Furthermore, the first insertion portion is an insertion tab which extends from a middle of the main body of the bracket toward a bottom end, and there are receiving slots between opposite sides of the insertion portion and the main body; the second insertion portion is an insertion slot defined in a middle of the adapter, the insertion tab is inserted into the insertion slot, and opposite sidewalls bounding the insertion slot are received in the corresponding receiving slots; the main body defines two engaging slots therein, at the opposite sides of the insertion tab.
Furthermore, opposite sides of the parallel plate form two upper positioning tabs, opposite sides of a bottom end of the main body are bent toward the cover to form two lower positioning tabs, located at opposite sides of the insertion tab, and each lower positioning tab includes a connecting part extending from the bottom end of the main body toward the cover, and an insertion part extending from a distal end of the connecting part and parallel to the main body; upper and lower ends of the inner surface of the cover form two upper positioning slots and two lower positioning slots, a top end and a side of each upper positioning slot facing the other upper positioning slot define openings, and a top of each lower positioning slot defines an opening; when the cover slides to the assembly position relative to the bracket, the parallel plate is attached to the inner surface of the cover, the upper positioning tabs are correspondingly inserted into the upper positioning slots through the corresponding openings, and the insertion parts of the lower positioning tabs are correspondingly inserted into the lower positioning slots through the corresponding openings and attached to sidewalls bounding the lower positioning slots away from the inner surface of the cover.
Furthermore, the parallel plate defines a first positioning hole, and a first positioning protrusion extends from the inner surface of the cover, to engage in the first positioning hole.
Furthermore, the mounting device further includes a decorative cover attached to a bottom of the fixing portion to cover the connecting body, the decorative cover includes a top plate fixed below the bottom of the fixing portion, and a side plate covering the connecting body; the fixing portion of the bracket defines a second positioning hole, the inclined portion extends from a middle of the top end of the main body, with two cutouts defined in opposite sides of the end of the main body; a second positioning protrusion extends from a top surface of the top plate of the decorative cover, and two insertion pins extend down from opposite sides of a bottom end of the side plate; the insertion pins of the side plate extend through the cutouts to enter a space between the main body and the cover, and the decorative cover rotates about abutment positions between the insertion pins and the edges of the cutouts, to make the second positioning protrusions to engage in the second positioning holes for positioning.
Furthermore, a raised portion extends from a side of the adapter, and the raised portion defines a screw hole, a screw extends through a through hole defined in the cover and screwed in the screw hole to lock the cover to the adapter.
By adopting the above technical solution, embodiments of the present invention have at least the following beneficial effects. The mounting device is provided with the first insertion portion and the engaging hole on the bracket, the second insertion portion and an elastic tab with the pin on the adapter, and the abutting block on the cover. When assembling, the adapter utilizes the second insertion portion and the first insertion portion on the bracket to be mated with each other to achieve effective positioning with the bracket in all directions except the insertion direction, at the same time makes the pin on the elastic tab aligns with the engaging hole on the bracket, and then, when the cover is slid and assembled on the bracket and covers the adapter, the abutting block on the inner side of the cover will abut against the elastic tab to elastically deform toward the adapter, so that the pin is engaged in and positioned in the engaging hole to ensure that the adapter can no longer be inserted in the direction opposite to the direction in which the adapter and the bracket are inserted. Therefore, the adapter can be firmly assembled on the bracket, and the connection portion provided on the adapter is used for docking with the end of the curtain. When the curtain is installed for the first time, usually the bracket is firstly fixed to the external fixture, and then the adapter is docked with the end of the curtain and then assembled to the bracket. Of course, it is also possible to fix the bracket to the external fixture after assembling the bracket, the adapter, and the end of the curtain respectively. When the curtain needs to be disassembled for maintenance, it is only necessary to firstly slide the cover from the assembly position relative to the bracket. When the bracket slides out from the assembly position, the abutting block gradually disengages from the elastic wing, and the elastic tab, which makes the pin withdraw from the engaging hole under the action of its own elastic force. At this time, the adapter together with the curtain can be pulled out from the bracket. The whole disassembly process is very convenient.
The present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the following illustrative embodiments and illustrations are only used to explain the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention, and that the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to
The mounting device of the embodiment is provided with the first insertion portion 10 and the engaging hole 12 on the bracket 1, provided with the second insertion portion 30 and the elastic tab 34 with the pin 341 on the adapter 3, and provided with the abutting block 50 on the cover 5. In assembly, the adapter 3 utilizes the second insertion portion 30 being engaged with the first insertion portion 10 on the bracket 1 to realize effective positioning with the bracket 1 in all directions except the insertion direction of the first insertion portion 10 and the second insertion portion 30. At the same time, the pin 341 on the elastic tab 34 is aligned with the engaging hole 12 on the bracket 1. When the cover 5 is slidably assembled to the bracket 1 to cover the adapter 3, the abutting block 50 on the inner surface of the cover 5 will abut against the side of the elastic tab 34 opposite to the bracket 1, so that the elastic tab 34 is elastically deformed toward the bracket 1, and the pin 341 is pushed forward to be engaged and positioned in the engaging hole 12 to ensure that the adapter 3 can no longer be pulled out along the opposite direction of the insertion direction of the adapter 3 and the bracket 1. Therefore, the adapter 3 is firmly assembled on the bracket 1, and the connection portion 32 of the adapter 3 is used to dock with the end of the curtain B. When installing the curtain B for the first time, the bracket 1 is usually first fixed to the corresponding external fixture A, and then the adapter 3 is docked with the end of the curtain B and then assembled to the bracket 1. Of course, it is also possible to fix the bracket 1 to the corresponding external fixture A after assembling the bracket 1, the adapter 3, and the end of the curtain B. In disassembling the curtain B for maintenance, the cover 5 is slid out from the assembly position relative to the bracket 1, and the abutting block 50 gradually breaks away from abutting against the elastic tab 34, and the elastic tab 34 makes the pin 341 withdraw from the engaging hole 12 under the action of its own elastic force. At the same time, the adapter 3 and the curtain B can be pulled out from the bracket 1, and the whole disassembly process is very convenient.
In specific implementation, it can be understood that the mounting device provided by the embodiments of the present invention are usually adopted in pairs to mount the curtain B, and the two mounting devices realize the installation and positioning of the curtain B from both ends of the curtain B.
