Claims
- 1. In an inverter air conditioner for controlling room temperature to a predetermined temperature by controlling the number of revolutions of a compressor and controlling variables of the refrigerating cycle, including the opening degree of an expansion valve and the air quantity of the heat exchanger, said inverter air conditioner detecting a number-of-revolution command value for the compressor and changing controlled variables of the refrigerating cycle, such as the opening degree of said expansion valve and the air quantity of said heat exchanger, in accordance with said number-of-revolution command value thereby, achieving room temperature control.
- 2. In a converter module made up of a chopper circuit, formed of a rectifier circuit for converting AC to a DC voltage, a switching device, and a diode, and a control circuit for controlling the DC voltage by controlling said switching device, said converter module comprising a plurality of detection terminals with different DC voltage detection gains, a circuit for selecting one or more of said detection terminals in accordance with an external signal, and a circuit for controlling the DC voltage in accordance with the detected value from the selected detection terminal.
- 3. In a converter module made up of a chopper circuit, formed of a rectifier circuit for converting AC to a DC voltage, a switching device, and a diode, and a control circuit for controlling the DC voltage by controlling said switching device, said converter module comprising a circuit for providing plurality of DC voltage command values, a selector for selecting one of said DC voltage command values in accordance with an external signal, and a controller for controlling the DC voltage in accordance with the selected DC voltage command value.
- 4. In a controller having a controlled object whose state is changed by manipulating a plurality of different manipulated variables, said controller having one of said plurality of manipulated variables as a principal manipulated variable and having other manipulated variables adapted to be changeable by the principal manipulated variable thereby controlling the controlled object.
- 5. A controller according to claim 4, wherein said controller is a motor controller and said controlled object is a motor.
- 6. A controller according to claim 5, wherein said motor is a compressor motor of an inverter air conditioner.
- 7. A controller according to claim 5, wherein said motor controller includes a rectifier circuit for converting AC power to a DC voltage and a switching device, said switching device including a converter circuit constituted by a chopper circuit for controlling the DC voltage by utilizing a switching operation and the energy storing effect of an inductance.
- 8. A controller according to claim 4, wherein said controller controls a DC voltage, said controller including a converter module made up of a chopper circuit, formed of a rectifier circuit for converting AC to the DC voltage, a switching device, and a diode wherein said controller controls the DC voltage by controlling said switching device.
