Claims
- 1. A polymeric composition for cured thermoset resins, said polymeric composition comprising:polymer chains having a glass transition temperature less than −40° C. and a weight average molecular weight of at least about 1069 g/mol, said polymer chains comprising at least one non-functional aromatic terminal end-group; wherein said polymeric composition is miscible in the uncured state of said thermoset resins and immiscible in the cured state of said thermoset resins.
- 2. A polymeric composition according to claim 1, wherein said polymer chains comprise at least 20 weight percent of polymerized units derived from one or more C1 to C20 alkyl acrylate monomers, wherein said polymer chains are characterized as having a weight average molecular weight of at least 1500 g/mol.
