This is a U.S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 202223200074.9, filed on Nov. 29, 2022 and Chinese Patent Application Number 202211517342.1, filed on Nov. 29, 2022, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
The present disclosure belongs to the technical filed of boards, in particular to a multi-functional board and a board case structure.
Boards are flat and rectangular building boards with standard sizes. They are used in the construction industry as members for walls, ceilings, or floors.
Existing boards have single functions, and usually need external metal connectors when they are spliced into board cases, which makes the splicing more cumbersome and is not conducive to improvement of the splicing efficiency.
The objective of the present disclosure is to provide a multi-functional board and a board case structure, improve the function of the board, and improve the splicing efficiency of the board case.
In order to achieve the objective above, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: a multi-functional board, including a board body. The board body is provided with a snap hole and a nail hole, which realizes the formation of the snap hole and the nail hole. The board body can be fixed to the wall with a nail penetrating through and driven into the nail hole to make a tool wall or a storage rack. The snap hole of the board body is detachably provided with a hanger or a hanger of a similar structure, and the hanger is provided with a third buckle, which realizes addition of the third buckle. When assembly, the hanger is picked up, and the third buckle on the hanger is buckle on the snap hole to realize the installation of the hanger. The hanger can be used for hanging accessories, electronics and the like.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the bottom of the board body is provided with an extension frame, and the extension frame is provided with a drainage groove. The board body may also be placed in a car wash shop, a toilet shower room, and other places where drainage floors are required for drainage through the drainage groove.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, when the board body is used as a drainage floor, the snap hole can be additionally provided with, but not limited to, an anti-skid block suction cup and other external accessories to realize function addition.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, when the board body is used as a wall hanging panel, the snap hole can be additionally provided with an external member with a structure similar to the third buckle to realize addition of different functions.
The present disclosure also discloses a board case structure, including a case body consisting of the multi-functional boards. A case door is movably arranged on the side surface of the case body, such that the case door can be opened and closed. The case body can be used for storage therein. A support plate is detachably arranged inside the case body for supporting.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a hinged is also included. The case door is connected to the case body through the hinge, such that the case door can be opened more smoothly.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the hinge is provided with a first buckle, the first buckle can be buckled on the snap hole of the case door or the case body, such that the hinge, the case door, and the case body can be assembled more smoothly.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a fastener is also included. The support plate is connected to the case body through the fastener. One end of the fastener is provided with a fourth buckle, and the other end is provided with a boss, which realizes addition of the fourth buckle and the boss.
As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the case body is provided with a fixing member, and the fixing member is provided with a second buckle. The fixing member is buckled in the snap hole through the second buckle, such that it is smoother to assemble the board bodies into the case body with the fixing member.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows:
1. The board body in the present disclosure can be fixed to the wall to make a tool wall or a storage rack, and used for hanging accessories and electronics through the hanger assembled.
2. The board body can be placed in a car wash shop, a toilet shower room, and other places where drainage floors are required for drainage through the drainage groove, which further increases the functions of the board body.
3. The board body in the present disclosure can be assembled into the board case through the cooperation of the hinge, the fastener, and the fixing member, which realizes splicing convenience.

Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In this embodiment, preferably, the board body 1 is provided with an anti-slip block 8 which has the anti-slip performance when the board body functions as a floor. The top of the anti-slip block 8 protrudes, and the bottom has a suction function, which realizes bottom stability, surface anti-slip performance and use comfortability.
In this embodiment, preferably, when the board body 1 is used as a drainage floor, the snap hole 2 may be additionally provided, but not limited to, an anti-skid block 8 suction cup and other external accessories to realize function addition.
In this embodiment, preferably, when the board body 1 is used as a wall hanging panel, the snap hole 2 may be additionally provided with an external member with a structure similar to the third buckle 71 to realize addition of different functions.
In this embodiment, preferably, the bottom of the board body 1 is provided with an extension frame 4, realizing addition of the extension frame 4. The extension frame 4 enhances the strength of the board body 1 and the extension frame 4 is provided with a drainage groove 5. The board body 1 can be placed in a car wash shop, a toilet shower room, and other places where drainage floors are required for drainage through the drainage groove 5.
With the nail hole 3, it is more convenient to fix the board body 1 on the ground and the wall.
The hanger 7 can also be used for hanging cloth, wire rods, and the like, and can also serve as a door handle.

Attribute to the high strength of the board body 1 and the air permeability of the snap hole 2, the case body 16 in the present disclosure can also be used as a cage for pets.
Attribute to the air permeability of the snap hole 2, the case body 16 in the present disclosure can also be used as a clothes basket for clothes storage.
In this embodiment, preferably, a hinge 11 is also included. The case door 6 is connected to the case body 16 through the hinge 11, such that the case door 6 can be opened more smoothly.
In this embodiment, preferably, the hinge 11 is provided with a first buckle 111, and when in use, the first buckle 111 is buckled in the snap hole 2 to realize the assembly of the case door 6 and the case body 16.
In this embodiment, preferably, a fastener 14 is also included. A support plate 15 is connected to the case body 16 through the fastener 14. One end of the fastener 14 is provided with a fourth buckle 141, and the other end is provided with a boss 142, which realizes addition of the fourth buckle 141 and the boss 142. The fourth buckle 141 can be buckled in the snap hole 2.
In this embodiment, preferably, the case body 16 is provided with a fixing member 10, and the fixing member 10 is provided with a second buckle 100, which realizes addition of the second buckle 100. The second buckle 100 can be buckled in the snap hole 2, such that it is smoother to assemble the board bodies 1 into the case body 16 with the fixing member 10.
