post which is in arc shape. This design can enlarge the contact area of rail and upright post to enhance structure strength of side frame and middle side frame.

The two sides of top shelf board 2, middle shelf board 5 and bottom shelf board 3 are designed with fastening part 10 which is “U” shaped in cross section. The length of fastening part 10 is the same as two side edges, and is fixed with the edges. The structure of locker shelf in this invention is simple.
