Claims
- 1. A motor control device for use in a camera system, comprising:
- a plurality of motors for driving first mechanisms of the camera system,
- a plurality of electromagnets for driving second mechanisms of the camera system,
- a decoder driver IC to which the motors and the electromagnets are connected through m number of output signal lines, and a sequence control circuit for generating n bits of control data where n is less than m, which are fed to the decoder driver IC in order to control the motors and the electromagnets,
- said decoder driver IC including a decoder for decoding the n data bits into m bit signals, each sent to the output signal lines for controlling the corresponding one of the motors and the electromagnets, and a driver for driving the motors and the electromagnets in accordance with the m bit signals from said decoder.
- 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein one of said motors is a lens driving motor for driving a photographic lens of the camera system.
- 3. The device according to claim 1, wherein one of said motors is a sequence control motor for sequence control of an exposure operation of the camera system.
- 4. The device according to claim 1, wherein one of said motors is a motor for winding a photographic film.
- 5. The device according to claim 1, wherein one of the electromagnets is for controlling a diaphragm.
- 6. The device according to claim 1, wherein one of the electromagnets is for controlling a shutter.
