This application relates to the field of electronic technologies, and in particular, to a multi-screen unlocking method and an electronic device.
With rapid development of electronic devices, an electronic device has more than one display. For example, a foldable mobile phone may include a large screen and a small screen. The large screen may be a display that is most frequently used by a user of the foldable mobile phone, has a complete display capability, and has a complete status bar, a navigation bar, a launcher icon, and the like. The user can complete most routine operations on the large screen. The small screen may be a smaller screen, has a weak display capability, and can display only some simple element content, for example, time, weather, and a battery level.
Embodiments of this application provide a multi-screen unlocking method and apparatus, and an electronic device, to enrich screen lock display of a small screen, thereby implementing differentiated display on each screen and improving user experience.
To achieve the foregoing objectives, the following technical solutions are used in embodiments of this application.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment of this application provides a multi-screen unlocking method, applied to an electronic device. The electronic device includes a first display and a second display, the first display corresponds to a first application, and the second display corresponds to a second application. The method may include: In response to receiving a first operation performed by a user on the electronic device, the electronic device determines that a status of the electronic device is a screen-locked state. The first display displays a first screen lock interface by using the first application, and the second display displays a second screen lock interface by using the second application, where the first screen lock interface is different from the second screen lock interface. The second application sends a first message to the first application in response to receiving a second operation performed by the user on the second display. In response to the first message, the first application displays a first unlocked interface by using the first display, and indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state. The first application sends a second message to the second application. In response to the second message, the second application displays a second unlocked interface by using the second display.
The first display may be a primary screen (or referred to as a large screen), and the second display may be a secondary screen (or referred to as a small screen). Certainly, the first display may be a secondary screen, and the second display may be a primary screen. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment of this application. In this embodiment of this application, “the first display may be a primary screen, and the second display may be a secondary screen” is used as an example for description.
In this embodiment of this application, the first display is locked by using the first application, and the second display is locked by using the second application. The first application and the second application are two independent applications. In this way, the first display and the second display may display two different screen lock interfaces, thereby implementing differentiated display on each screen. In addition, the first display and the second display may further have different interaction behaviors. The user may independently operate the second display to perform unlocking, that is, the user may perform an unlocking operation on the second display, so that real-time unlocking performance is high, and user experience is improved. When the user operates one screen for unlocking, a screen lock interface of another screen is not affected.
In a specific implementation, the electronic device further includes a password manager, and that the second application sends a first message to the first application in response to receiving a second operation performed by the user on the second display may be specifically: The second display displays a first interface in response to receiving the second operation performed by the user on the second display, where the first interface includes a password input area. In response to receiving an operation of entering a password in the password input area by the user, the second application sends the first message to the first application, where the first message carries the password. The first application is used to send the password to the password manager, and the password manager performs verification on the password; and after the verification on the password succeeds, the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display.
In a specific implementation, the electronic device further includes a password manager, and that the second application sends a first message to the first application in response to receiving a second operation performed by the user on the second display may be specifically: The second display displays first prompt information in response to receiving the second operation performed by the user on the second display, where the first prompt information is used to prompt the user to perform unlocking in a preset unlocking manner.
In a specific implementation, the electronic device further includes a face authentication manager, and the first message carries face authentication indication information. The first application is further used to send the first message to the face authentication manager, and the face authentication manager performs, based on the first message, authentication on a face image captured by the electronic device; and after the authentication on the face image succeeds, the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display.
In some implementations, the method may further include: The second display displays second prompt information in response to receiving the second operation performed by the user on the second display, where the second prompt information is used to inform the user that facial recognition is being performed.
In a specific implementation, a display form of the second prompt information includes a text, an image, or a breathing status icon.
In some implementations, the method may further include: when a screen status of the second display is a screen-locked state, switching an interface of the second display from the second screen lock interface to a second interface in response to receiving a third operation performed by the user on the second display, where the second interface is used to display a pull-down notification bar, a notification, a widget of a third application, or an application icon of the third application.
In a specific implementation, the first screen lock interface includes time, a date, and a lock icon; and the second screen lock interface includes at least one of the following: an application icon, a notification message, a weather condition, navigation information, and unlocking prompt information.

To resolve the foregoing technical problem, in this embodiment of this application, in response to receiving a first operation performed by the user on the electronic device, the electronic device determines that a status of the electronic device is a screen-locked state. In this case, a first display displays a first screen lock interface, and a second display displays a second screen lock interface, where the first screen lock interface is different from the second screen lock interface. A second application sends a first message to a first application in response to receiving a second operation performed by the user on the second display. In response to the first message, the first application displays a first unlocked interface by using the first display, and indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state. The first display is locked by using the first application, and the second display is locked by using the second application. The first application and the second application are two independent applications. In this way, the first display and the second display may display two different screen lock interfaces.
That “the first application displays a first unlocked interface by using the first display, and indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state” may be understood as that after the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display, the first application indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to the unlocked state; or in response to the first message, the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display, and in response to the first message, the first application indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to the unlocked state. In other words, in response to the first message, the first application may perform two things at the same time. The second display displays a second unlocked interface in response to receiving a second operation performed by the user on the second display. A second application indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state, and sends a first message to a first application. In response to the first message, the first application displays a first unlocked interface by using the first display. The first display is locked by using the first application, and the second display is locked by using the second application. The first application and the second application are two independent applications. In this way, the first display and the second display may display two different screen lock interfaces.

The demodulator is configured to demodulate a received electromagnetic wave signal into a low-frequency baseband signal. Then the demodulator transfers the low-frequency baseband signal obtained through demodulation to the baseband processor for processing. After being processed by the baseband processor, the low-frequency baseband signal is transmitted to the application processor. The application processor outputs a sound signal by using an audio device (which is not limited to the loudspeaker 370A, the receiver 370B, or the like), or displays an image or video by using the display 394. In some embodiments, the modem processor may be an independent device. In some other embodiments, the modem processor may be independent of the processor 310, and is disposed in a same device as the mobile communication module 350 or another function module.
The wireless communication module 360 may provide a solution that is applied to the device 100 and includes wireless communication such as a wireless local area network (WLAN) (for example, a wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) network), Bluetooth (BT), a global navigation satellite system (GNSS), frequency modulation (FM), a near field communication (NFC) technology, or an infrared (IR) technology. The wireless communication module 360 may be one or more devices integrating at least one communication processor module. The wireless communication module 360 receives an electromagnetic wave through the antenna 2, performs frequency modulation and filtering processing on an electromagnetic wave signal, and sends a processed signal to the processor 310. The device 100 may implement an image shooting function through the ISP, the camera 393, the video codec, the GPU, the display 394, the application processor, and the like.
The ISP is configured to process data fed back by the camera 393. For example, during photographing, a shutter is pressed, and light is transmitted to a photosensitive element of the camera through a lens. An optical signal is converted into an electrical signal, and the photosensitive element of the camera transmits the electrical signal to the ISP for processing, to convert the electrical signal into a visible image. The ISP may further perform algorithm optimization on noise, brightness, and complexion of the image. The ISP may further optimize parameters such as exposure and a color temperature of an image shooting scenario. In some embodiments, the ISP may be disposed in the camera 393.
The camera 393 is configured to capture a still image or a video. An optical image of an object is generated through a lens, and is projected to the photosensitive element. The photosensitive element may be a charge-coupled device (CCD) or a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) optoelectronic transistor. The light-sensitive element converts an optical signal into an electrical signal, and then transmits the electrical signal to the ISP to convert the electrical signal into a digital image signal. The ISP outputs the digital image signal to the DSP for processing. The DSP converts the digital image signal into a standard image signal in a format such as RGB or YUV. In some embodiments, the device 100 may include one or N cameras 393, where N is a positive integer greater than 1.
The digital signal processor is configured to process a digital signal, and may process another digital signal in addition to the digital image signal. For example, when the device 100 selects a frequency, the digital signal processor is configured to perform Fourier transform and the like on frequency energy.
The video codec is configured to compress or decompress a digital video. The device 100 may support one or more video codecs. In this way, the device 100 can play or record videos in a plurality of encoding formats, for example, moving picture experts group (MPEG) 1, MPEG2, MPEG3, and MPEG4.

When making a call or sending voice information, the user may make a sound near the microphone 370C through the mouth of the user, to enter a sound signal to the microphone 370C. At least one microphone 370C may be disposed in the device 100. In some other embodiments, two microphones 370C may be disposed in the device 100, to collect a sound signal and implement a noise reduction function. In some other embodiments, three, four, or more microphones 370C may alternatively be disposed in the electronic device 100, to collect a sound signal, implement noise reduction, and identify a sound source, so as to implement a directional recording function and the like.
The headset jack 370D is configured to connect to a wired headset. The headset jack 370D may be a USB interface 330, or may be a 3.5 mm open mobile terminal platform (OMTP) standard interface or a cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA (CTIA) standard interface.
The pressure sensor 380A is configured to sense a pressure signal, and may convert the pressure signal into an electrical signal. In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 380A may be disposed on the display 394. There are a plurality of types of pressure sensors 380A such as a resistive pressure sensor, an inductive pressure sensor, and a capacitive pressure sensor. The capacitive pressure sensor may include at least two parallel plates made of conductive materials. When force is applied to the pressure sensor 380A, capacitance between electrodes changes. The device 100 determines strength of the pressure based on a change in the capacitance. When a touch operation is performed on the display 394, the device 100 detects strength of the touch operation based on the pressure sensor 380A. The device 100 may further calculate a touch position based on a detection signal of the pressure sensor 380A. In some embodiments, touch operations that are performed in a same touch position but have different touch operation strength may correspond to different operation instructions. For example, when a touch operation whose touch operation strength is less than a first pressure threshold is performed on an SMS message application icon, an instruction for viewing an SMS message is executed. When a touch operation whose touch operation strength is greater than or equal to the first pressure threshold is performed on the SMS message application icon, an instruction for creating a new SMS message is executed.
The gyroscope sensor 380B may be configured to determine a moving posture of the device 100. In some embodiments, an angular velocity of the device 100 around three axes (namely, axes x, y, and z) may be determined through the gyroscope sensor 380B. The gyroscope sensor 380B may be configured to implement image stabilization during image shooting. For example, when the shutter is pressed, the gyroscope sensor 380B detects an angle at which the device 100 jitters, calculates, based on the angle, a distance for which a lens module needs to compensate, and allows the lens to cancel the jitter of the device 100 through reverse motion, to implement image stabilization. The gyroscope sensor 380B may further be used in a navigation scenario and a motion-controlled gaming scenario.
The barometric pressure sensor 380C is configured to measure barometric pressure. In some embodiments, the device 100 calculates an altitude by using a barometric pressure value measured by the barometric pressure sensor 380C, to assist in positioning and navigation.
The magnetic sensor 380D includes a Hall effect sensor. The device 100 may detect opening and closing of a leather case by using the magnetic sensor 380D. In some embodiments, when the device 100 is a clamshell phone, the device 100 may detect opening and closing of a flip cover based on the magnetic sensor 380D. Further, a feature such as automatic unlocking of the flip cover is set based on a detected opening or closing state of the leather case or a detected opening or closing state of the flip cover.
The acceleration sensor 380E may detect magnitudes of accelerations of the device 100 in various directions (usually three axes). When the device 100 is static, a magnitude and a direction of gravity may be detected. The acceleration sensor 380E may be further configured to identify a posture of the electronic device, and is used in an application such as switching between a landscape mode and a portrait mode or a pedometer.
The distance sensor 380F is configured to measure a distance. The device 100 may measure the distance by using infrared or laser. In some embodiments, in an image shooting scenario, the device 100 may measure a distance by using the distance sensor 380F to implement fast focusing.
The optical proximity sensor 380G may include, for example, a light-emitting diode (LED) and an optical detector, for example, a photodiode. The light emitting diode may be an infrared light emitting diode. The device 100 transmits infrared light by using the light emitting diode. The device 100 detects infrared reflected light from a nearby object by using the photodiode. When plenty of reflected light is detected, it may be determined that there is an object near the device 100. When insufficient reflected light is detected, the device 100 may determine that there is no object near the device 100. The device 100 may detect, by using the optical proximity sensor 380G, whether the user holds the device 100 close to an ear to make a call, so as to automatically turn off the screen to save power. The optical proximity sensor 380G may further be used in a leather case mode or a pocket mode to automatically perform screen unlocking or locking.
The ambient light sensor 380L is configured to sense ambient light brightness. The device 100 may adaptively adjust brightness of the display 394 based on the sensed ambient light brightness. The ambient light sensor 380L may further be configured to automatically adjust white balance during photographing. The ambient light sensor 380L may further cooperate with the optical proximity sensor 380G to detect whether the device 100 is in a pocket, to avoid an unintentional touch.
The fingerprint sensor 380H is configured to collect a fingerprint. The device 100 may use a feature of the collected fingerprint to implement fingerprint-based unlocking, application lock access, fingerprint-based photographing, fingerprint-based call answering, and the like.
The temperature sensor 380J is configured to detect a temperature. In some embodiments, the device 100 executes a temperature processing policy by using the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 380J. For example, when the temperature reported by the temperature sensor 380J exceeds a threshold, the device 100 lowers performance of a processor located near the temperature sensor 380J, to reduce power consumption to implement thermal protection. In some other embodiments, when the temperature is lower than another threshold, the device 100 heats the battery 342 to avoid abnormal shutdown of the device 100 caused by a low temperature. In some other embodiments, when the temperature is lower than still another threshold, the device 100 boosts an output voltage of the battery 342, to avoid abnormal shutdown caused by a low temperature.
The touch sensor 380K is also referred to as a “touch device”. The touch sensor 380K may be disposed on the display 394, and the touch sensor 380K and the display 394 form a touchscreen, which is also referred to as a “touchscreen”. The touch sensor 380K is configured to detect a touch operation on or near the touch sensor 380K. The touch sensor may transfer the detected touch operation to the application processor to determine a type of the touch event. The display 394 may provide a visual output related to the touch operation. In some other embodiments, the touch sensor 380K may alternatively be disposed on a surface of the device 100, or disposed in a position different from the display 394.
The bone conduction sensor 380M may obtain a vibration signal. In some embodiments, the bone conduction sensor 380M may obtain a vibration signal of a vibration bone of a human vocal-cord part. The bone conduction sensor 380M may further be in contact with a human pulse, to receive a blood pressure beating signal. In some embodiments, the bone conduction sensor 380M may alternatively be disposed in the headset, to obtain a bone conduction headset. The audio module 370 may obtain a voice signal through parsing based on the vibration signal that is of the vibration bone of the vocal-cord part and that is obtained by the bone conduction sensor 380M, to implement a voice function. The application processor may parse heart rate information based on the blood pressure beating signal obtained by the bone conduction sensor 380M, to implement a heart rate detection function.
The button 390 includes a power-on button, a volume button, and the like. The button 390 may be a mechanical button. The button 390 may alternatively be a touch button. The device 100 may receive input from the button, and generate button signal input related to user settings and function control of the device 100.
The motor 391 may generate a vibration prompt. The motor 391 may be configured to provide an incoming call vibration prompt and touch vibration feedback. For example, touch operations performed on different applications (for example, photographing and audio playing) may correspond to different vibration feedback effects. For touch operations performed on different areas of the display 394, the motor 391 may also correspond to different vibration feedback effects. Different application scenarios (for example, a time reminder, information receiving, an alarm clock, and a game) may also correspond to different vibration feedback effects. The touch vibration feedback effect may be further customized.
In this embodiment of this application, there may be a plurality of displays 394. For example, the display 394 may include a first display and a second display. When the first display and the second display are in a screen-locked state, the first display displays a first screen lock interface by using a first application, and the second display displays a second screen lock interface by using a second application. The first application and the second application may be system applications of the electronic device. The internal memory 331 may store code of the first application and code of the second application. In some embodiments, when the user operates the second display, the second application sends a first message to the first application, where the first message indicates the first application not to display the screen lock interface. The processor 310 runs the code of the first application, so that the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display. In this case, the processor 310 determines that a status of the electronic device is switched from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state. In addition, the first application sends a second message to the second application, where the second message indicates the second application not to display the screen lock interface. The processor 310 runs the code of the second application, so that the second application displays a second unlocked interface by using the second display. In some other embodiments, when the user operates the second display, the second display displays a second unlocked interface. In this case, the second application indicates the processor 310 to determine to switch a status of the electronic device to an unlocked state. The second application sends a first message to the first application, where the first message indicates the first application not to display the screen lock interface. In this case, the processor 310 runs the code of the first application, so that the first application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display.
The indicator 392 may be an indicator light, and may be configured to indicate a charging status and a power change, or may be configured to indicate a message, a missed call, a notification, or the like.
Certainly, the device 100 may further include another function unit. This is not limited in this embodiment of this application.
It should be noted that the device 100 may be a desktop computer, a portable computer, a network server, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wireless terminal, an embedded device, a chip system, or a device having a similar structure in
In this embodiment of this application, the chip system may include a chip, or may include a chip and another discrete component.
It may be understood that a structure shown in this embodiment of this application does not constitute a specific limitation on the electronic device 100. In some other embodiments of this application, the electronic device 100 may include more or fewer components than those shown in the figure, or some components may be combined, or some components may be split, or different component arrangements may be used. The components shown in the figure may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
In a layered architecture, software is divided into several layers, and each layer has a clear role and task. The layers communicate with each other through a software interface. In some embodiments, a software structure of the electronic device 100 may be divided into three layers: an application layer, an application framework layer, and a kernel layer from top to bottom.
The application layer may include a series of application packages.
As shown in
The first screen lock application mainly provides interface display in a first display (or referred to as a primary screen) in a screen-locked state, an operation of unlocking the primary screen, change management of a system locked/unlocked state, and synchronous processing of locking/unlocking of a plurality of displays.
The second screen lock application is mainly responsible for content display in a second display (or referred to as a secondary screen) in a screen-locked state, an unlocking operation performed by a user on the screen, a prompt, and synchronization with a system state.
The application framework layer provides an application programming interface (API) and a programming framework for an application at the application layer. The application framework layer includes some predefined functions.
As shown in
The screen lock manager is mainly responsible for synchronizing locked/unlocked states of a plurality of screens.
The kernel layer is a layer between hardware and software. The kernel layer includes at least a binder driver, a display driver for the first display, a display driver for the second display, a camera driver, an audio driver, a sensor driver, and the like.
The following describes an example of a working process of software and hardware of the electronic device 100 with reference to a screen lock scenario.
When the touch sensor 180K receives a touch operation, a corresponding hardware interrupt is sent to the kernel layer. The kernel layer processes the touch operation into an original input event (including information such as touch coordinates and a time stamp of the touch operation). The original input event is stored at the kernel layer. The application framework layer obtains the original input event from the kernel layer, and identifies a control corresponding to the input event. For example, the touch operation is a touch tap operation, and a control corresponding to the tap operation is a control of a first screen lock application icon. The first screen lock application invokes an interface of the application framework layer to start the first screen lock application, and then invokes the kernel layer to start the display driver for the first display. The first display reads a screen lock interface in a first screen container, and displays the screen lock interface.
An embodiment of this application provides a multi-screen unlocking method, and the method is applied to an electronic device. The electronic device may include a plurality of displays, and each display corresponds to one screen lock application. For example, the electronic device may include a first display and a second display. The first display corresponds to a first screen lock application (for example, the first application), and the second display corresponds to a second screen lock application (for example, the second application). In this embodiment of this application, an example in which the first display of the electronic device is a primary screen and the second display of the electronic device is a secondary screen is used for description. Further, as shown in
Refer to
S501: An electronic device receives a screen lock operation performed by a user on the electronic device.
The screen lock operation may include a screen-off operation, a gesture operation, and the like. The gesture operation may include a sliding operation, a pressing operation, a tapping operation, and the like. This may not be specifically limited in this embodiment of this application.
Certainly, the screen lock operation may further vary with different electronic devices. For example, the electronic device may be a foldable mobile phone, and correspondingly, the screen lock operation may include a folding operation. For example, the foldable mobile phone is folded. Alternatively, the electronic device may be a common mobile phone. Correspondingly, the screen lock operation may include inserting and removing an intelligent (SIM) card. Alternatively, the electronic device may be a tablet computer. Correspondingly, the screen lock operation may include tapping a Home button.
S502: In response to the screen lock operation, a first display of the electronic device displays a first screen lock interface, and a second display of the electronic device displays a second screen lock interface, where the second screen lock interface is different from the first screen lock interface.
In a specific implementation, in response to the first screen lock operation, a first screen lock application (for example, the first application) of the electronic device performs screen locking. In this case, the first display reads the first screen lock interface in a first screen container, and displays the first screen lock interface. The first screen lock application sends a broadcast message, where the broadcast message carries an identifier of the second screen lock application (for example, the second application) and screen lock indication information. The second screen lock application receives the broadcast message. In this case, the second display reads the second screen lock interface in a second screen container, and displays the second screen lock interface, where the second screen lock interface is different from the first screen lock interface.
Display content of the first display is different from display content of the second display. This may be specifically implemented as follows.
In a first manner, the electronic device may identify related specification information of the first display, for example, resolution and dots per inch (DPI). The electronic device may establish the first screen container for the first display based on the related specification information of the first display. The first screen container may store the first screen lock interface of the first screen lock application. Similarly, the electronic device may further identify related specification information of the second display. The electronic device may establish the second screen container for the second display based on the related specification information of the second display. The second screen container may store the second screen lock interface of the second screen lock application, and the second screen lock interface is different from the first screen lock interface. The first screen container and the second screen container may be distinguished by using different display identifiers (Display IDs).
In this way, the first display of the electronic device can read the first screen lock interface in the first screen container, and display the first screen lock interface. Similarly, the second display of the electronic device can read the second screen lock interface in the second screen container, and display the second screen lock interface. In this case, the first screen lock interface displayed by the first display is different from the second screen lock interface displayed by the second display.
In a second manner, compared with the first manner, the electronic device may convert information such as an application icon, an application interface, an SMS message received by the electronic device, a status bar, and a specified screen lock interface in the electronic device into the second screen lock interface that matches specification information of the second display, and store the second screen lock interface in the second screen container. Subsequently, the first display can read the first screen lock interface in the first screen container, and display the first screen lock interface. The second display can read the second screen lock interface in the second screen container, and the second screen lock interface is different from the first screen lock interface. In this way, two different screen lock interfaces can run independently in a same operating system.
In a specific implementation, it is assumed that the electronic device is a foldable mobile phone. When the user uses the foldable mobile phone to play music and the foldable mobile phone is in an unfolded state, the user triggers a screen lock operation, for example, the user taps a screen-off button. In this case, the foldable mobile phone performs a screen lock operation, and the foldable mobile phone may display a screen lock interface 103 shown in
Certainly, the second screen lock interface may alternatively be displayed as a pull-down notification bar, a notification, a widget of a third application, or an application icon of the third application. For example, the second display may display a screen lock interface 107 shown in
In some embodiments, the multi-screen unlocking method provided in this embodiment of this application may further include: when a screen status of the second display is a screen-locked state, switching an interface of the second display from the second screen lock interface to an interface 1 (for example, the second interface) in response to receiving an operation 1 (for example, the third operation) of the user on the second display. The operation 1 may include a gesture operation, and the gesture operation may include a sliding operation. For example, the sliding operation may be an operation of sliding from one end of the first display towards the other end. The sliding operation may alternatively be a sliding operation with a specified track. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment of this application. The interface 1 may be a screen lock interface different from the second screen lock interface. For example, the second screen lock interface is the screen lock interface shown in
It should be noted herein that, in response to the screen lock operation, the electronic device may further determine that a status of the electronic device is a screen-locked state. This step is not mandatory. Therefore, this step may be briefly mentioned in this embodiment of this application.
Phase 2: Unlocking phase.
Unlocking the electronic device may be implemented in the following manners.
In a first manner, the user operates the second display, and the second application performs unlocking. Details are shown in
S503: The electronic device receives an unlocking operation (for example, the second operation) performed by the user on the second display.
The unlocking operation may include a password unlocking operation, a face authentication unlocking operation, a fingerprint unlocking operation, and the like. Certainly, the unlocking operation may further include another unlocking operation, for example, a voiceprint unlocking operation. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment of this application.
S504: The second display displays a second unlocked interface in response to receiving the unlocking operation (for example, the second operation) performed by the user on the second display.
Specifically, the second application exits the second screen lock interface in response to the unlocking operation of the user. That is, the second display implements display of the second unlocked interface by using the second application.
S505: The second application indicates the electronic device to switch from the screen-locked state to an unlocked state, and sends a first message to the first application. Correspondingly, the first application receives the first message.
The first message indicates the first application not to display the screen lock interface. The first message may carry operation information of the user.
S506: In response to the first message, the first application displays a first unlocked interface by using the first display.
For example, the first display may be a primary screen (or referred to as a large screen), and the second display may be a secondary screen (or referred to as a small screen); or the first display may be a secondary screen, and the second display may be a primary screen. S503 to S506 are described in detail below, and may be specifically as follows.
S11: The second display displays an interface 2 in response to receiving an operation 2 performed by the user on the second display, where the interface 2 includes a password input area.
The operation 2 may include a gesture operation, and the gesture operation may include a sliding operation. For example, the sliding operation may be an operation of sliding from one end of the second display towards the other end. The sliding operation may alternatively be a sliding operation with a specified track. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment of this application.
The password input area may include a numeric keyboard or a gesture area.
For example, the second display is the primary screen, and the user performs a sliding operation on a screen lock interface shown in
S12: In response to receiving the password entered by the user in the password input area, the second screen lock application corresponding to the second display sends the password to a password manager of the electronic device.
S13: The password manager receives the password, and performs verification on the password. After the verification on the password succeeds, the password manager generates verification success information, and sends the verification success information to the second screen lock application.
S14: The second display displays the second unlocked interface by using the second screen lock application, and the second screen lock application sends a message 1 to the first screen lock application corresponding to the first display, where the message 1 indicates the first screen lock application to perform screen unlocking.
The message 1 may be a broadcast message. For example, the broadcast message may be represented as android.intent.action.USER_PRESENT.
That the second display displays the second unlocked interface by using the second screen lock application may be specifically implemented as follows: The second screen container can store the second screen lock interface of the second screen lock application. Therefore, the second screen lock application does not drive the second display to read the second screen lock interface in the second screen container; or the second screen lock application drives the second display to stop reading the second screen lock interface in the second screen container. Certainly, there may be another implementation. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment of this application.
S15: In response to the message 1, the first screen lock application displays the first unlocked interface by using the first display.
S31: In response to receiving an operation 4 performed by the user on the second display, the second screen lock application sends a message 2 to a face authentication manager, where the message 2 carries face authentication indication information.
