Moreover, the second shock-absorbing sleeve comprises a third connecting part and a fourth connecting part, and the third connecting part abuts against the end surface of the mounting plate, the fourth connecting part is connected to the third connecting part at an angle, the fourth connecting part is partially located in the first mounting hole, and the fourth connecting parts abut against the second connecting part.
Moreover, the shock-absorbing assembly further comprises a gasket, the gasket is arranged on a side of the shock-absorbing seat, the side is away from the flange bushing and the gasket abuts against on an end surface of the shock-absorbing seat, the gasket is provides with a fourth mounting hole, the fourth mounting hole and the third mounting hole are hole-to-hole placed, and the mounting piece abuts against an end surface of the gasket, and the mounting piece is fixedly connected to the motor through the fourth mounting hole.
Moreover, the mounting plate is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, the motor shock-absorbing structure further comprising a plurality of shock-absorbing assemblies and a plurality of mounting pieces, the plurality of first mounting holes, the plurality of shock-absorbing assemblies and the plurality of mounting pieces are in one-to-one correspondence.
Moreover, the shock-absorbing seat is made of polyurethane material.
The second aspect of the invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle, which can include the described motor shock-absorbing structure above.
The beneficial effects of the invention:
In the motor shock-absorbing structure provided by the invention, the shock-absorbing seat is embedded in the first mounting hole of the mounting plate, and the flange bushing is clamped between the motor and the mounting plate to press the shock-absorbing seat, and the pulling force of the motor is transmitted to the shock-absorbing seat through the mounting piece. The mounting piece is connected to the motor through the third mounting hole, thereby connecting the mounting plate and the motor. After the shock being filtered by the shock-absorbing seat, it is transmitted to the mounting plate, thereby reducing the vibration of the motor. The motor shock-absorbing structure provided by the invention has a light weight of the shock-absorbing assembly and takes up little space, and is convenient to be applied to the shock absorption of the motor of an aircraft.
In figure:
Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the invention is described in further detail. It can be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the invention, rather than limit the invention. In addition, it should be noted that, for the convenience of description, only some structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings but not all structures.
This embodiment provides a motor shock absorbing structure, as shown in
In the motor shock absorbing structure provided in this embodiment, the shock absorbing seat 21 can be embedded in the first mounting hole 11 of the mounting plate 1, and the flange bushing 22 can be clamped between the motor 100 and the mounting plate 1 to press the shock absorbing seat 21, the mounting piece can pass through the third mounting hole 221 to connect to the motor 100, so as to connect the mounting plate 1 and the motor 100. The pulling force of the motor 100 can be transmitted to the shock absorbing seat 21 through the mounting piece, and then transmitted to the mounting plate 1 after the shock being filtered by the shock absorbing seat 21, thereby reducing the vibration of the motor 100. In the motor shock absorbing structure provided in this embodiment, the shock absorbing assembly 2 is light in weight and space saving, and is convenient to be applied to the shock absorption of the motor 100 of an aircraft.
Further, as shown in
Specifically, as shown in
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first shock absorbing sleeve 211 and the second shock absorbing sleeve 212 have the same structure, which reduces the difficulty of processing and improves the processing efficiency, and the first connecting part 2111 and the second connecting part 2112 can be integrally formed, and the third connecting part 2121 and the fourth connecting part 2122 can be integrally formed.
Specifically, the first shock absorbing sleeve 211 and the second shock absorbing sleeve 212 of the shock absorbing seat 21 can both be made of polyurethane material, which has high stability, good heat insulation, sound insulation, shock resistance, and anti-virus performance. It is not easy to compress and deform under pressure, and can better absorb the high-frequency vibration of the motor 100. The performance of polyurethane material is between plastic and rubber, oil resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, high hardness and elasticity.
Specifically, the thickness and hardness of the shock absorbing seat 21 can be adjusted to change the shock absorbing effect of the shock absorbing assembly 2. According to the rotation speed of the motor 100 and the different matching paddles, the shock absorbing seat 21 with different thickness and hardness can be replaced to adjust the absorbing effect.
Specifically, as shown in
Further, one end of the mounting piece can abut against an end surface of the shock absorbing assembly 2, the end surface of the shock absorbing assembly 2 is away from the motor 100, that is, the mounting piece abuts against the gasket 23, and the other end of the mounting piece is connected to the motor 100 to realize the connection between the shock absorbing assembly 2 and the motor 100. Specifically, as shown in
Specifically, the first mounting hole 11, the second mounting hole, the third mounting hole 221 and the fourth mounting hole 231 are hole-to-hole spaced (or aligned), that is, the first mounting hole 11, the second mounting hole, the third mounting hole 221 and the fourth mounting hole 231 have the same axis, which is convenient for the mounting pieces to pass through.
Specifically, as shown in
This embodiment also provides an unmanned aerial vehicle, including the motor shock absorbing structure mentioned above, the shock absorbing assembly is light in weight, space saving, and can effectively absorb the high-frequency vibration of the motor 100.
