The present disclosure relates generally to bags. More specifically, relates to multi-purpose storage bag.
Baby supplies like diapers, bottles, blankets, towels and wipes are frequently transported in diaper bags. When a parent needs to change an infant's diaper, these bags are helpful for carrying the necessary baby supplies, but a separate changing table or pad is needed to place the baby upon.
Babies' diapers are changed frequently by their parents, often several times per day. The difficulty of changing a baby's diaper will be readily understood by parents everywhere due to shortage of storage and customized storage of baby products. The unavailability of customised storage space has frustrated many parents.
Further, opening and closing of bag is another big problem for parents while storage bag is used. The lid generally, takes more space and needs to be kept open while bag is used, there is need to have such lid which may be folded while storage bag is in use.
While changing a baby's diaper, a user might struggle to locate all of the baby's necessities. Conventional storage bags are frequently flimsy and not designed for repeated use. Some storage bags are constructed from sturdier substances like plastic that has been moulded. These moulded plastic containers, however, can be heavy and take up a lot of storage space when empty. A new or improved multi-purpose storage bag is therefore required.
There is a need for a multi-purpose storage bag that solves the problems associated with the prior art. The present disclosure discloses the multi-purpose storage bag which is lightweight, waterproof, durable, water resistant, dustproof, portable, and adjustable.
The present disclosure offers user-friendly, secure storage for various items that a person might need.
The objective of the present disclosure is to create a portable multi-purpose storage bag that is extremely versatile and being capable of accommodating a wide variety of articles that are used by a user.
The objective of the present disclosure is to offer a compact, multi-purpose storage bag with a lid pocket for a changing mat that is easily accessible.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, a multi-purpose storage bag is disclosed herein. The multi-purpose storage bag includes a body having at least four sides with a top portion and a bottom portion. Each of the at least four sides comprise an outer side profile and an inner side profile. The multi-purpose storage bag further includes a base component attached to the bottom portion of the body. The multi-purpose storage bag further includes a plurality of primary pockets coupled to the outer side profile of each of the at least four sides. The multi-purpose storage bag further includes a lid coupled to the top portion of the at least four sides of the body. The lid further includes a secondary pocket to put a changing mat inside the secondary pocket. Moreover, the lid is adapted to be curled, foldable, rolled or any combination thereof.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes adjustable and removable dividing parts that are connected to the body by a linking component.
In one embodiment, the adjustable and removable dividing parts comprises adjustable modular T dividers adapted to be fixed according to a user's needs and create at least three spacious compartments.
In one embodiment, the adjustable and removable dividing parts comprises a plastic element for providing sturdiness.
In one embodiment, the base component comprises a supporting element detachably coupled to the base component for providing sturdiness.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes at least two handles attached on opposite walls of the body via an attachment.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes a a secondary zipper connected to the secondary pocket to secure the changing mat inside the secondary pocket associated with the lid.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes a primary zipper to close the storage bag with the lid.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes the joining component comprises one of a zip, snap buttons, and so forth.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes a first Velcro component attached to the outer profile of at least one of the four sides of the body.
In one embodiment, the first Velcro component comprises at least one Velcro strips which is horizontally arranged and spaced apart at predetermined intervals.
In one embodiment, the multi-purpose storage bag further includes a second Velcro component attached to the lid.
In one embodiment, the second Velcro component comprises at least two Velcro strips parallelly spaced at a predetermined distance.
In one embodiment, the lid when rolled is secured to the outer profile of at least one of the four walls of the body via the coupling of the first Velcro component to the second Velcro component.
In one embodiment, the body, the base, the lid and changing mat are made of a waterproof material.

The adjustable and removable dividing parts 110 may comprise a plastic element for providing sturdiness. The presence of plastic inside the walls 102a, 102b, 102c, 102d and adjustable and removable dividing parts 110 prevents the multi-purpose storage bag 100 from collapsing when empty.
