Abstract
The present invention discloses a multi-function roulette apparatus that comprises a base, a shaft, a combination block, a rotation structure and a fixing device. The roulette apparatus has the design of counters placing space that is convenient for the players to take the counters. The rotating structure, combination block and fixing device are combined spirally that can prevent the roulette apparatus from falling off while moving and achieve the result of portability.
Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention


The invention relates to a roulette apparatus, and more particularly, to a roulette apparatus with multi functions.


2. Description of the Prior Art


A general roulette game is carried out by rolling a ball on a roulette having 37 numbered ditches. When the roulette is stopped, the ball will fall into one of the ditches on the roulette. The purpose of the roulette game is guessing the ditch number correctly, and if so, the player can obtain an amount of bonus according to his bet.


As shown in FIG. 1, when a conventional roulette apparatus is moved, the roulette 2 is likely to fall off. This is because that the roulette 2 is directly put on the sharp shaft 4 for rotating, and there is no locking or fixing device between them. Besides, the rotation of the roulette apparatus is driven by the user operating the handle 6 to push the roulette 2 in one direction. The player cannot adjust the height of the roulette 2, and the player must use a counter tray (not shown) to place the counters. This sometimes makes the players inconvenient.


Hence, the present invention discloses a multi-function roulette apparatus to overcome the above disadvantages.


SUMMARY OF INVENTION

It is therefore a primary objective of the claimed invention to provide a multi-function roulette apparatus having the spiral combination design that can prevent the roulette apparatus from falling off while moving and achieve the result of portability.


It is therefore another objective of the claimed invention to provide a roulette apparatus having the counter tray that is convenient for the players to get or put counters.


It is therefore a further objective of the claimed invention to provide a base capable of rotating on the pedestal via the beads that can make the base rotatable in two directions and having more entertainments.


According to the claimed invention, a multi-function roulette apparatus comprises a base, a shaft, a combination block, a rotation structure and a fixing device. A plurality of holes are formed on outside of the base for placing counters, and the shaft is stabbed in the base. The combination block is placed on top of the shaft, and the rotation structure is combined and formed on the combination block. The fixing device is circularly formed around top of the shaft and combined with the combination block, the fixing device is used for fixing the rotation structure and the combination block and combining with the shaft, and the rotation structure is fixed on the fixing device with the combination block to make the rotation structure, the combination block and the fixing device rotating on the shaft together.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The claimed invention provides a multi-function roulette apparatus. The claimed roulette apparatus has a spiral combination design that can prevent the roulette apparatus from falling off while moving and then achieve the result of portability.


Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, which are the top view and the exploded drawing of the present invention. Some holes 12 are formed on outside of a base 10 for placing counters, and a shaft 14 is stabbed into and passes through the base 10. Top of the shaft 14 is sharp shaped, and a fixing device 16 is circularly formed around top of the shaft 14. Position of the fixing device 16 is higher than top of the shaft 14, and a combination block 18 is placed on top of the shaft 14. The combination block 18 is in a protrude shape and has a fillister 20 on its bottom, and center of the fillister 20 is the same center of the roulette 22. The roulette 22 is placed on the combination block 18 and has a hump potion 24 and a plurality of ditches 26 around the hump potion, the ditch 26 is used for placing a roulette ball (not shown). Bottom of the roulette 22 has a cavity 28 for placing top of the combination block 18, and a handle 30 is formed on the roulette 22. The handle 30 is crisscross, and bottom of the handle 30 has a containing area 32 for placing the hump potion 24 of the roulette 22. An adjustment device 34 is installed on bottom of the shaft 14 for adjusting height of the roulette 22. A pedestal 36 is installed on bottom of the base 10, and a nut 35 is installed on bottom of the pedestal 36 for fixing the base 10 and the pedestal 36. A plurality of beads 38 are placed between the base 10 and the pedestal 36 to make the base 10 roratable on the pedestal 36.


Please refer to FIG. 4, which is the combination drawing of the present invention. The base 10 is provided to place the counters, and then the shaft 14 is stabbed into the base 10. The fixing device 16 and the combination block 18 are spirally combined together, and the combination block 18 and the fixing device 16 are separately installed above and circularly around the shaft 14. Above the combination block 18, the roulette 22 and the handle 30 are sequentially placed. The combination block 18 and the roulette 22 are spirally combined, and the handle 30 and the roulette 22 are pressed combined. Furthermore, the adjustment device 34 is installed on bottom of the shaft 14, and they are also spirally combined. The adjustment device 34 is used for adjusting height of the roulette 22. Finally, the pedestal 36 is installed on bottom of the base 10.


Wherein, the fixing device 16 is used for fixing the handle 30, the roulette 22 and the combination block 18, and combining with the shaft 14. The handle 30 and the roulette 22 is fixed on the fixing device 16 with the combination block 18 to make the handle 30, the roulette 22, the combination block 18 and the fixing device 16 rotating on the shaft 14 together. The roulette 22 and the combination block 18 are spirally combined, as well as the combination block 18 and the fixing device 16. This design can prevent the roulette apparatus from falling off while moving and achieve the result of portability.


The operation method of the present invention is that pushing the handle 30 to drive the roulette 22. When the roulette 22 is stopped, the roulette ball will fall into one of the ditches 26 on the roulette 22. Besides the rotation function, the handle 30 can also be a hand-carry handle while moving the roulette apparatus. Because the devices of the roulette apparatus are combined spirally, the roulette apparatus will not fall off while moving. Furthermore, a plurality of beads 38 are placed between the base 10 and the pedestal 36 that can make the base 10 roratable on the pedestal 36. The base can be rotated in two directions, and it's more convenient for players to get counters and have fun.


In contrast to the prior art, the present invention has a design of counters placing space in the base that can overcome the disadvantage of the conventional roulette apparatus operating with another counter tray. Additionally, the present invention has a further function of two rotating directions, one is the rotation of the roulette and the other is the rotation of the base, and the base can also be rotated in two directions. This function makes the convenience of getting counters and having entertainment. The claimed roulette apparatus also has an artistic appearance. The roulette, combination block and fixing device are combined spirally that can prevent the roulette apparatus from falling off while moving and achieve the result of portability.


Those skilled in the art will readily observe that numerous modifications and alterations of the device may be made while retaining the teachings of the invention. Accordingly, the above disclosure should be construed as limited only by the metes and bounds of the appended claims.

Claims
  • 1. A multi-function roulette apparatus, comprising: a base; a shaft stabbed in the base; a combination block placed on top of the shaft; a rotation structure combined and formed on the combination block; and a fixing device circularly formed around top of the shaft and combined with the combination block, the fixing device is used for fixing the rotation structure and the combination block and combining with the shaft, the rotation structure is fixed on the fixing device with the combination block to make the rotation structure, the combination block and the fixing device rotating on the shaft together.
  • 2. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein a plurality of holes are further formed on outside of the base for placing counters.
  • 3. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein top of the shaft is sharp.
  • 4. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein the combination block has a fillister and the fillister matches up top of the shaft.
  • 5. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 4, wherein center of the fillister on bottom of the combination block is center of the roulette.
  • 6. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rotation structure includes a handle and a roulette.
  • 7. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 6, wherein the handle is crisscross.
  • 8. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 6, wherein bottom of the roulette has a cavity for placing top of the combination block.
  • 9. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 6, wherein the roulette has a hump potion and a plurality of ditches around the hump potion, the ditch is used for placing a roulette ball.
  • 10. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 9, wherein bottom of the handle has a containing area for placing the hump potion of the roulette and combining the handle and the roulette.
  • 11. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 10, wherein the method for combining the handle and the roulette is pressed combination.
  • 12. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 6, wherein an adjustment device is further included on bottom of the shaft for adjusting height of the roulette.
  • 13. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 12, wherein the shaft and the adjustment device adjust height of the roulette by spiral combination.
  • 14. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rotation structure and the combination block are spirally combined.
  • 15. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein the combination block and the fixing device are spirally combined.
  • 16. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein position of the fixing device is higher than top of the shaft.
  • 17. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 1, wherein bottom of the base further includes a pedestal to make the base roratable for the convenience of player to get counters.
  • 18. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 17, wherein a plurality of beads are placed between the base and the pedestal to make the base roratable on the pedestal.
  • 19. The multi-function roulette apparatus of claim 17, wherein a nut is further installed on bottom of the pedestal for fixing and combining the base and the pedestal.
