1. A compound of Formula (I); or a stereoisomer thereof

2. A compound of Formula (II); or a stereoisomer thereof

3. A compound of Formula (III); or a stereoisomer thereof

4. A compound of Formula (IV);

5. A compound of Formula (IV);

6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, carrier or diluent.

7. A method for the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease, cerebral amyloid angiopathy and Down's Syndrome which comprises administering to a mammal in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1.
