- 11. The method according to claim 7, wherein each of R101 and R102 independently represents an acyl residue of a higher fatty acid.
- 12. The method according to claim 11, wherein each of R101 and R102 independently is an acyl residue represented by R—C(═O)—, wherein R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 13-25 carbon atoms.
- 13. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sulfofucosylacylglycerol compound is represented by formula (3):
- 14. The method according to claim 13, wherein R101 is an acyl residue represented by R—C(═O)—, wherein R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 13-25 carbon atoms, and R102 is a hydrogen atom or acyl residue represented by R′—C(═O)—, wherein R′ represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 13-25 carbon atoms.
- 15. The method according to claim 13, wherein R101 is an acyl residue of a higher fatty acid, and R102 represents a hydrogen atom.
- 16. The method according to claim 15, wherein R101 is an acyl residue represented by R—C(═O)—, wherein R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 13-25 carbon atoms.
- 17. The method according to claim 13, wherein each of R101 and R102 independently represents an acyl residue of a higher fatty acid.
- 18. The method according to claim 17, wherein each of R101 and R102 independently is an acyl residue represented by R—C(═O)—, wherein R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 13-25 carbon atoms.
