FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of an empty newspaper display rack, with some shelves tilted downward, showing my new design;

FIG. 4 is a rear view of the empty display rack;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the empty display;

FIG. 6 is a reduced scale top view of the empty display; and,

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line 7—7 of FIG. 3.

In the drawings, the broken lines showing of the newspapers illustrate the environment in which the newspaper display rack is used and from no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines represent portions of the newspaper display Rack that form no part of the claimed design.
