Claims
- 1. An MOS-type semiconductor integrated circuit comprising:a first circuit including at least first and second MOS transistors connected in series via a connection node and at least one current limiting element connected between said first MOS transistor and a supply voltage terminal, said first MOS transistor being set in a normally conductive state; and a second circuit connected between an input node connected to said connection node and an output node and including at least one third MOS transistor whose ON and OFF actions are controlled by a clock signal and a fourth MOS transistor connected in series to said third MOS transistor and set in a normally conductive state.
- 2. The MOS-type semiconductor integrated circuit according to claim 1, wherein said current limiting element includes a depletion type MOS transistor.
- 3. The MOS-type semiconductor integrated circuit according to claim 1, wherein said current limiting element includes a resistor.
