This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202222216520.9, filed with the Chinese Patent Office on Aug. 22, 2022, titled “NAP MAT”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of living wares, and in particular, relates to a nap mat.
Children who are provided homestay services and users who frequently travel on business or love camping need to carry along bedding articles, for example, quilts, pillows, and the like for use in sleeping. In addition, light-weighted bedding articles have portability, but are poor in warmth retention, which affects sleep quality of the users. Heavy-weighted bedding articles are poor in portability, and cause inconvenience in traveling.
The present disclosure provides a nap mat. The nap mat includes: a sleep mattress; a pillow, integrally disposed at a first end of the sleep mattress; and a cover blanket, a side of the cover blanket being connected to a side of the sleep mattress, stitches being crossed on the cover blanket, the stitches partitioning an inner space of the cover blanket into a plurality of accommodation chambers, the accommodation chambers being provided with weighted fillers, the weighted fillers being configured to increase a gravity of the cover blanket.
In an optional embodiment, a mass of the weighted fillers in the accommodation chambers at edges of the cover blanket is greater than a mass of the weighted fillers in the other accommodation chambers.
In the nap mat according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, by integrally arranging the pillow on the sleep mattress and connecting the cover blanket to one side of the sleep mattress, an integral bedding article is formed. In this way, by laminating the cover blanket on the sleep mattress, and winding the cover blanket, the sleep mattress, and the pillow all together, the nap mat is quickly organized and received, such that portability of the nap mat is enhanced. In addition, considering warmth retention, the weighted fillers are filled into the cover blanket to increase the weight of the cover blanket and improve warmth retention. To prevent movement of the weighted fillers in the cover blanket from affecting user experience, the stitches are crossed on the cover blanket to partition an inner portion of the cover blanket into a plurality of accommodation chambers, such that the weighted fillers in each of the accommodation chambers are prevented from entering the other accommodation chambers and are instead retained in the accommodation chamber. In this way, warmth retention of the cover blanket is further ensured. By causing the mass of the weighted fillers in the edges of the cover blanket to be greater than the mass of the weighted fillers in other positions, wrapping of the body of a user by the cover blanket is improved, warmth retention is strengthened, and user sleep experience is enhanced.
In an optional embodiment, the side of the cover blanket and the side of the sleep mattress are detachably connected by a zipper and/or linearly arranged buttons. By detachably connecting the cover blanket to the sleep mattress by the zipper and/or the buttons, assembly and disassembly between the cover blanket and the sleep mattress are facilitated, and thus replacement and cleaning are facilitated for the cover blanket or the sleep mattress separately.
In an optional embodiment, a plurality of winding stitches are evenly arranged on the sleep mattress, wherein an arrangement direction of the plurality of winding stitches is perpendicular to the side by which the sleep mattress is connected to the cover blanket, and the plurality of winding stitches are configured to allow bending of the sleep mattress. Where the nap mat needs to be folded and stored, the cover blanket may be firstly rotated and folded on the sleep mattress, then the sleep mattress and the cover blanket are layerwise wound along the winding stitches on the sleep mattress, and meanwhile the pillow is wrapped therein. In this way, the entire nap mat is folded and stored, and the entire process is convenient and quick, and the operation is simple.
In an optional embodiment, the first end of the sleep mattress is protruded from the cover blanket, and a pillowcase is formed between an edge of the first end of the sleep mattress and the winding stitches adjacent to the edge, wherein a pillow inner is detachably arranged in the pillowcase, and the pillow inner and the pillowcase collaboratively form the pillow. During manufacture of the sleep mattress, by sewing the winding stitches on the sleep mattress and forming the pillowcase between the edge, protruding from the first end of the sleep mattress, on the sleep mattress and the adjacent winding stitches thereof, there is no need to separately manufacture the pillow, such that the number of parts of the nap mat is reduced, and the manufacture process of the nap mat is simplified. In addition, by detachably connecting the pillow inner into the pillowcase, during cleaning of the sleep mattress, the pillow inner may be removed, such that damages caused to the pillow inner during the cleaning are prevented.
In an optional embodiment, a bundling structure is arranged on a side face of the sleep mattress, wherein the bundling structure is configured to bundle and secure the sleep mattress, the pillow, and the cover blanket in the case that the cover blanket is stacked on the sleep mattress and the sleep mattress and the cover blanket is bent and wound along the plurality of winding stitches. By arranging the bundling structure on the sleep mattress, the wound nap mat may be quickly bundled and secured, such that space for storing the nap mat is reduced.
In an optional embodiment, the bundling structure includes a strap and a handle, the handle being arranged parallel to the winding stitches and two ends of the handle being securely connected to the sleep mattress, the strap being arranged perpendicular to the handle and one end of the strap being securely connected to the sleep mattress; wherein the strap is provided with a first connection portion, and the handle is provided with a second connection portion, the first connection portion being configured to be connected and secured to the second connection portion to bundle and secure the sleep mattress, the pillow, and the cover blanket in the case that the sleep mattress and the cover blanket are bent and wound and the strap is wound on the sleep mattress; and the handle is configured to lift and pull the sleep mattress, the pillow, and the cover blanket. By the strap, the folded nap mat may be quickly bundled and secured, and by the handle, the bundled nap mat may be lifted and pulled, such that portability of the nap mat is facilitated. In the case that the nap mat is bundled using the strap, by connecting the first connection portion on the strap to the second connection portion on the handle, the strap is quickly secured. In addition, when lifting and pulling the handle, the strap may share a pull force on the handle, such that the pull force on the handle is reduced, and thus the handle is prevented from breakage.
In an optional embodiment, a transparent bag is arranged on a side face of the sleep mattress. By arranging the transparent bag on the side face of the sleep mattress, a name card or other identities of a children may be received in the transparent bag, such that the nap mat of the child may be quickly determined.

Bedding articles include a variety of items including sleep mattresses, quilts, pillows, and the like. With respect to users who need to always carry the bedding articles along, organizing and packaging the articles is complicated and time and labor consuming. In addition, light-weighted bedding articles have portability, but are poor in warmth retention, which affects sleep quality of the users.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a nap mat. By integrally arranging a pillow on a sleep mattress and connecting a cover blanket to one side of the sleep mattress, an integral bedding article is formed. In this way, by laminating the cover blanket on the sleep mattress, and winding the cover blanket, the sleep mattress, and the pillow all together, such that the nap mat is quickly organized and received.
Referring to
Specifically, the sleep mattress 110 is configured to be placed under the body of the user to ensure comfort during sleeping, the pillow 120 may be sewn at a top end of the sleep mattress 110 such that the pillow 120 and the sleep mattress 110 form an integrally structure to facilitate organization and storage simultaneously. Nevertheless, in some other embodiments, the top end of the sleep mattress 110 may also be configured to a double-layer fabric structure, a space for accommodating the pillow inner is formed in the double-layer fabric structure, and the double-layer fabric structure and the pillow inner collaboratively form the pillow 120.
The stitches 131 on the cover blanket 130 may be horizontally or crosswise arranged as illustrated in
The weighted fillers 133 may be specifically glass beads, plastic beads, or the like. By filling the weighted fillers 132 in the accommodation chambers 132, the gravity of the cover blanket 130 may be effectively increased, and thus the warmth retention by the cover blanket 130 is ensured when the cover blanket 130 is covered on the body of the user. It should be noted that
In the nap mat 100 according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, by integrally arranging the pillow 120 on the sleep mattress 110 and connecting the cover blanket 130 to one side of the sleep mattress 110, an integral bedding article is formed. In this way, by laminating the cover blanket 130 on the sleep mattress 110, and winding the cover blanket 130, the sleep mattress 110, and the pillow 120 all together, the nap mat 100 is quickly organized and received, such that portability of the nap mat 100 is enhanced. In addition, considering warmth retention, the weighted fillers 133 are filled into the cover blanket 130 to increase the weight of the cover blanket 130 and improve warmth retention. To prevent movement of the weighted fillers 133 in the cover blanket 130 from affecting user experience, the stitches are crossed on the cover blanket 130 to partition an inner portion of the cover blanket 130 into a plurality of accommodation chambers 132, such that the weighted fillers 133 in each of the accommodation chambers 132 are prevented from entering the other accommodation chambers 132 and are instead retained in the accommodation chamber 132. In this way, warmth retention of the cover blanket 130 is further ensured.
To further improve warm retention of the cover blanket 130 covered on the body of the user, the present disclosure further provides an embodiment. Specifically, still referring to
Specifically, different types of weighted fillers 133 may be used, such that the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in the accommodation chambers 132 at edges of the cover blanket 130 is greater than the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in the other accommodation chambers 132. For example, a specific gravity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at the edges of the cover blanket 130 is greater than a specific gravity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the other accommodation chambers 132. In addition, different quantities of weighted fillers 133 may be used, such that the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in the accommodation chambers 132 at edges of the cover blanket 130 is greater than the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in the other accommodation chambers 132. For example, a quantity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at the edges of the cover blanket 130 is greater than a quantity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the other accommodation chambers 132.
In the specific embodiment as illustrated in
Since a top edge of the cover blanket 130 needs to cover the neck of the user, to prevent the neck of the user from pressure, a quantity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at the top edge of the cover blanket 130 may be less. Similarly, since a right edge of the cover blanket 130 is connected to the sleep mattress 110, during use, poor wrapping may not occur to the right side of the cover blanket. Therefore, a quantity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at the right edge of the cover blanket 130 may also be less. That is, the quantities of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at the top edge and the right edge are not greater than the quantity of the weighted fillers 133 filled in the other accommodation chambers 132.
It may be understood that, during the specific manufacture, more weighted fillers 133 may also be filled in the accommodation chambers 132 at all the edges of the cover blanket 130, such that the body of the user is tightly wrapped therein, thereby improving warmth retention. However, an appropriate quantity of the weighted fillers 133 needs to be ensured in the accommodation chambers 132 at the top edges of the cover blanket 130, to avoid causing pressure to the neck of the user.
By causing the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in the edges of the cover blanket 130 to be greater than the mass of the weighted fillers 133 in other positions, wrapping of the body of the user by the cover blanket 130 is improved, warmth retention is strengthened, and user sleep experience is enhanced.
For ease of replacement and cleaning of the cover blanket 130, the present disclosure further provides another embodiment. Specifically, still referring to
