- 4. A method according to claim 2, wherein only a single blow pin is utilized for blow molding the multiple neck spray bottle.
- 5. A method according to claim 2, wherein said at least one parisan is extruded in a hollow cylindrical shape about said at least one blow pin, and wherein said parisan is extruded between mold halves of the blow mold in an open mode.
- 6. A method according to claim 1, wherein at least one neck portion of the spray bottle is blow molded mold as a portion of the wall of the spray bottle, and including a step of opening an end of said at least one neck portion after blowing molding the spray bottle.
- 7. A method according to claim 6, wherein said step of opening is provided by one selected from the group consisting of a tool located external to blow mold, a tool located internal to blow mold, air jet located external to blow mold and air jet located internal to blow mold
- 8. A method according to claim 5, wherein neck portions of the multiple neck spray bottle being molded are located substantially within a width of said parisan.
- 9. A method according to claim 3, wherein neck portions of said spray bottle are provided at different heights of the spray bottle.
- 10. A method according to claim 3, wherein a first neck portion is formed vertically, and a second neck portion is formed at an angle relative to a vertical axis of the spray bottle.
- 11. A method according to claim 6, wherein a wall of said second neck portion is formed so as to be reinforced against deformation compared with other wall portions of the spray bottle.
- 12. A method according to claim 3, wherein said blow mold is provided with a single through hole for accommodating said single blow pin.
- 13. A method according to claim 3, wherein said at least one parisan is injection molded prior to the step of blow molding.
- 14. A method according to claim 13, wherein at least one neck portion of the spray bottle is blow molded as a portion of the wall of the spray bottle, and including a step of opening an end of said at least one neck portion after blowing molding the spray bottle.
- 15. A method according to claim 14, wherein said step of opening is provided by one selected from the group consisting of a tool located external to blow mold, a tool located internal to blow mold, air jet located external to blow mold and air jet located internal to blow mold.
- 16. A method according to claim 1, wherein at least two blow pins are utilized for molding the multi-neck spray bottle.
- 17. A method according to claim 16, wherein each neck portion of the multiple neck spray bottle is formed with one separate blow pin.
- 18. A method according to claim 16, wherein separate parisans are provided for each neck portion of the multiple neck spray bottle.
- 19. A method according to claim 1, wherein said at least two parisans are extruded from hot plastic melt with one parisan being extruded about each blow pin.
- 20. A method according to claim 19, wherein said two parisans are approximately equal length.
- 21. A method according to claim 20, including a step of forming an inner wall in the spray bottle.
- 22. A method according to claim 21, wherein said inner wall provides a two chamber spray bottle with one chamber sealed from the other.
- 23. A method according to claim 21, including a step of completely compromising said inner wall to provide a single chamber spray bottle.
- 24. A method according to claim 21, including a step of partially compromising said inner wall to provided two chambers with a fluid passageway therebetween.
- 25. A method according to claim 19, wherein one parisan is extruded at least a length of the spray bottle and the other parisan is extruded shorter.
- 26. A method according to claim 19, wherein one parisan is expanded while the other parisan in not inflated to allow one parisan to substantially fill most of the mold cavity, and providing a wall adjacent a second neck portion which can be compromised to provide a one chamber spray bottle.
- 27. A method according to claim 25, wherein one parisan is expanded while the other parisan in not inflated to allow one parisan to substantially fill most of the mold cavity, and providing a wall adjacent a second neck portion which can be compromised to provide a one chamber spray bottle.
- 28. A method according to claim 18, wherein said separate parisans are injection molded prior to being blow molded.
- 29. A method according to claim 18, wherein a combination of at least one extruded parisan and at least one injection molded parisan are utilized in the blow molding step.
- 30. A method according to claim 28, wherein one parisan is expanded while the other parisan in not inflated to allow one parisan to substantially fill most of the mold cavity, and providing a wall adjacent a second neck portion which can be compromised to provide a one chamber spray bottle.
- 31. A method according to claim 29, wherein one parisan is expanded while the other parisan in not inflated to allow one parisan to substantially fill most of the mold cavity, and providing a wall adjacent a second neck portion which can be compromised to provide a one chamber spray bottle.
- 32. A method according to claim 1, wherein said plastic parisan is made of plastic of one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyethylene terephalate (PET)
- 33. A spray bottle made according to any of the methods of claims 1-31.
- 34. A multiple neck spray bottle, comprising:
a first neck portion having a thicker wall thickness; and a second neck portion having a thinner wall thickness.
- 35. A spray bottle according to claim 34, wherein said second neck portion is substantially a same thickness as other portions of the spray bottle except said first neck portion.
