The present invention relates to the field of exercise machines, and in particular to a multi-functional exercise machine.
With the development of society, people's living standards have been significantly improved, and the intensity of physical labor has been continuously reduced, which makes it necessary for people to participate in sports for exercise. Therefore, many exercise machines suitable for home exercise have hit the market. People not only can exercise in gyms and sports venues, but can also exercise at home, so that many people busily working every day are also provided with the chance to exercise.
There are currently many types of exercise machines in the market, including abdominal machine, rowing machine, and the like. However, each of the exercise machines is only design to specifically serve one function, and cannot meet users' requirements. For example, the abdominal machine can only be used for abdominal exercise, and the rowing machine can only be used for rowing exercise. In order to meet users' requirements for multi-functional usages, there are manufacturers combining the abdominal machine and the rowing machine to form a new exercise machine, and this new exercise machine can meet users' requirements for both abdominal exercise and rowing exercise.
However, the existing exercise machine combining the abdominal machine and the rowing machine has a complex structure and a large size, and is not suitable for home use.
In view of the problems in the prior art, the present invention is intended to provide a multi-functional exercise machine with a simple structure and a small size.
In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
A multi-functional exercise machine, which comprises a slide rail piece, a support piece and a handle supporting piece;
The slide rail piece is slidably connected with a slider which is slidable on the slide rail piece; a seat cushion is mounted on the slider; a second connecting piece pivotally connected with the support piece and a first connecting piece pivotally connected with the handle supporting piece are fixed at one end of the slide rail piece, the first connecting piece and the handle supporting piece are both provided with first knob holes corresponding to one another, and a first knob is detachably mounted through the first knob holes; the second connecting piece is provided with an adjusting groove; a first positioning point and a second positioning point are formed on the adjusting groove, the support piece is provided with a bolt hole corresponding to the adjusting groove, a pull pin passes through the adjusting groove and the bolt hole, and the pull pin is movable in the adjusting groove and is fixed at the first positioning point or the second positioning point; when the pull pin is fixed at the first positioning point of the adjusting groove, the support piece is parallel to the slide rail piece; when the pull pin is fixed at the second positioning point of the adjusting groove, an included angle smaller than 180° is formed between the support piece and the slide rail piece.
The handle supporting piece is connected to a handle; pedals are mounted on the support piece, a damping piece is also mounted on the support piece, one end of the damping piece is connected to the support piece, and another end thereof is detachably connected to the handle supporting piece.
The adjusting groove of the second connecting piece is also provided with a third positioning point; when the pull pin is fixed at the third positioning point, the support piece is folded below the slide rail piece.
A third connecting piece is disposed on the handle supporting piece for detachably connecting the handle supporting piece and the damping piece; the third connecting piece and the damping piece are provided with second knob holes corresponding to one another, and a second knob is detachably mounted in the second knob holes.
The support piece is provided with a clamp for fixing the damping piece.
The handle is connected to the handle supporting piece through a fourth connecting piece, and the handle supporting piece is provided with a first fixing hole and a second fixing hole; the fourth connecting piece is provided with a third fixing hole, a locking piece is detachably inserted into the third fixing hole, and when the locking piece is inserted into the third fixing hole, the locking piece is also inserted into the first fixing hole or the second fixing hole.
The slide rail piece is provided with a foam tube at a position proximal to the first connecting piece, and the foam tube is provided with foamed material.
Another end of the slide rail piece is provided with a first support frame, one end of the support piece mounted with the pedals is provided with a second support frame; the first support frame and the second support frame are provided with anti-slippery sleeves.
Two ends of the slide rail piece are provided with a first cushion pad and a second cushion pad respectively; the first cushion pad and the second cushion pad are located below the slider, and a sliding range of the slider is between the first cushion pad and the second cushion pad.
One end of the support piece connected to the slide rail piece is provided with a first support leg, and the first support leg is arranged on a side of the support piece facing downwardly during a rowing exercise mode; when the pull pin is located at the first positioning point, a lower end surface of the first support leg is flush with a lower end surface of the second connecting piece, or the lower end surface of the first support leg is located below the second connecting piece.
Said one end of the slide rail piece connected to the handle supporting piece is provided with a second support leg arranged on a side of the slide rail piece facing towards the support piece, and when the pull pin is located at the first positioning point, the second support leg presses against the support piece.
According to the present invention, fixed connection or pivotal connection between the handle supporting piece and the slide rail piece is realized through the first connecting piece, a connecting angle between the support piece and the slide rail piece is adjusted through the second connecting piece, the damping piece is arranged on the support piece, and one end of the damping piece is detachably connected to the handle supporting piece, so that the exercise machine can be adjusted into an abdominal exercise mode, a rowing exercise mode and a folded mode, therefore supporting various types of exercises. Meanwhile, the present invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small size, and being convenient for storage as it can be folded when not used.
As shown in

The slide rail piece 10 is slidably connected with a slider 20 which can slide along the slide rail piece 10, and a seat cushion 21 is mounted on the slider 20; a second connecting piece 12 pivotally connected with the support piece 30 and a first connecting piece 11 pivotally connected with the handle supporting piece 50 are fixed at one end of the slide rail piece 10, the first connecting piece 11 and the handle supporting piece 50 are both provided with first knob holes 111 corresponding to one another, and a first knob 112 is detachably mounted through the first knob holes 111: the second connecting piece 12 is provided with an adjusting groove 121, a first positioning point 122 and a second positioning point 123 are formed on the adjusting groove 121. the support piece 30 is provided with a bolt hole 31 corresponding to the adjusting groove 121, a pull pin 125 passes through the adjusting groove 121 and the bolt hole 31, and the pull pin 125 is movable in the adjusting groove 121 and is fixed at the first positioning point 122 or the second positioning point 123; when the pull pin 125 is fixed at the first positioning point 122 of the adjusting groove 121, the support piece 30 is substantially parallel to the slide rail piece 10 (“parallel” here means that an included angle between the support piece 30 and the slide rail piece 10 is substantially 180°, but in practical application, the included angle cannot be guaranteed to be accurately 180°, so “parallel” is still a suitable word for description when the included angle ranges from 175° to 180°); when the pull pin 125 is fixed at the second positioning point 123 of the adjusting groove 121, an included angle smaller than 180° is formed between the support piece 30 and the slide rail piece 10. The handle supporting piece 50 is connected to a handle 60; pedals 41 are mounted on the support piece 30, a damping piece 40 is also mounted on the support piece 30, one end of the damping piece 40 is connected to the support piece 30, and another end thereof is detachably connected to the handle supporting piece 50.
The slider 20 slides back and forth on the slide rail piece 10 in both the abdominal exercise mode and the rowing exercise mode. In order to avoid the excessive impact force generated when the slider 20 slides to two ends of the slide rail piece 10, in this embodiment, the two ends of the slide rail piece 10 are provided with a first cushion pad 13 and a second cushion pad 14 respectively, wherein the first cushion pad 13 and the second cushion pad 14 are located below the slider 20, and a sliding range of the slider 20 is between the first cushion pad 13 and the second cushion pad 14. When the slider 20 slides to the two ends of the slide rail piece 10, the first cushion pad 13 and the second cushion pad 14 will provide a certain buffering force against the slider 20, so as to prevent the slider 20 from generating an excessive impact force at the two ends of the slide rail piece 10.
According to the above, in order to facilitate the storage of the exercise machine, the adjusting groove 121 is also provided with a third positioning point 124 corresponding to a storage state of the exercise machine. Specifically, the adjusting groove 121 of the second connecting piece 12 is also provided with said third positioning point 124, and when the pull pin 125 is fixed at the third positioning point 124, the support piece 30 is folded below the slide rail piece 10. For the convenience of users' operation, the pull pin 125 is an elastic pull pin in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the damping piece 40 and the handle supporting piece 50 are connectable through a third connecting piece 51. Specifically, the third connecting piece 51 is disposed on the handle supporting piece 50 for detachably connecting the handle supporting piece 50 and the damping piece 40; the third connecting piece 51 and the damping piece 40 are provided with second knob holes 52 corresponding to one another, and a second knob 53 is detachably mounted in the second knob holes 52. In this embodiment, the damping piece 40 is an oil hydraulic cylinder, and the support piece 30 is provided with a clamp 32 for fixing the damping piece 40. There is no doubt that the damping piece 40 can also be selected from other elastic damping devices, such as a tensile cord, an elastic band, etc.
In the present invention, the handle 60 is arranged to be an adjustable structure. Specifically, the handle 60 is connected to the handle supporting piece 50 through a fourth connecting piece 61, and the handle supporting piece 50 is provided with a first fixing hole 54 and a second fixing hole 55; the fourth connecting piece 61 is provided with a third fixing hole 62, the third fixing hole 62 allows a locking piece 56 to be inserted, and the locking piece 56 is also inserted into the first fixing hole 54 or the second fixing hole 55 according to usage requirements. In the abdominal exercise mode, the locking piece 56 is inserted into the first fixing hole 54 and the third fixing hole 62. In the rowing exercise mode, the users can move the handle 60 to the second fixing hole 55 such that the second fixing hole 55 corresponds to the third fixing hole 62, and then the locking piece 56 passes through the second fixing hole 55 and the third fixing hole 62 to lock the handle 60 and the handle supporting piece 50.
For the comfort of the users during use, the slide rail piece 10 is provided with a foam tube 22 at a position proximal to the first connecting piece 11, and the foam tube 22 is provided with foamed material 23.
Further, in order to ensure the safety during use of the exercise machine and prevent the exercise machine from sliding, an anti-slippery structure is arranged in the present invention. Specifically, another end of the slide rail piece 10 is provided with a first support frame 71, one end of the support piece 30 mounted with the pedals is provided with a second support frame 72, and the first support frame 71 and the second support frame 72 are provided with anti-slippery sleeves 73.
According to the above structures, the multi-functional exercise machine of the present invention has three modes, i.e., an abdominal exercise mode, a rowing exercise mode and a folded mode.
In the abdominal exercise mode, the pull pin 125 is fixed at the second positioning point 123 of the adjusting groove 121, so that an included angle (less than 180°) is formed between the support piece 30 and the slide rail piece 10, and at the same time, the first knob 112 passes through the first knob holes 111 of the first connecting piece 11 and the handle supporting piece 50 so that the handle supporting piece 50 is fixed with the slide rail piece 10, and then the damping piece 40 is fixed on the clamp 32 of the support piece 30. During use, the user kneels on the seat cushion 21, holds the handle 60 with both hands, brings the knees up so that the seat cushion 21 slides on the slide rail piece 10 to exercise the abdominal muscles. In the abdominal exercise mode, the locking piece 56 is inserted in the first fixing hole 54 and the third fixing hole 62.
In the rowing exercise mode, the pull pin 125 is fixed at the first positioning point 122 of the adjusting groove 121, so that the support piece 30 and the slide rail piece 10 are substantially parallel to each other (i.e., forming an angle of 180°), and at the same time, the damping piece 40 is taken out from the clamp 32, one end of the damping piece 40 is connected to the handle supporting piece 50 through the second knob 53, and the first knob 112 is removed such that the handle supporting piece 50 is no longer fixed with the slide rail piece 10 but being pivotally connected to the slide rail piece 10. During use, the users sits on the seat cushion 21, supports the feet on the pedals, holds on the handle 60 with both hands, and starts to row by pulling the handle 60 within a certain range against the resistance of the damping piece 40, and the seat cushion 21 will also slide back and forth on the slide rail piece 10 during rowing. Accordingly, rowing exercise is achieved. In the rowing exercise mode, the locking piece 56 is inserted in the second fixing hole 55 and the third fixing hole 62.
In the folded mode, the damping piece 40 and the handle supporting piece 50 are disconnected, i.e., the second knob 53 is removed, and the pull pin 125 is fixed at the third positioning point 124 of the adjusting groove 121, so that the support piece 30 is folded below the slide rail piece 10.
Since the first knob 112 and the second knob 53 are used in the abdominal exercise mode and the rowing exercise mode respectively, and they will never be used at the same time, the first knob 112 and the second knob 53 in practice can be embodied as the same knob. That is, the exercise machine has only one knob. In the abdominal exercise mode, the knob serves as the first knob 112 fixed in the first knob holes 111; in the rowing exercise mode, the same knob serves as the second knob 53 fixed in the second knob holes 52.
In this embodiment, one end of the support piece 30 connected to the slide rail piece 10 is provided with a first support leg 33, and the first support leg 33 is arranged on a side of the support piece 30 facing downwardly during the rowing exercise mode; when the pull pin 125 is located at the first positioning point 122, as shown in
Similarly, in the rowing exercise mode, the force between the handle supporting piece 50 and the slide rail piece 10 is relatively large. Therefore, in this embodiment, said one end of the slide rail piece 10 connected to the handle supporting piece 50 is provided with a second support leg 15 arranged on a side of the slide rail piece 10 facing towards the support piece 30, and when the pull pin 125 is located at the first positioning point 122 (i.e., in the rowing exercise mode), the second support leg 15 presses against the support piece 30.
In order to help user to understand the exercise situation, an electronic meter 80 is also mounted on the exercise machine, and the electronic meter 80 is specifically mounted on the handle supporting piece 50.
In summary, the key point of the present invention is that according to the present invention, fixed connection or pivotal connection between the handle supporting piece 50 and the slide rail piece 10 is realized through the first connecting piece 11, a connecting angle between the support piece 30 and the slide rail piece 10 is adjusted through the second connecting piece 12, the damping piece 40 is arranged on the support piece 30, and one end of the damping piece 40 is detachably connected to the handle supporting piece 50, so that the exercise machine can be adjusted into an abdominal exercise mode, a rowing exercise mode and a folded mode, therefore supporting various types of exercises. Meanwhile, the present invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small size, and being convenient for storage as it can be folded when not used.
