The present invention relates to the field of suitcases, in particular to a multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life.
With the development of the times in today's society, people have put forward systematic requirements that are more humane, more convenient, more scientific and more comprehensive for both work and life. A suitcase, usually used for receiving clothes, personal care products and souvenirs required for travel, is a case that a user carries along with when traveling.
At present, many people carry along with all kinds of electronic products such as notebook computer and palm computer when going out. However, there is usually no desk for people to handle official business in the waiting room or lounge at bus stations, railway stations or airports, as a result the computer when in use can only be placed on their legs, which is very inconvenient to use. Moreover, the suitcase cannot be used as a desk due to the small area of its uneven surface, and sometimes there is no place to have a rest in case of train delay or flight delay. How to conveniently and humanely solve various problems that people encounter in their work and life is an important task nowadays.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life, which is high in space utilization,easy for sorting and accessing to articles and suitable for various occasions, thereby making life and work more convenient.
In order to achieve the above objective, a technical solution employed in the present invention is as follows: a multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life is provided, including a case body and a case cover which are hinged at one side and opened or closed by a zipper, wherein the case body and the case cover are both coated with a carbon fiber layer inside and an enameled cow leather layer formed by an enameled cow leather process on surfaces thereof;
the case body is provided with inner compartments for receiving toiletries at an upper end thereof inside, a clothes storage cavity for receiving clothes in the middle inside, and a bed storage cavity for receiving an automatic airbed or a waterproof sleeping bag at a lower end thereof inside;
the case cover is provided with inner compartments for receiving documents and office supplies at an upper end thereof inside, wherein a charging power supply and a mini speaker are also arranged in the inner compartments;a storage cavity is provided on a lower side in thecase cover; a desk board and a folding stool are arranged in the storage cavity, one side of the desk board is hinged to an upper end of the storage cavity, and a support frame is arranged at the back of the desk board; and
a rubber snap-in structure with waterproof function, which is located on an inner side of the zipper, is further arranged around the case body and the case cover.
Specifically, there are three inner compartments of the case body, hooks for hanging clothes hangers are arranged at a lower end of the middle inner compartment, and a fishing rod is also arranged on one side inside the storage cavity.
Specifically, the bed storage cavity is provided with a blocky quilt and a tent bed, or is provided with a net-like automatic airbed.
Specifically, there are three inner compartments arranged in the case cover, with one being provided with the charging power supply and the mini speaker inside, and the other two being used for receiving the documents and office supplies; and the charging power supply or the mini speaker is further provided with a positioning system with an SOS function.
Specifically, the desk board is made of carbon fiber and coated with enameled cow leather on its surface, the support frame is made of carbon fiber and affixed with cow leather on its surface, and the surface of the folding stool is a cow leather surface.

An enameled cow leather process is further provided, wherein its process flow is as follows:
S1: soaking raw cow leather in water to restore it into a fresh leather state;
S2: unhairing and degreasing the cow leather so as to remove grease from cells in the cow leather and hairs from the surface of the cow leather;
S3: adding alkali to swell the cow leather, and then splitting;
S4: deliming and pickling to enable the cow leather to reach a pH value required for tanning;
S5: retanning to increase the tannin content;
S6: fatliquoring to enable the cow leather to absorb a proper quantity of fatliquoring material so as to make the cow leather plump;
S7: covering the carbon fiber material on the surfaces of the case body and the case cover with the cow leather which is allowed to dry naturally;
S8: stretching the covering, with processes of stretching and affixing the covering according to external profile shapes of the case body and the case cover;
S9: forming a layer of paint finish by wiping, brushing, pouring and spraying paint on the leather surface; and
S10: repeating S9 until the paint finish is cured to form a paint finish in the optimal state.
The pH value for tanning ranges from 3.8 to 4.2, the temperature is 40 degrees centigrade, lasting 8 to 12 hours, and a vegetable tanning agent is adopted.
In S3, the alkali used is calcium hydroxide, and in S9, the paint used is vegetable Chinese lacquer.
The beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows: according to the present invention, an automatic airbed or a waterproof sleeping bag is arranged inside a case body of the suitcase, so that the user can have a rest anytime and anywhere; a desk board and a folding stool are arranged in a case cover, so that the user can handle official business anytime and anywhere when going out. Meanwhile, a charging power supply and a mini speaker are also arranged in the case cover, so that the suitcase is more convenient and entertaining in outdoor activities. According to the present invention, the suitcase has distinct structural gradation, diversified functions and easy access to articles therein, achieves the maximum space utilization of the suitcase and integrates work, life and entertainment functions, so that it can be applied to outing, camping, traveling, fishing, performance, military and other scenes.

With the above solution, when the mobile phone is out of power, it can be charged by the charging power supply 22 which plays a role of a mobile power supply. At the same time, in order to find the multifunctional suitcase more quickly after it is lost or to find the location of a child more quickly when the user is the child, a GPS positioning system is further provided to search for a positioning signal through a mobile phone or notebook computer.

With the above solution, when the case cover 2 and the case body 1 are closed, the epsilon-type rubber 31 and the concave-shaped rubber 32 are engaged to form a closed state, and then the zipper of the suitcase is zipped up. Even if the suitcase falls into water, water cannot flow into the suitcase, so that the suitcase has good waterproof effect.
An enameled cow leather process is further provided, wherein its process flow is as follows:
S1: soaking raw cow leather in water to restore it into a fresh leather state;
S2:unhairing and degreasing the cow leather so as to remove grease from cells in the cow leather and hairs from the surface of the cow leather;
S3: adding alkali to swell the cow leather, and then splitting, wherein the alkali used is calcium hydroxide;
S4: deliming and pickling to enable the cow leather to reach a pH value required for tanning,
wherein the pH value for tanning ranges from 3.8 to 4.2, the temperature is 40 degrees centigrade, lasting 8 to 12 hours, and a vegetable tanning agent is adopted.
S5: retanning to increase the tannin content and improve the physical properties;
S6: fatliquoring to enable the cow leather to absorb a proper quantity of fatliquoring material so as to increase the mobility between fibers and make the cow leather plump;
S7: covering the carbon fiber material on the surfaces of the case body 1 and the case cover 2 with the cow leather which is allowed to dry naturally;
S8: stretching the covering, with processes of stretching and affixing the covering according to external profile shapes of the case body 1 and the case cover 2;
S9:forming a layer of paint finish by wiping, brushing, pouring and spraying paint on the leather surface;
wherein the paint used is vegetable Chinese lacquer, which has longer storage time and advantage of recovery function; and
S10: repeating S9 until the paint finish is cured to form a paint finish in the optimal state. In this case, the optimal state is a cured paint finish required by the user.
