DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following are specific embodiments of the utility model and further describe the technical scheme of the utility model with reference to the drawings, but the utility model is not limited to these embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connecting structure for a molded paper pulp cover plate and flip cover comprises a cup cover plate 10, and the outer edge of the upper surface of the cup cover plate 10 is formed with an upward convex annular protrusion, and a concave recessed area is formed between the annular protrusion and the upper surface of the cup cover plate 10. The cup cover plate 10 is provided with a tearable turnover flip cover 20 which is formed integrally with the cup cover plate 10. When the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is overturned relative to the cup cover plate 10, a drinking hole 30 is formed on the cup cover plate 10. In a preferred embodiment, the drinking hole 30 is in any shape of round, oval and square.

Of course, it can also be various drinking holes with irregular shapes, as long as it can meet the use requirements.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6,

The rear side of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of the drinking hole 30 through at least one turnover stress connection point 40. In a preferred embodiment, the rear side of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of the drinking hole 30 through two turnover stress connection points 40 which are arranged at intervals.

The circumferential side edge of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the drinking hole 30 by means of a tear line; the drinking hole 30 is a tapered drinking hole of which the inner diameter gradually reduces from top to bottom; circumferential side edge 200 of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is an inclined side edge arranged outward from top to bottom. When the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is torn and overturned, it is difficult for the circumferential side of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 to contact with the hole wall of the tapered drinking hole because the drinking hole is tapered, so as to improve the smoothness of tearing and overturning, and to avoid blocking or even jamming caused by mutual contact.

At the same time, the design of the tapered drinking hole can reduce the crack width of the tear line, which can further improve the thermal insulation performance.

The circumferential side edge 200 and the hole wall of the drinking hole 30 form an acute angle.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6,

To facilitate tearing, the tear line in the embodiment comprises an U-shaped section 10a away from the side of the turnover stress connecting point 40 and arc-shaped sections 10b located at the two ends of the U-shaped section 10a; tearable connecting points 50 are formed between the U-shaped section 10a and the arc-shaped sections 10b, and the two tearable connecting points 50 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis line of the drinking hole 30; a vertical distance 1 L1 from the tearable connecting points 50 to the bottom of the U-shaped section 10a is greater than a vertical distance 2 L2 from the tearable connecting points 50 to the turnover stress connecting points 40. With this design, the force bearing point of the trigger force is located in front of the tearable connecting points 50 when tearing. Because there is a certain distance between the force bearing point of the trigger force and the tearable connecting points 50, this distance can improve the tear off efficiency, reduce the force required for tear off, and further avoid shaking and leakage of liquid inside caused by a large tear off force.

The width of the turnover stress connection point 40 is greater than that of the tearable connecting points 50. This design is mainly to provide support strength during tearing and to facilitate tearing.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5,

The molded paper pulp cup cover comprises a cup cover plate 10, and an annular part 100 which is connected to outer fringe of the cup cover plate 10 and is integrally formed with the cup cover plate 10. A tearable turnover flip cover 20 which is integrally formed with the cup cover plate 10 is arranged on the cup cover plate 10, and a drinking hole 30 is formed in the cup cover plate 10 after the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is overturned relative to the cup cover plate 10; the rear side of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of the drinking hole 30 by means of two turnover stress connection points 40 which are arranged at intervals; the circumferential side edge of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the drinking hole 30 by means of a tear line; the drinking hole is a tapered drinking hole 30 of which the inner diameter gradually reduces from top to bottom; circumferential side edge of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is an inclined side edge arranged outward from top to bottom.

Similarly, such design is also to improve the thermal insulation performance and to facilitate the turnover after tearing, and to avoid collision.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2,

The cup cover plate 10 is provided with a downward concave formed flip cover clamping groove 101, and the tearable turnover flip cover 20 is clamped in the flip cover clamping groove 101 after being overturned relative to the cup cover plate 10. A downward concave formed flip cover clamping groove 101 is directly formed on the cup cover plate 10, which simplifies the overall structure. At the same time, the designed flip cover clamping groove 101 can be used to fix the tearable turnover flip cover 20 after it is overturned, so as to avoid the interference of the tearable turnover flip cover 20.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the tearable turnover flip cover 20 in this embodiment includes a closing plate body 2001, an upward convex contact protrusion 2011 is arranged on the upper surface of the closing plate body 2001, and a formed groove 2021 corresponding to the contact protrusion 2011 is arranged on the lower surface of the closing plate body 2001.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the flip cover clamping groove 101 has a fitting surface 1 that matches with the contact surface 201a and a fitting surface 2 that matches with the slope surface 201b. This design facilitates the pulling out of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 from the flip cover clamping groove 101, avoiding the formation of a vacuum between the tearable turnover flip cover 20 and the groove bottom of the flip cover clamping groove 101 which would result in difficulty in pulling out the tearable turnover flip cover 20.

The upward protrusion and the formed groove 2021 corresponding to the upward protrusion can save materials and reduce the weight of the cup cover.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the contact protrusion 2011 is provided with a contact surface 201a inclined forward from top to bottom, and a slope surface 201b connected between the top side of the contact surface 201a and the upper surface of the closing plate body 200.

The contact surface 201a forms an angle of 91-100° with the upper surface of the cup cover plate, which also facilitates demolding.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, the tear line comprises an U-shaped section 10a away from the side of the turnover stress connecting point 40 and arc-shaped sections 10b located at the two ends of the U-shaped section 10a; tearable connecting points 50 are formed between the U-shaped section 10a and the arc-shaped sections 10b, and the two tearable connecting points 50 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis line of the drinking hole 30; a vertical distance 1 L1 from the tearable connecting points 50 to the bottom of the U-shaped section 10a is greater than a vertical distance 2 L2 from the tearable connecting points 50 to the turnover stress connecting points 40.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, an inner convex locking part 100a is arranged on the lower side of the inner wall of the annular part 100. When the cup cover covers the cup mouth of the paper pulp cup, the inner convex locking part 100a is located on the lower side of the outer convex part of the outer wall of the cup mouth of the paper pulp cup, that is, the inner convex locking part 100a and the outer convex part form a sealing lock to avoid leakage of liquid.

The cup cover plate is also provided with an air outlet hole 102 away from the tearable turnover flip cover 20.

FIG. 7 shows the state of the torn and overturned tearable flip cover 20 along the tear line when overturned.

Embodiment 2

The circumferential side edge 200 and the hole wall of the drinking hole 30 form a right angle or an obtuse angle.

The specific embodiments described herein are only examples of the spirit of the utility model.
