Abstract
The invention discloses a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports, which comprises a pool, wherein the pool includes a first hard sandwich, a first soft inner wall and a first soft outer wall. An outer side of the pool is provided with inclined supports, which include a second soft outer wall, a second soft inner wall and a second hard sandwich. The first soft outer wall of the pool is fixedly connected to a soft top portion of the inclined support through a first inclined support connection. When the non-pneumatic pool is in used, the whole pool is supported from the sides; multiple inclined supports form stable triangular structures with the pool walls to ensure the stability of the pool during use. Meanwhile, the inclined supports can be tightly attached to the pool walls during storage, which can save space and has strong practicability.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202223279949,9, filed on Dec. 7, 2022, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor pools, and more particularly to a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports.


BACKGROUND

Outdoor pools include manual digging pools, inflatable pools, plastic enclosing pools, etc., which can be used in many occasions such as small parks, roadsides, and houses, and are mainly used for children to play. When playing, small fishes are put into the inflatable pool for children to catch, which not only develops children's active personalities, but also improves then own abilities, and adds a lot of fun to children's lives as well.


The manual digging pools need to cost a lot of labor power and material resources, so that most families use inflatable pools for more conveniences. Although the inflatable pools have good conveniences, the use of meshed PVC cloth will lead to poor stability during use, and the surface cannot bear objects or persons sitting on. When persons are playing in the inflatable pool, water flows are driven to generate waves to impact on the inflatable pool, so the overall pool is driven to shake, thus the practicability is poor. However, non-pneumatic pools are generally placed on the ground, and the stabilities thereof are also poor without outside supporting members. Therefore, a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports is designed to solve the above-mentioned problems.


SUMMARY

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports can support the outer walls of the pool through inclined supports, which can solve the above-mentioned problems.


In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention is implemented by the following technical solutions: a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports, comprising a pool, wherein the pool includes a first hard sandwich, a first soft inner wall and a first soft outer wall; the first soft inner wall and the first soft outer wall are fixedly wrapped on an outer side the first hard sandwich and then seamlessly installed on a first soft bottom portion of the pool; an outer side of the pool is provided with, an inclined support, which includes a second soft outer wall, a second soft inner wall and a second hard sandwich, and the second soft outer wall and the second soft inner wall are fixedly wrapped on an outer side of the second hard sandwich; the first soft outer wall is fixedly connected to a soft top portion of the inclined support through a first inclined support connection, and the soft top portion is fixedly connected to the inclined support; an outer side of the first soft bottom portion of the pool is fixedly connected to a second soft bottom portion of the inclined support through a second inclined support connection, and the second soft bottom portion is fixedly connected to the inclined support.


With the above technical solution, the present invention can support the pool from the outsides when it is used, and the operation is fast, without complicated operations, which has good stability and safety.


Preferably, there are multiple inclined supports, and the multiple inclined supports are rectangularly distributed with the central axis of the pool as the center.


With the above technical solution, in the present invention the pool is supported by the corresponding number of inclined supports on the sides of pool to ensure the stability in use.


Preferably, the inclined support and the pool form a triangular structure, and both ends of the inclined support are fitted with the corresponding first soft outer wall and the around of the installation site through the soft top portion and the second soft bottom portion of the inclined support, respectively.


With the above technical solution, when the inclined support of the present invent is unfolded, a stable triangular structure is formed between the inclined support and the pool and the ground, so that the stability is stronger.


Preferably, the first soft inner wall, the first soft outer wall, the second soft inner wall, the second soft outer wall, the second soft bottom portion and the soft top portion are all PVC soft materials.


With the above technical solution, the safety of the pool can be enhanced, the personal safety of the players can be protected, while it is more convenient to store or support the inclined supports.


Preferably, the first hard sandwich of the pool and the second hard sandwich of the inclined support are PVC hard materials.


Preferably, the inclined support is configured as attachable to the first soft outer wall after storage for saving storage space.


By adopting the aforementioned technical solutions, the beneficial effects of the present invention are:


1. When the non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports is in used, the whole pool is supported from the sides, and multiple inclined supports and the pool walls form stable triangular structures to ensure the stability of the pool during use. Meanwhile, the inclined supports can be tightly attached to the pool walls during storage, which can save space and has strong practicability.


2. In the non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports, the pool can be easily supported and stored when in use through the cooperation of the first inclined support connection, the second inclined support connection, the soft top portion of the inclined support and the second soft bottom portion of the inclined support, which is very convenient and fast. Besides, the overall design needn't to inflate air, which has good stability and safety, and is suitable for promotion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described hereafter in combination with the drawings of the embodiment of the present invention. Obviously, the embodiment described is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without, making creative labors belong to the scope of protection of the present invention.


Please refer to FIGS. 1-4, the present invention provides a technical solution: a non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports, including a pool 1, wherein the pool 1 includes a first hard sandwich 11, a first soft inner wall 12 and a first soft outer wall 13. The first soft inner wall 12 and the first soft outer wall 13 are fixedly wrapped on an outer side of the first hard sandwich 11 and then seamlessly installed on a first soft bottom portion 2 of the pool. An outer side of the pool 1 is provided with an inclined support 3. The inclined support 3 includes a second soft outer wall 32, a second soft inner wall 33 and a second hard sandwich 31, and the second soft outer wall 32 and the second soft inner wall 33 are fixedly wrapped on the outer sides of the second hard sandwich 31. The first soft outer wall 13 is fixedly connected to a soft top portion 4 of the inclined support 3 through a first inclined support connection 5, and the soft top portion 4 is fixedly connected to the inclined support 3. An outer side of the first soft bottom portion 2 of the pool 1 is fixedly connected to a second soft bottom portion 6 of the inclined support 3 through a second inclined support connection 7, and the second soft bottom portion 6 is fixedly connected to the inclined support 3.


With the above technical solution, when the present invention is in used, the pool 1 is supported from the outsides of the pool 1, and the operation is fast, without, complicated operation, which has good stability and safety.


There are multiple inclined supports 3, which are rectangularly distributed with the central axis of the pool 1 as the center.


With the above technical solution, in the present invention the pool 1 is supported by the corresponding number of inclined supports 3 on the sides of pool 1 to ensure the stability in use.


The inclined support 3 and the pool 1 form a triangular structure, and both ends of the inclined support 3 are matched with the corresponding first soft outer wall 13 of the pool 1 and the ground of the installation site through the soft top portion 4 and the second soft bottom portion 6 of the inclined support 3, respectively.


With the above technical solution, when the inclined support 3 of the present invent is unfolded, a stable triangular structure is formed between the inclined support 3 and the pool 1 and the ground, so that the stability is stronger.


The first soft inner wall 12, the first soft outer wall 13, the second soft inner wall 33, the second soft outer wall 32, the second soft bottom portion 6 and the soft top portion 4 of the inclined support 3 are all PVC soft materials.


With the above technical solution, the safety of the pool 1 can be enhanced, the personal safety of the players can be protected, while it is more convenient to store or support the inclined supports 3.


The first hard sandwich 11 of the pool 1 and the second hard sandwich 31 of the inclined support 3 are PVC hard materials.


The inclined supports 3 are attached to the first soft outer walls 13 of the pool 1 after storage for saving storage space.


When the non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports is used, the inclined supports 3 on the outer sides of the pool 1 are pulled out respectively, so that both ends of the inclined support 3 are tightly attached to the outer wall of the pool 1 and the ground respectively, thus to form triangular structures to complete the support steps. When the pool 1 is to be stored, the inclined supports 3 are pushed to tightly attach to the pool 1. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports can be supported and stored more quickly, and the support effect is good, which has good safety and stability, and is suitable for promotion.

  • 1. A non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports, comprising a pool, wherein the pool includes a first hard sandwich, a first soft inner wall and a first soft outer wall; the first soft inner wall and the first soft outer Wall are fixedly wrapped on an outer side the first hard sandwich and then seamlessly installed on a first soft bottom portion of the pool; an outer side of the pool is provided with an inclined support, which includes a second soft outer wall, a second soft inner wall and a second hard sandwich, and the second soft outer wall and the second soft inner wall are fixedly wrapped on an outer side of the second hard sandwich;the first soft outer wall is fixedly connected to a soft top portion of the inclined support through a first inclined support connection, and the soft top portion is fixedly connected to the inclined support; an outer side of the first soft bottom portion of the pool is fixedly connected to a second soft bottom portion of the inclined support through a second inclined support connection, and the second soft bottom portion is fixedly connected to the inclined support.
  • 2. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports according to claim 1, wherein there are multiple inclined supports, and the multiple inclined supports are rectangularly distributed with the central axis of the pool as the center.
  • 3. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports according to claim 2, wherein the inclined support and the pool form a triangular structure, and both ends of the inclined support are fitted with the corresponding first soft outer wall and the ground of the installation site through the soft top portion and the second soft bottom portion of the inclined support, respectively.
  • 4. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports according to claim 3, wherein the first soft inner wall, the first soft outer wall, the second soft inner wall, the second soft outer wall, the second soft bottom portion and the soft top portion are all PVC soft materials.
  • 5. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports according to claim 4, wherein the first hard sandwich of the pool and the second hard sandwich of the inclined support are PVC hard materials.
  • 6. The non-pneumatic pool with inclined supports according to claim 5, wherein the inclined support is configured as attachable to the first soft outer wall after storage for saving storage space.
