BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to provide representation in our modern-day global society. The invention can act as representation for the underrepresented groups, such as but not limited to ethnic groups, gender groups, etc. of the population by various customizable image options that can be stacked to represent individuality and diversity in the form of a sticker “avatar” or “icon”. The various “sticker elements” when stacked can create a unique identity.
1. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The printed, produced, illustrated or decoration (hereinafter referred to as “artwork”), and the invention (hereinafter referred to as “sticker element(s)”) is “artwork” printed on paper, plastic, vinyl, or other material with high tack adhesive/glue on one side, with a removable paper backing as shown in (FIG. 4) are independently created. “Sticker elements” are individual detachable elements that one can stack on top of another as shown in (FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 9, FIG. 10 and FIG. 11) and each “sticker element” includes “artwork” unique to that “sticker element”. This allows the “sticker elements” to be customized, changed, removed, and replaced.
The invention uses a sequence of sticker elements stacked on top of one another to create a “sticker unit”. A basic “sticker unit” is comprised of (a) a front elevation view base body or humanoid avatar shape, in various distinct skin tones and three shape choices (“oval,” “square,” and “round,”) as shown in (FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3), (b) a hair accessory in a variety of distinct styles, colors and materials, and (c) a clothing/apparel accessory as shown in (FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 8, FIG. 10, FIG. 11, and FIG. 12). A minimum “sticker unit” includes all the above-mentioned “sticker elements”, and comes in four different sizes (“large”, “medium”, “small”, and “extra small”) (FIG. 13) that may be attached on different objects, devices, etc.
