Claims
- 1. A method of prefabricating a wall unit, comprising the steps of:preparing a mold of a predetermined building face; applying a first coat layer of predetermined material in said mold, said first coat layer adapted to form into a shape outlined by said mold; applying a laminate layer over said first coat layer; pressing said first coat layer and said laminate layer with a contoured lid portion to form a molded exterior panel; forming a vacuum to squeeze air out of the mold; removing said molded exterior panel from said mold; and adhesively attaching said molded exterior panel onto a frame support.
- 2. A method of prefabricating a wall unit according to claim 1, further comprising the step of:placing fiberglass strands in said laminate layer to provide structural support to said panel.
- 3. A method of prefabricating a wall unit according to claim 1, wherein said step of applying a laminate layer is further comprised of the steps of:applying at least one layer of resin material in a grid like pattern.
- 4. A method of prefabricating a wall unit according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:wiring said frame support with predetermined electrical lines and telephone lines for easy on-site installation; pressing said exterior panel to said frame; and injecting foam insulation into said pressed panel and frame structure.
