Claims
- 1. A polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence having at least about 80% sequence identity to a polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:3; and (b) the complement of (a); and (c) a polynucleotide comprising SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein said polynucleotide is an isolated polynucleotide.
- 2. The polynucleotide of claim 1 wherein said polynucleotide comprises a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:3.
- 3. The polynucleotide of claim 2 wherein said polynucleotide comprises DNA.
- 4. The polynucleotide of claim 3 wherein said polynucleotide is SEQ ID NO: 2.
- 5. A vector comprising the polynucleotide of claim 1.
- 6. A host cell comprising the vector of claim 5.
- 7. A process for producing a polypeptide comprising culturing the host cell of claim 6 under conditions that allow expression of the polypeptide encoded by said polynucleotide in said vector.
- 8. A polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least about 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:3, wherein if said polypeptide comprises the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:3, said polypeptide is an isolated polypeptide.
- 9. The polypeptide of claim 8 wherein the polypeptide comprises the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 10. An antibody that binds to the polypeptide of claim 8.
