Claims
- 1. A process for combatting insects, arachnids and nematodes, comprising treating the insects, arachnids or nematodes, or the areas or spaces to be kept free from insects, arachnids or nematodes with a insecticidally, arachinidically or nematocidally effective amount of compound of the formula: ##STR20## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are each hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkoxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 -cycloalkyl, nitro or cyano, and
- R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are each hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkyl, phenyl or naphthyl, or phenyl or naphthyl mono-di- or tri-substituted by halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkoxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkoxy.
- 2. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 3-Cl, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 3. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-F, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 4. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-OCH.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 5. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-Cl, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 6. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-Cl, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 7. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 3-Cl, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 8. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 9. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 10. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-NO.sub.2, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 11. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-NO.sub.2, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 12. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-F, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 13. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-C.sub.2 H.sub.5, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 14. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-OCH.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 15. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-CH.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 16. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-CH.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 17. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-C.sub.2 H.sub.5, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are methyl.
- 18. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 19. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 3-CF.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 20. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 3-F, R.sup.2 is 4-F, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 21. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1 is 4-CF.sub.3, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are H, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 22. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are H, R.sup.4 is Br, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 23. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are H, R.sup.4 is Cl, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are Cl.
- 24. The process according to claim 1, wherein in the formula of the compound R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are not simultaneously hydrogen.
