Claims
- 1. An N-benzoylamino acid compound of the formula (I), ##STR11## wherein R.sup.3 is ##STR12## and n is 5.
- 2. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of patients suffering from disorders being in an indirect or direct connection with pathological oxidation process occurring in the organism, which comprises administering to patients in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an N-benzoylamino acid compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
- 3. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 wherein the disorders are ischaemic and reperfusion injuries, inflammations, atherosclerosis or degenerative neurological disorders.
- 4. An N-benzoylamino acid compound of the formula (I), ##STR13## wherein R.sup.3 is ##STR14## And n is 5.
- 5. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of patients suffering from disorders being in an indirect or direct connection with pathological oxidation processes occurring in the organism, which comprises administering to patients in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an N-benzoylamino acid compound of claim 4 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
- 6. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 5 wherein the disorders are ischaemic and reperfusion injuries, inflammations, atherosclerosis or degenerative neurological disorders.
