This multifunction safe electric pressure cooker is made up of the lid, the outer body, warm-keeping Container, the control panel, the pressure cooker inner pot, seal, the heating plane setting under the bottom of the inner pot, the control device that composed with a circuit, a pressure switch, a thermostat. The temperature control device and the pressure switch are under the warm-keeping Container, and floating valve, pressure discharging valve, security valve are settled in the lid. Between the heating plane and the warm-keeping Container there is a spring device. The control device also comprises a response device under the heating plate to check inner pot whether be set; set a security switch between the lid and the body to check the lid whether be locked exactly. All the switches are connected with the control circuit.
The foregoing spring device is a U shaped spring that can be arranged uniformity in two or more. In this way, they can make a spring device. The upside of the U shaped spring is connected to the heating plate while the beneath side is on the warm keeping case while the bottom is running through the hole at the bottom of the warm-keeping Container. One end of the pressure switch is under the pole, the other end is rivet to the warm-keeping Container.
Between the lid and the body there is a lock device that including lid buckles at the edge of the lid, which can be connected to the body (comprises middle ring or inner pot), and a transmission device that connected to the lid buckles and makes it swing. The foregoing lid buckles is one or more. It's riveted to the lid by the hinge axis. This transmission device is made up by a ring shaped slider riveted to the lid. One of the ends of the ring shaped slider's edge has a runner. The amounts of the runner are the same with the lid buckle. One end of the lid buckle insert to the runner. The transmission device is also connected to a drive device that makes it slip in hoop. The buckle in the runner is following the ring shaped slider to circumgyrate and swing, so the lid can be locked.

The said control circuit is made up of microprocessor. A temperature sense device in the centre of heating plate, cook without the inner tank protect switch, open & close lid switch, pressure control switch, pushbutton switch. The output part comprises the heating plate, the indicator device such as LED lights, LCD.
One side of the said temperature controller is connected to the coupling of the thermostat and the pressure control switch, while the other side is connected to the timing switch. This makes the temperature controller in series with the thermostat or the pressure control switch, and then parallel connects to the timing switch. The said temperature can be in series with the timing switch directly.

1. You can move the ring shaped slider by yourself, or let the circumgyrating handle or the electrical device drive it. The circumgyrating movement of the transmission device brings the slider to do the up-and-down movement, and then drives the lid buckle to swing. The average heating power can be adjusted by the microprocessor control, but the present electric pressure cooker's heating plate power is fixed, immutable, so it will lead to the waste of energy. The microprocessor control can adjust the pressure in the inner tank, but the present electric pressure cooker's pressure is fixed, immutable, also waste of energy.

9. This product can saute and fry by control the temperature, so it increases the function and the bound.

11. This product uses many safety device, such as safety valve, floating valve, spring device, pressure discharging valve and so on, to airproof the inner tank by the dynamic airproof. When the pressure cooker is electrified and starts heating, the inner tank is heated and the hot air discharges through the floating valve.
When the heating reach to a certain degree, the steam formed in the inner tank and discharges through the floating valve.
When keeping on heating, the pressure formed by the steam is strong enough to prop up the floating valve, and the inner tank turns to an airproof environment.
When the heating time is enough to make the pressure in the inner tank act on the bottom of the tank, the heating plate and the spring device, and make the inner tank and the heating plate both move down.
When the pressure goes beyond the limit pressure, the movement of the heating plate will lead to the cut off the heating. The turn off signal will be send to the control circuit to stop heating.
When stop heating, the pressure in the inner tank will go down, and the spring device will make the heating plate and the inner tank return to their original position, and the pressure switch will turn on again. The signal will be sent to the control circuit to reheat. This process will recurrent to make the pressure in a certain scope. When it's the time, it will over.
