Claims
- 1. A method of treating central nervous system diseases and conditions in a mammal, comprising administering a compound that interacts with and modifies one of the redox sites of the NMDA receptor in said mammal.
- 2. A method of treating central nervous system diseases and conditions in a mammal, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound that interacts with and modifies one of the redox sites of the NMDA receptor in said mammal, wherein said compound is one of the class of S-substituted glutathione derivatives.
