The requested equipment includes a microscope upgrade (objectives and a temperature controlled stage), imaging system (CCD camers, computers and software for image acquisition and analysis), tissue culture equipment (incubator and stereo microscope), microtome, set of pipetman, -80 freezer for cryostorage.
