Abstract
A multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure includes a seat frame, where a foot plate is movably mounted inside the seat frame by slotting, two slots are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the seat frame, an insertion block is movably mounted inside the two slots, the insertion block is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the slot, an inner armrest is fixedly mounted on a side of the insertion block away from the slot, an outer armrest is movably mounted on a side of the inner armrest away from the insertion block, and a telescopic structure is provided between the inner armrest and the outer armrest.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202321492532.2, filed on Jun. 13, 2023, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application belongs to the technical field of sofas, and specifically pertains to a multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure.


BACKGROUND

Sofa refers to an upholstered multi-seat back rest chair loaded with spring, thick foam and the like, with armrests on both sides, and is a type of soft furniture.


Wood frames for armrests of present multifunctional sofas are integrally mounted, resulting in too large packaging volume, which is not conducive to logistic transportation. Such sofas also have many dismounting and mounting accessories, which causes mounting difficulty.


SUMMARY

It is an object of the present application to provide a multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure to solve the problems set forth in the prior art.


In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides the following technical solutions.


A multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure comprises: a seat frame, where a foot plate is movably mounted inside the seat frame by slotting, two slots are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the seat frame, an insertion block is movably mounted inside the two slots, the insertion block is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the slot, an inner armrest is fixedly mounted on a side of the insertion block away from the slot, an outer armrest is movably mounted on a side of the inner armrest away from the insertion block, and a telescopic structure is provided between the inner armrest and the outer armrest.


Preferably, a back frame is fixedly mounted on a side of a top end of the seat frame away from the foot plate, two connecting blocks are fixedly mounted on an outside of the back frame, the two connecting blocks are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the back frame, a back ear is movably mounted on both sides of the back frame, a connecting groove is provided on a side of the back ear close to the back frame, the back ear is arranged corresponding to the connecting block, and the connecting block is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the connecting groove.


Preferably, the telescopic structure comprises a first connecting bar, a second connecting bar, a first sliding groove, a second sliding groove, a first sliding bar, a second sliding bar and a tension spring; and the first connecting bar is fixedly mounted on a side of the inner armrest, the second connecting bar is fixedly mounted on a side of the outer armrest, and the first connecting bar is arranged corresponding to the second connecting bar.


Preferably, the first sliding groove is provided inside the first connecting bar, the second sliding groove is provided inside the second connecting bar, the first sliding groove is arranged corresponding to the second sliding groove, the first sliding bar is movable mounted on an end of the first connecting bar away from the first sliding groove by a bearing, and the second sliding bar is movably mounted on an end of the second connecting bar away from the second sliding groove by a bearing.


Preferably, an end of the first sliding bar away from the first connecting bar is movably mounted inside the second sliding groove, the first connecting bar is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the second sliding groove, an end of the second sliding bar away from the second connecting bar is movably mounted inside the first sliding groove, and the second connecting bar is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the first sliding groove.


Preferably, the tension spring is fixedly connected between the second connecting bar and the first sliding bar, and totally four sets of telescopic structures are arranged in pairwise symmetry between the inner armrest and the outer armrest respectively located on both sides.


Compared with the prior art, the present application has the following beneficial effects.


The present application can effectively save packaging volume by the detachably connected inner armrest and outer armrest and the movably mounted back ear, and fewer accessories result in simpler assembly; folding of the inner armrest and the outer armrest can be realized by the telescopic structure, which further reduces the packaging volume; and the structure described above can effectively reduce the packaging volume of a finished sofa, effectively save logistics cost, facilitate mounting by consumers, and reduce mounting time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the embodiments described are only part but not all of the embodiments of the present application. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.


Embodiment I

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, a multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure comprises: a seat frame 1, where a foot plate 2 is movably mounted inside the seat frame 1 by slotting, two slots 3 are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the seat frame 1, an insertion block 4 is movably mounted inside the two slots 3, the insertion block 4 is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the slot 3, an inner armrest 5 is fixedly mounted on a side of the insertion block 4 away from the slot 3, an outer armrest 6 is movably mounted on a side of the inner armrest 5 away from the insertion block 4, and a telescopic structure is provided between the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6.


Specifically, a back frame 7 is fixedly mounted on a side of a top end of the seat frame 1 away from the foot plate 2, two connecting blocks 8 are fixedly mounted on an outside of the back frame 7, the two connecting blocks 8 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the back frame 7, a back ear 9 is movably mounted on both sides of the back frame 7, a connecting groove 10 is provided on a side of the back ear 9 close to the back frame 7, the back ear 9 is arranged corresponding to the connecting block 8, and the connecting block 8 is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the connecting groove 10.


It can be seen from the above that the slot 3 is arranged to fit with the insertion block 4 for portable mounting and dismounting between the seat frame 1 and the inner armrest 5; the inner armrest 5 and the seat frame 1 may be packaged separately to save packaging volume; the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6 may be folded by arranging the telescopic structure between the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6, which further saves the packaging volume and cost and reduces logistics costs; and the connecting groove 10 is arranged to fit with the connecting block 8 to remove and mount the back ear 9 easily, which enhances efficiency of dismounting and mounting the overall structure. In particular use, the foot plate 2 is first pushed inside the seat frame 1, then the connecting groove 10 is slid along an outer side of the connecting block 8 and the back ear 9 is removed, the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6 are then manually lifted, in this case, the insertion block 4 located on a side of the inner armrest 5 slides inside the slot 3 on a side of the seat frame 1 until the insertion block 4 is completely removed from the slot 3, and in this case, the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest may be easily removed and packaged. The mounting process may be completed by following the above steps in a reverse order.


Embodiment II

With reference to FIGS. 5 and 8, the telescopic structure comprises a first connecting bar 11, a second connecting bar 12, a first sliding groove 13, a second sliding groove 14, a first sliding bar 15, a second sliding bar 16 and a tension spring 17; and the first connecting bar 11 is fixedly mounted on a side of the inner armrest 5, the second connecting bar 12 is fixedly mounted on a side of the outer armrest 6, and the first connecting bar 11 is arranged corresponding to the second connecting bar 12.


Specifically, the first sliding groove 13 is provided inside the first connecting bar 11, the second sliding groove 14 is provided inside the second connecting bar 12, the first sliding groove 13 is arranged corresponding to the second sliding groove 14, the first sliding bar 15 is movable mounted on an end of the first connecting bar 11 away from the first sliding groove 13 by a bearing, and the second sliding bar 16 is movably mounted on an end of the second connecting bar 12 away from the second sliding groove 14 by a bearing; an end of the first sliding bar 15 away from the first connecting bar 11 is movably mounted inside the second sliding groove 14, the first connecting bar 11 is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the second sliding groove 14, an end of the second sliding bar 16 away from the second connecting bar 12 is movably mounted inside the first sliding groove 13, and the second connecting bar 12 is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the first sliding groove 13; and the tension spring 17 is fixedly connected between the second connecting bar 12 and the first sliding bar 15, and totally four sets of telescopic structures are arranged in pairwise symmetry between the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6 respectively located on both sides.


It can be seen from the above that the first sliding bar 15 and the second sliding bar 16 are arranged to fit with the first sliding groove 13 and the second sliding groove 14 respectively, so that the first sliding bar 15 and the second sliding bar 16 perform a shearing motion with each other, and in this process, the second connecting bar 12 and the outer armrest 6 are driven close to the inner armrest 5 to achieve folding of the outer armrest 6 and the inner armrest 5, thereby reducing packaging space, and achieving the purpose of saving packaging materials; and the tension spring 17 is arranged to drive the second connecting bar 12 and the outer armrest 6 to reset by means of the characteristics of the tension spring 17. In particular use, the outer armrest 6 is pushed close to the inner armrest 5 until the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6 are in a folded state, in this process, the first sliding bar 15 slides in the second sliding groove 14, the second sliding bar 16 slides in the second sliding groove 13, and the tension spring 17 is deformed to be in a stretched state, and then the inner armrest 5 and outer armrest 6 folded together may be packaged; and after the package is removed, the tension spring 17 will drive the first sliding bar 15 to slide in the second sliding groove 14, and the second sliding bar 16 also slides in the first sliding groove 13 under shear, until the inner armrest 5 and the outer armrest 6 are completely unfolded, and in this case, mounting may be performed.


Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made herein without departing from the principles and spirit of the present application, the scope of which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

  • 1. A multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure, comprising: a seat frame, wherein a foot plate is movably mounted inside the seat frame by slotting, two slots are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the seat frame, an insertion block is movably mounted inside the two slots, the insertion block is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the slot, an inner armrest is fixedly mounted on a side of the insertion block away from the slot, an outer armrest is movably mounted on a side of the inner armrest away from the insertion block, and a telescopic structure is provided between the inner armrest and the outer armrest.

The multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a back frame is fixedly mounted on a side of a top end of the seat frame away from the foot plate, two connecting blocks are fixedly mounted on an outside of the back frame, the two connecting blocks are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the back frame, a back ear is movably mounted on both sides of the back frame, a connecting groove is provided on a side of the back ear close to the back frame, the back ear is arranged corresponding to the connecting block, and the connecting block is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the connecting groove.
  • 3. The multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the telescopic structure comprises a first connecting bar, a second connecting bar, a first sliding groove, a second sliding groove, a first sliding bar, a second sliding bar and a tension spring; and the first connecting bar is fixedly mounted on a side of the inner armrest, the second connecting bar is fixedly mounted on a side of the outer armrest, and the first connecting bar is arranged corresponding to the second connecting bar.
  • 4. The multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the first sliding groove is provided inside the first connecting bar, the second sliding groove is provided inside the second connecting bar, the first sliding groove is arranged corresponding to the second sliding groove, the first sliding bar is movable mounted on an end of the first connecting bar away from the first sliding groove by a bearing, and the second sliding bar is movably mounted on an end of the second connecting bar away from the second sliding groove by a bearing.
  • 5. The multifunctional sofa dismounting and mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein an end of the first sliding bar away from the first connecting bar is movably mounted inside the second sliding groove, the first connecting bar is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the second sliding groove, an end of the second sliding bar away from the second connecting bar is movably mounted inside the first sliding groove, and the second connecting bar is slidably fitted with an inner wall of the first sliding groove.
  • 6. The multi-functional sofa dismounting and mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the tension spring is fixedly connected between the second connecting bar and the first sliding bar, and totally four sets of telescopic structures are arranged in pairwise symmetry between the inner armrest and the outer armrest respectively located on both sides.
