The present invention relates to a moisture proof container in which an air-permeable isolation cardboard includes a plurality of stopping pores to stop dusts flowing into a body from a drier, when the body is hit, thus preventing contaminating a storage object in the moisture proof container.
A conventional airtight container is employed to prevent a storage object from getting moist, so a drier is placed in the airtight container to absorb moisture, and the storage object and the drier are separated by an air-permeable isolation cardboard. However, when the airtight container is hit, dusts flow into the airtight container through a plurality of pores of the air-permeable isolation cardboard to contaminate the storage object.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a moisture proof container in which an air-permeable isolation cardboard includes a plurality of stopping pores to stop dusts flowing into a body from a drier, when the body is hit, thus preventing contaminating a storage object in the moisture proof container.
Another primary objective of the present invention is to provide a moisture proof container in which a lid is covered on the body, and a locking shoulder is retained in a fixing groove to close an opening of the body completely.
The lip 10 is made of plastic material and includes a connecting portion 11 mounted on a rear end thereof and one piece formed with the body 20 so that the lid 10 uncovers or covers an opening 21 on a top end of the body 20 by ways of the connecting portion 11. The lid 10 also includes a pulling portion 12 disposed on a front end thereof so as to open the lid 10 by pulling the pulling portion 12 upwardly and includes a locking shoulder 13 arranged around an inner wall thereof.
The body 20 includes a first retaining tab 22 formed around an outer wall thereof and a second retaining tab 23 arranged around the outer wall thereof below the first retaining tab 22, such that a fixing groove 24 is defined between the first retaining tab 22 and the second retaining tab 23, and when the lid 10 is covered onto the opening 21 of the body 20, the locking shoulder 13 is retained in the fixing groove 24 to close the opening 21 of the body 20 completely. The body 20 also includes a lock loop 25 arranged around a lower side of an inner wall thereof to position the air-permeable isolation cardboard 30 and the air-permeable fixer 40, and the drier 50 is disposed on a bottom end of the inner wall of the body 20 by using the air-permeable isolation cardboard 30 and the air-permeable fixer 40, wherein the inner wall of the body 20 is formed in a cone shape, and the body 20 further includes a plurality of longitudinal ribs 26 equidistantly arranged on the inner wall thereof, wherein between any two longitudinal ribs 26 is defined a longitudinal slot 27 for flowing air and fixing the air-permeable fixer 40, such that the air-permeable fixer 40 is fixed on the inner wall of the body 20 above the drier 50 securely.
The air-permeable isolation cardboard 30 is made of moisture-proof absorbent material and includes a plurality of stopping pores 31 defined therein to flow the air and to stop dusts flowing into the body 20 from the drier 50, when the body 20 is hit.
The air-permeable fixer 40 includes a plurality of air orifices 41 formed thereon and a plurality of longitudinal affixing protrusions 42 equidistantly arranged on a peripheral side thereof, wherein between any two longitudinal affixing protrusions 42 is defined a breathable space 43, and an inner wall of the air-permeable fixer 40 is formed in a cone shape, such that the air-permeable fixer 40 is mounted in the body 20 tightly by the lock loop 25 of the body 20 (as shown in
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
