The invention relates to the technical field of inflatable products, in particular to a novel cake-type air bed.
The existing air beds mainly join the top surface, the bottom surface, and the horizontal surface and the vertical surface of the surrounding band, so that seam welding lines can be formed at edges of the surfaces. Therefore, the air bed is easy to generate friction and be broken and scratch skin, lacks aesthetics and is poor in comfort.
The invention aims to overcome at least one of the above deficiencies in the prior art, and provides a novel cake-type air bed which has the beneficial effects of being attractive, comfortable and good in extension effect by extending the top layer and the bottom layer to the sides to be joined.
The technical solution of the present invention is as follows. A novel cake-type air bed includes a top layer and a bottom layer. The top layer extends from the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed, and/or the bottom layer extends from the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed. The top layer and the bottom layer are joined to enclose and form a cavity of the novel cake-type air bed.
According to the technical solution, the novel cake-type air bed without surrounding band has the top layer and/or the bottom layer extend to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed respectively and joined to enclose and form the cavity of the novel cake-type air bed.
The novel cake-type air bed provided in the technical solution has the top layer and/or the bottom layer directly extend from the top surface and the bottom surface to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed respectively and joined to enclose and form the cavity of the novel cake-type air bed, so that the arrangement of surrounding band is omitted with beneficial effects of being simple and convenient.
The top surface and the bottom surface provided in the technical solution have no seam line, so that the appearance is improved and novel, the edge of the bed body is fuller and smoother, and the bed body is flatter with greater stress strength. A user cannot make contact with the seam line during sleep, which allows the user to sleep better and more comfortable and is more suitable for the demands of people.
The top layer and the bottom layer are joined at the sides of the novel cake-type air bed.
Alternatively, the top layer extends from the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides and the bottom surface, and is welded or bonded with the bottom layer at the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed.
Alternatively, the top layer and the bottom layer are integrally formed to form the cavity of the air bed.
Further, as another embodiment, a surrounding band is also included. The surrounding band is provided on the sides of the novel cake-type air bed and between the top layer and the bottom layer. The top layer, the bottom layer, and the surrounding band enclose and form the cavity of the novel cake-type air bed. A distance between the top surface and the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed is a side width of the novel cake-type air bed, and the side width is greater than the width of the surrounding band. The top layer and the bottom layer extend to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed respectively, and are joined with the surrounding band.
Providing the surrounding band enables the sides of the novel cake-type air bed to be flatter with more pleasing appearance. In addition, since the joining positions of the top layer and the surrounding band as well as the bottom layer and the surrounding band are both provided on the sides, the formed novel cake-type air bed is more attractive. Due to the fact that the joining positions are provided on the sides, the friction is reduced, and the novel cake-type air bed provided by the technical solution has the advantages of longer service life, better stability and comfort.
Further, the novel cake-type air bed is joined and fixed by a butt-welding method.
Further, as another embodiment, the novel cake-type air bed is joined and fixed by a plain-welding method.
Further, an upper feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed, and a lower feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed. The upper feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the top layer, and the lower feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the bottom layer.
Further, the upper feeding encircling piece is enclosed with the top layer to form an upper edge air chamber of the novel cake-type air bed, and the lower feeding encircling piece is enclosed with the bottom layer to form a lower edge air chamber of the novel cake-type air bed. The upper edge air chamber and the lower edge air chamber communicate with an air chamber inside the cavity respectively.
Further, the cavity is internally provided with drawing bands which are at least partially provided in the cavity in an inclined way.
Due to the fact that the force degree of the top surface and the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed can be influenced by people or fabric, the force degrees of the top surface and the bottom surface are not the same. Providing the drawing bands in the inclined way can better match the top surface and the bottom surface with different force degrees, so that the novel cake-type air bed is flatter with more stability.
The drawing band is a straight drawing band. The straight drawing band is connected to the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed from the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed.
Further, the drawing bands gradually slope outward from the middle of the cavity to both sides of the cavity. The more the drawing band is provided in the middle of the cavity, an angle θ formed by the drawing band and the bottom surface tends to be a right angle.
The drawing bands are aligned in rows from the middle of the cavity to both sides of the cavity. When the number of rows of the drawing bands in the cavity is an odd number, the drawing band in the middle of the cavity is vertically provided, and the drawing bands positioned on both sides of the middle of the cavity are provided in the inclined way. The more the drawing band is provided toward both sides of the cavity, the more inclined the drawing band becomes. When the number of rows of the drawing bands in the cavity is an even number, the drawing bands on both sides of the middle of the cavity are symmetrically and obliquely provided. The more the drawing band is provided toward both sides of the cavity, the more inclined the drawing band becomes. The more the drawing band is provided in the middle of the cavity, the angle tends to be the right angle.
Further, the fabric of the top layer is formed by laminating PVC/TPU and flocking. The fabric of the surrounding band is formed by laminating PVC/TPU and cloth. The fabric of the top layer is the same as that of the bottom layer, or the fabric of the top layer is the same as that of the surrounding band, or the fabric of the bottom layer is the same as that of the surrounding band, or the fabric of the top layer is completely the same as that of the bottom layer and the surrounding band.
Further, the upper feeding encircling piece and the lower feeding encircling piece use PVC or TPU material or other materials.
Further, each of the four corners of the top layer and the bottom layer is provided with a cutting angle.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows.
The joining positions of the novel cake-type air bed of the present invention are provided on the sides of the novel cake-type air bed, so that the surface of the air bed has no seam line. The user cannot make contact with the seam line during sleep, which allows the user to sleep better and more comfortable and is more suitable for the demands of people. The upper feeding encircling piece of the top layer and the lower feeding encircling piece of the bottom layer enclose and form the upper and lower edge air chambers respectively, and the stress effect of edge of the bed body is better. With the inclined drawing bands, the edge of the bed body of the novel cake-type air bed is fuller and smoother, the flatness of the bed body is better, and the hardness also meets the requirements.
