Claims
- 1. A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising, an electrode group having alternately laminated positive electrodes and negative electrodes which have an active material layer or a layer of a mixture of active material and conductive agent on a metal foil which is a collector, there being one negative electrode more than the positive electrodes, adjacent an entire surface of an outermost negative electrode of the electrode group is a dummy plate of a metal foil for positive electrode collector which is sandwiched between separators, so that an outermost side of the electrode group is a separator, the positive electrodes and dummy plates are electrically connected, and negative electrodes are electrically connected, and the electrode group disposed in a negative polarity prismatic cell container having a non-aqueous electrolyte.
