In the specific implementation of the utility model, pictures, photos or posters are inserted between the base plate of the photo frame and the transparent acrylic plate; the photo frame is fixed on the wall, or hung on the screws of the wall with hooking piece; when requiring picture replacement of the photo frame after fixing, it could be finished by flipping upward to open the movable cover, and the movable cover can be turned upward to open and to limit the position by the function of the rotating shaft and the circlips; and then pull out the picture between the base plate and the transparent acrylic plate to insert the new replacement picture; and then flip down the movable cover to tightly cover the left and right frame.
