Claims
- 1. A method for specifically detecting the presence of any species of TB complex mycobacteria comprising infecting the TB complex mycobacteria without detecting other mycobacterial species with a DS6A reporter mycobacteriophage of a labeled DS6A mycobacteriophage without infecting non-TB complex species, and detecting a signal associated with the infected TB complex mycobacteria.
