(a) Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a board eraser structure, and more particularly, to a board eraser structure having a small volume, intense absorbing forces, significant dust-collecting effects, excellent safety and convenient mobility.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
In daily life, it is rather difficult to clean tiny dust or dirt having minute volumes, light masses and strong adhesive forces merely using common sweeping means. Thus, dirt and dust are generally cleaned by wiping or rubbing methods. During a process of wiping, dust and dirt originally attached to surfaces of an object can indeed be eliminated; however, the dust and dirt that come off the surface of the object frequently become floating in the air and are much likely be hazardous when inhaled into human lungs.
Therefore, supposed dust and dirt that come off from surfaces of an object are immediately absorbed using a dust-collecting device when wiping away dust and dirt, and prevented from diffusing into the air, not only hazards of inhaling dust and dirt are lowered but also a task of cleaning dust and dirt is provided with better efficiency. Yet, prior board eraser structures are hardly considered as practical for that they are large in volume, have little absorbing forces and are incapable of moving about. In addition, most prior board eraser structures lack related safety designs, such that they are prone to damages due to current overload or machinery overheating. Also, dust located in crevices and grooves cannot be effectively eliminated using the prior board eraser structures, and are instead likely inhaled into human lungs to add another shortcoming to the prior board eraser structures.
The aforesaid shortcomings of the prior board eraser structures are long since disturbances for industrialist and consumers. Therefore, it is a vital task of the invention to provide a multi-function board eraser structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of the prior inventions to prevent health hazards resulted by dust and dirt as well as to elevate practical values.
A multi-function board eraser structure comprises a dust-collecting device, a flexible pipe, a wiping absorber opening and a mobile guiding track. The dust-collecting device has a motor for driving and rotating leaves to further form negative pressure in a dust-collecting chamber thereof, thereby providing forces for absorbing dust and dirt. The invention is small in volume, has intense absorbing forces and is capable of moving about. In addition, the multi-function board eraser structure according to the invention is also devised with a light-indicative power switch, an overload protective fuse base, an overheating protective indication lamp, a dust-collecting chamber saturated pressure switch display, and a mobile guiding track.
Furthermore, the wiping absorber opening is provided with an ergonomic box-like main body having a wiping plane, which is an arched body for gathering chalk dust at a middle section of the main body during a wiping process and is made of a highly elastic material for facilitating dust collection. The wiping plane is covered by a velvet plane that is highly electrostatic and wear-resistant. Thus, the velvet plane not only favors collection of dust being wiped off but offers replacement conveniences. More particularly, dust and dirt accumulated at a surface of the velvet plane are absorbed using a dust-collecting breach and a scraping plate disposed above the dust-collecting chamber, thereby restoring the wiping absorber opening to an optimal status for further usage.
The invention is additionally provided with a mobile guiding track. The board eraser structure is installed to the guiding track and, in conjunction with movements during erasing processes, is provided with movements as desired to overcome a shortcoming as prior board eraser structures being immobile.
To better understand structures, characteristics and operation methods of the invention, detailed descriptions shall be given below.

In addition, the dust-collecting device 10 can be provided with safety protective members such as a light-indicative power switch, an overload protective fuse base, an overheating protective indication lamp, a dust-collecting chamber saturated negative pressure display. Wherein, the lamp-indicative power switch 171 is a light-emitting device at a power switch, the overload protective fuse base 172 is a fuse, the overheating protective indication lamp 173 is an overheating switch and an indication lamp, and the dust-collecting chamber saturated negative pressure display 174 is a negative pressure switch of the dust-collecting chamber 13. Using the aforesaid safety protective members, normal operations of the dust-collecting device are ensured, and potential damages caused by inappropriate operations are also prevented.
According to the aforesaid descriptions, apart from being small in volume and having intense absorbing forces and good mobility, the dust-collecting device according to the invention also offers optimal safety precautions. In practical use, referring to
