Claims
- 1. A rack, comprising:
a) a left upright frame; b) said left upright frame including a front post and a spaced apart rear post; c) a right upright frame spaced from said left frame; d) an upper connector disposed between said left frame and said right frame; e) said upper connector defining at least one passage extending along said left upright frame; f) a lifting element disposed on said rack; g) said lifting element extending transversely to said left upright frame; and h) said lifting element being configured for engaging with a lifting mechanism.
- 2. A rack as defined in claim 1, wherein:
a) a lower connector is disposed between said left frame and said right frame; b) said lower connector engages at least one of said front and rear posts; and c) said lower connector includes a substantially Z-shaped frame.
- 3. A rack as defined in claim 1,, wherein: connector.
- 4. A rack as defined in claim 1, wherein:
a) said lifting element is disposed between said left and right frames.
- 5. A rack, comprising:
a) a left upright frame; b) said left upright frame includes a member extending between the front and rear thereof; c) a right upright frame spaced from said left frame; d) an upper connector disposed between said left frame and said right frame; e) said upper connector defining a substantially Z-shaped frame and defining a mouth at at least one of said front and rear thereof; f) a lifting element disposed on said rack; g) said lifting element extending substantially parallel to said left frame; and h) said upper connector defining a passage extending rearwardly from said mouth.
- 6. A rack as defined in claim 5, wherein:
a) a lower connector is disposed between said left frame and said right frame; and b) said lower connector defines a substantially Z-shaped shaped frame.
- 7. A rack as defined in claim 5, wherein:
a) said lifting element includes a C-channel.
- 8. A rack as defined in claim 5, wherein:
a) said lifting element is disposed between said left and right frames.
- 9. A rack, comprising:
a) a left upright frame; b) a right upright frame spaced at a distance from said left frame; c) an upper connector disposed between said left frame and said right frame; d) said upper connector extending from said left frame toward said right frame, and said upper connector extending at an acute angle relative to said left frame; e) said left upright frame, said upper connector, and said right upright frame defining a Z-shaped frame; f) said upper connector and a portion of said left frame defining a passage therebetween; g) a lifting element disposed on said upper connector; h) said lifting element extending transversely to said left frame; and i) said lifting element being disposed sufficiently above said passage so that said lifting element provides substantially free access to said passage in a direction from the front of the rack to the rear of the rack.
- 10. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) a bracket is disposed between and connects said left upright frame and said upper connector; and b) said bracket is disposed so that said bracket provides substantially free access to said passage from the front of the rack to the rear of the passage.
- 11. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) said lifting element includes a C-channel.
- 12. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) said left upright frame includes a front post and a spaced apart rear post; and b) said upper connector extends between said rear post toward said right upright frame.
- 13. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) said lifting element includes a pair of spaced apart C-channels, each of which opens toward the other one of said pair of C-channels.
- 14. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) said upper connector is disposed adjacent an uppermost portion of said left and right frames.
- 15. A rack as defined in claim 10, wherein:
a) said bracket is disposed above said left upright frame and said upper connector.
- 16. A rack as defined in claim 9, wherein:
a) said lifting element includes an elongated portion; and b) said elongated portion extends substantially parallel to a plane defined by said left frame.
- 17. A rack as defined in claim 7, wherein:
a) said C-channel extends substantially parallel to said left upright frame.
- 18. A rack as defined in claim 1, wherein:
a) said lifting element extends substantially parallel to said left upright frame.
- 19. A rack as defined in claim 18, wherein:
a) said lifting element is disposed on an upper portion of said frame.
- 20. A rack as defined in claim 1, wherein:
a) said lifting element is disposed on an upper portion of said frame.
- 21. A rack as defined in claim 1, wherein:
a) said left upright frame, said upper connector, and said right upright frame define a Z-shaped frame.
