Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a note sheet embodying our new design with the note sheet configured to receive indicia and having a rectangular body portion that includes perforations and a rectangular tab portion with rounded shoulders.

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of the note sheet of FIG. 1, the bottom surface having regions of adhesive on the rectangular body portion.
