Description
BACKGROUND
Field of Invention

The present invention relates to health and fitness facilities, more specifically related to multi-function exercise and therapeutic apparatus.

Description of Related Art

As exercise has gotten more popular, there are a growing number of different types of exercise machines on the market to satisfy people's demands and interests. Exercise gadgets, for example, can range in size from small portable devices to big size fixed structures, and they can be designed to target a single body area or provide the user with a full-body workout.

Further, people may prefer yoga which is a set of postures and exercises used to help people gain mastery over their bodies, minds, and spirits, as well as improve their overall health and fitness. Furthermore, hanging upside down is a kind of physical training project on the rise, existing both at home and abroad, and providing many people with the opportunity to keep fit, get rid of illness or the auxiliary exercise of fitness. Therefore, people utilize swings that are well-known and typically consist of a base that swings back and forth in a swinging motion after being pushed out of balance.

These exercise machines are commonly used in hospitals and physiotherapeutic institutes for patient rehabilitation, strength training, and mobility training, as well as in fitness studios and fitness rooms at work and in private homes.

A low stretch nylon tricot material with long sides is utilized in accordance with patent U.S. Pat. No. 9,854,898 B2, which is neither stronger nor more durable. Furthermore, traditional swinging apparatuses lack a variety of swings, are uncomfortable, and are not waterproof.

Traditional swinging apparatuses swing in a linear pattern around a fixed point. Aside from one-way swinging, users of swinging gear would like to do more recreational activities on their swings. Existing training equipment on the market lacks the ability to fully swing the human body, turn off the feet, and then turn around, making it difficult to achieve the goal of more thorough fitness.

As a result, there has been a long-felt but unmet need for a multi-function freely suspended swing apparatus that may be installed anywhere.

SUMMARY

Moreover, the lower left swing, the lower right swing, the upper left swing, the upper right swing maybe attached through the carabiner 108 to the strap 110 depending on the height required by the user.

The straps 110 may be daisy chain aerial straps attached to rock climbing carabiners 108. The daisy chain aerial straps are usually hung from the ceiling by hooks, rafters or whatever is available and strong and stable enough. Therefore, a professional builder may be recommended to consult for safety check.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower set of swings, which support the legs, may be 2.5 m long. In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper set of swings, which support the arms, may 1.8 m long.

Referring to FIG. 1C, the mat 106 may be embedded in the center of at least four swings 102a-102d to provide shape and a soft cushion for a user's body even when rolled. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the mat 106 may be a rubber yoga mat of size 61×35×4 mm.
