BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an exercise assisting device which provides multiple assisting functions.
2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
Under the various incentives of strengthening somatic function, including reducing weight and shaping of the body, and improving basal metabolism, more and more men, women and children are now involved in weight training. The most common assisting devices in current weight training, such as barbells, dumbbells and gravity balls in a fitness center, are usually classified and stored in different places, which are convenient for different users to use at any time.
However, different assisting devices are usually used for different training positions, and in said storage method it is necessary for those who need to use a variety of assisting device to carry these different and somewhat weighted devices back and forth to the use site and storage place. It is really not very convenient, and the training must be suspended for a long period in the process of replacement. If a variety of assisting devices are taken at one time, it cannot be effectively stored when it is used. It is not only messy, but also it is dangerous to use the devices in such a manner.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly aims to provide a multifunctional exercise fitness assisting device, which is an assisting tool for providing different exercise modes and can simultaneously store exercise fitness devices required for different exercise modes.
Based on the foregoing objective, the multi-functional exercise fitness assisting device includes a main structure, the main structural system is disposed on a support surface, and includes a first end surface and a second end surface; at least one receiving space is formed at one side of the main structure, at least one receiving space is used for receiving the various exercise fitness device; at least one support frame is disposed in one receiving space; the inner edges of the two pads are respectively disposed on the top surface of the main structure, and an included angle is formed between the bottom surface of the two pads and the top surface of the main structure, at least one of which the included angle can be adjusted according to the user's needs, so as to help the user to use in different exercise and fitness modes; at least one pad and the main structure are provided with a limiting device, and at least one limiting device selectively limits one corresponding pad when at least one included angle is adjusted to a preset angle.
With the innovative and unique design, the present invention can utilize the main structure formed with one receiving space at least according to the prior technology, and at least one pad capable of adjusting the elevation angle with respect to the main structure can be used. The exercise device is once positioned, and the utility of the multi-exercise mode and the better industrial economy (utilization) benefits can be provided by a single device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7, there is shown the preferred embodiment of the multifunctional exercise assisting device of the present invention. The embodiments are for illustrative purposes only, and are not limited by this structure in the patent application. The mentioned multifunctional exercise fitness assisting device includes a main structure 10. The main structure 10 is placed on a support surface, and includes a first end surface 101 and a second end surface 102. At least one receiving space 11 is formed at least on one side of the main structure 10, and the at least one receiving space 11 is used for receiving various exercise fitness equipment. When the number of one receiving space 11 at least is set to plural, the plural receiving spaces 11 are for different for exercise fitness equipment, and the holding capacity is different. At least one support frame 20 is disposed in a corresponding receiving space 11. Two pads 30 are respectively disposed on the top surface of the main structure 10, and an included angle θ is respectively formed between the bottom surface of the two pads 30 and the top surface of the main structure 10, wherein at least one included angle θ is adjusted according to the user's needs, so as to help the user to use the different exercise fitness modes, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 8 and FIG. 10. At least a limiting device 50 is disposed between one pad 30 and the main structure 10, and the at least one limiting device 50 selectively limits one corresponding pad 30 when one included angle θ is adjusted to a preset angle. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the angle value of one included angle θ at least is adjusted from 0 to 120 degrees. Also as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and when the angle value of included angle θ between the pad 30 and the top surface of the main structure 10 is 0 degrees, the top surfaces of two pads 30 are at the same horizontal plane.
Referring to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, in the preferred embodiment shown, the lengths of the two pads 30 are designed in different sizes, wherein the pad 30 with a smaller length is usually used as a seat cushion, and the pad 30 with a relatively larger length is generally usually used as a back cushion, and in the preferred embodiment, the support frame 20 is a dumbbell rack. Please refer to FIG. 12, in the preferred embodiment shown in the figure, a limiting device 50 is respectively disposed between two pads 30 and the main structure 10, so that an included angle θ is formed between the bottom surface of the two pads 30 and the top surface of the main structure 10, and it can be respectively adjusted according to the needs of the user. In the preferred embodiment, the support frame 20A is an outward extending cylindrical rack. The support frame 20A receives the barbell disk E in a penetrating manner.
Referring FIGS. 3 to 7, in the preferred embodiment, the embodiment of the limiting device 50 is illustrated between the pad 30 only with a relatively larger length and the main structure 10. The limiting device 50 includes a top bracing structure 51. The first end of the top bracing structure 51 is disposed at a bottom surface of a corresponding (larger length) pad 30, and the second end thereof is abutted against a blocking structure 52 disposed at the top surface of the main structure 10, a corresponding included angle θ can be adjusted by changing the relative position between the second end of the top bracing structure 51 and the blocking structure 52. The second end of the top bracing structure 51 is provided with a cross bar 511. The blocking structure 52 includes two vertical plates 521 disposed at the top surface of the main structure 10 and parallel to each other, and each vertical plate 521 is symmetrically formed with a plural blocking slot 522. The two ends of the cross bar 511 are respectively positioned in a corresponding blocking slot 522.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a handle 12 is provided under the first end surface 101 of the main structure 10, and two rollers 13 are provided under the second end surface 102 of the main structure 10. When the user lifts the main structure 10 by the handle 12, the two rollers 13 are placed on the support surface; and when the main structure 10 is placed on the support surface, the two rollers 13 are separated from the support surface. For further description, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 9A, the upside of first end surface 101 of the main structure 10 is provided at least with one port 14 for connecting one rope-shaped exercise equipment A at least. The second end surface 102 of the main structure 10 is further formed with one concave 15 at least for receiving the exercise fitness equipment. As shown in FIG. 1, at least one concave 15 is used for receiving the kettle bell B. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the bottom surface of the main structure 10 is provided with a plural anti-slip structure 16 which supports the main structure 10 when the main structure 10 is placed at the support surface. The main structural 10 is used to improve the friction force between the main structure 10 and the supporting surface, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the main structure 10 is swayed or displaced relative to the supporting surface during use.
As shown in FIG. 11, it is a second preferred embodiment of the limiting device 50A of the present invention, in the preferred embodiment, the limiting device 50A is a pressure cylinder, and two ends of the pressure cylinder are respectively disposed at a bottom surface of a corresponding pad 30 and a top surface of the main structure 10. The pressure cylinder includes a cylinder body 53 and a piston rod 54 that reciprocates axially relative to the cylinder body 53. By top bracing action of the piston rod 54, the angle value of the corresponding included angle θ can be adjusted without step.
With the above structural composition design, the use of the present invention is as follows: the greatest feature of the present invention is that the included angle θ between the at least one pad 30 and the main structure 10 can be adjusted according to the different needs of the user for different exercise modes, and also various exercise fitness equipments required for different exercise modes can be received according to the different needs of the user for different exercise modes, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, at least one support frame 20 is one dumbbell rack disposed with the plural dumbbell C with different counterweight, and the main structure 10 is formed with a plural receiving space 11 for receiving the gravity ball D with different weights and the furled rope-shaped exercise equipment A. The number of the concave 15 are set to 2 respectively for receiving the kettle bell B with different counterweight.
There are many kinds of exercise fitness equipments used in the embodiments of the present invention, which are achieved by the technical means of changing the included angle θ value. Therefore, only a few different users of the pad 30 with the longer length are selected for describing the use method of the present invention. Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2, when the included angle θ value is 0 degrees, the top surfaces of the two pads 30 are at the same horizontal plane, the present invention can provide users with the ability to sit or lie for temporary rest. Please refer to FIGS. 3, 4, and 8, as the included angle θ value is increased, the user can lie back on the (larger length) pad 30 and the user can exercise with the dumbbell C in a supine posture for arm strength. Of course, this lie back posture can also be combined with a barbell rack (not shown if figure), and then the barbell disk E is combined into a barbell (not shown if figure) for weight training. Refer to FIG. 9, the port 14 disposed at the first end surface 101 of the main structure 10 is used for connecting one rope-shaped exercise equipment A at least, and the rope-shaped exercise equipment A can be a general elastic rope, or it is the two battle ropes shown as in FIG. 9, the exercisers can swing the two battle ropes in two-handed interaction mode for exercise fitness. Please refer to the FIGS. 5, 6 and 11 again. When the included angle θ value is adjusted to about 90°, the user can sit on the (smaller length) pad 30, and reciprocate to horizontally lift up the gravity ball D for exercising the muscles of the arm, and the almost upright (larger length) pad 30 can assist the user to maintain the straightness of the spine during the operation, in addition to improving the exercise efficiency, unnecessary exercising injuries caused by improper posture can be avoided.
What is more mentionable is that, according to the exercisers' response, the battle rope can be equipped with dumbbell C, kettle bell B, barbell disk E and other equipment, which are designed into various intermittent or cyclic training, so as to improve the development of muscles in various parts of the body and cardio endurance effect, and the furled rope-shaped exercise equipment A can be received in the receiving space 11, and the dumbbell C and the barbell disk E can be received in the support frame 20/20A of different types, and also the kettle bell B can be received in one concave 15 formed by the second end surface 102, the present invention not only provides the function of receiving various exercise fitness equipments, but also assists the exercise fitness, and it can also use the various fitness equipments, so as to complete various intermittent or cyclic training.
