Claims
- 1. A truncated c-Src polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO:4.
- 2. A transgenic mouse whose somatic and germ cells comprise a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO:4, said nucleotide sequence operably linked to a promoter, wherein expression of said nucleotide sequence results in the formation of abnormalities or tumors in the transgenic mouse.
- 3. The transgenic mouse of claim 2, wherein said nucleotide sequence comprises nucleotides 1 to 1593 of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 4. A preparation comprising antibodies which specifically bind to the c-Src polypeptide of claim 1.
