Claims
- 1. An isolated DNA segment comprising SEQ ID NO: 1.
- 2. An isolated DNA segment fully complementary to the DNA segment of claim 1.
- 3. An isolated DNA segment consisting essentially of a nucleotide sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 1.
- 4. An isolated DNA segment fully complementary to the DNA segment of claim 3.
- 5. A vector containing the DNA segment of claim 1.
- 6. A vector containing the DNA segment of claim 2.
- 7. An isolated prokaryotic or eukaryotic host cell stably transformed or transfected by the vector of claim 5.
- 8. An isolated prokaryotic or eukaryotic host cell stably transformed or transfected by the vector of claim 6.
- 9. A method of making a protein, comprising the steps of:
- (a) culturing a microorganism transformed with the DNA segment according to claim 1; and
- (b) recovering the protein encoded by the DNA segment.
