- 2. The sound generation apparatus of claim 1, wherein said sound generation apparatus further comprising:a projection connected to the interior surface of the training wheel, said projection rotatable with the training wheel, said projection extended a sufficient length from the interior surface to intermittently engage said clapper once each rotation of the training wheel; and said clapper extended from support frame, said clapper having a clapper end pivotably positioned to reciprocatingly pivot substantially parallel to the interior surface during rotation of the training wheel to intermittently contact said sound generator upon engagement by said protecting against said clapper during each rotation of the training wheel; whereby when the training wheel is rotated said clapper pivotably contacts said sound generator, with sound generated intermittently in proportion to the rotation of the training wheel.
- 3. The sound generation apparatus of claim 2, wherein said sound generator including a bell attached to the support frame, said bell positioned between said the support frame and the interior surface of the training wheel.
- 4. The sound generation apparatus of claim 3, wherein said clapper including a first end pivotably attached to the support frame, said first end having a coiled spring attached thereto for return of said first end and said clapper end to a non-engaging position apart from said bell: and a mid-portion of said clapper positioned to extend proximal to the interior surface of the training wheel, whereby when said mid-portion is intermittently engaged by said projection, said clapper pivots to an engaging position with said clapper end intermittently contacting said bell as the training wheel rotates.
- 5. A sound generation apparatus for a bicycle wheel including a training wheel attachable by a support frame to at least one side of the bicycle wheel, the training wheel having an interior surface and a hub rotatable during rotation of the bicycle wheel, said sound generation apparatus comprising:a sound generator having a support connector for attachment to the support frame, said sound generator being positioned by said support connector at an extended position proximal the interior surface of the training wheel; and a first and a second clapper having respective first ends pivotably attachable to the interior surface of the training wheel, said first and said second clapper are positioned in spaced apart configuration respectively at a first position on the interior surface and at a second position on the interior surface, whereby said first and said second clapper are extended by centrifugal force to pivot around said respective first ends for rotation of each clapper substantially parallel to the interior surface of the training wheel, said first and second clappers intermittently contact said sound generator as the training wheel is rotated.
- 6. A sound generation apparatus for a bicycle wheel including a training wheel connected by a rotatable hub attachable by a support frame to at least one side of the bicycle wheel, the training wheel having an interior surface supporting a perimeter portion rotatable with the hub relative to the support frame during rotation of the bicycle wheel, said sound generation apparatus comprising:a sound generator attachable to the support frame, said sound generator positioned proximal to the interior surface of the training wheel; and a clapper rotatably disposed between said sound generator and the interior surface of the training wheel, said clapper having a first end rotatably attached to the interior surface and having a clapper end of a sufficient length from said first end to extend proximal to the perimeter portion of the interior surface of the training wheel, said clapper end rotates by centrifugal force about said first end for rotation substantially parallel to the interior surface of the training wheel, said clapper end intermittently contacts said sound generator upon each rotation of the training wheel.
- 7. The sound generation apparatus of claim 6 wherein said sound generator including a bell having a support connector attached to the support frame for extension of said bell to a first position between the support frame and the perimeter portion of the training wheel.
- 8. The sound generation apparatus of claim 6 further including a second support frame having a rotatable hub connected to a second training wheel, the second support frame attached on an opposed side of the bicycle wheel from the support frame, the second training wheel having an interior surface supporting a perimeter portion rotatable relative to the support frame during rotation of the bicycle wheel, said sound generation apparatus further comprising:a second sound generator having a second support connector attached to the second support frame for extension of said second sound generator to a second position between the second support frame and the perimeter portion of the second training wheel; and a second clapper rotatably disposed between said second sound generator and the interior surface of the second training wheel, said second clapper having a first end rotatably attached to the interior surface of the second training wheel, said second clapper having a clapper end of a sufficient length from said first end to extend proximal to the perimeter portion of the interior surface of the second training wheel, said clapper end rotates by centrifugal force about said first end for rotation substantially parallel to the interior surface of the second training wheel, said clapper end intermittently contacts said second sound generator upon each rotation of the second training wheel, whereby each of said clappers are rotatable substantially parallel to each respective interior surface of each training wheel for intermittent contact with respective sound generators upon rotation of each training wheel.
