NURSING PANTS FOR URINATION

Abstract

A nursing pants for urination comprising a pants body; a front cover having features of urine draining and covering arranged at the front side of the inner surface of the pants body, a rear side soft covered cloth arranged at the rear side of the pants; two first straps arranged behind the rear side soft covered cloth; a shirt having two pockets on the chest; two second straps having second buckle which can connect to the first buckle, and the second straps pass through the shoulders and fixed to the pockets; Whereby the patient pulls the two second straps, and the two second straps further pulls the two first straps, then the rear side soft covered cloth will be removed backward from the U shape opening hole, making the pants body become the status allowing the patient to urinate; and when the patient finishes urinating, the patient can pulls the first straps and further pulls the rear side soft covered cloth back to position below the U shape opening hole. Therefore, it provides convenience and let the users maintain their dignity.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a nursing pants for urination, especially to one that allows the patients with disabilities to finish urination by themselves on the hospital bed or the wheelchair.

2. Description of the Related Art

As population aging becomes more serious, elders or people with disabilities may need a wheelchair, when it comes to excretion, it is convenient for them to do it without moving their body and do it on the wheelchair or hospital bed, thus some wheelchairs or hospital bed would have excretion device; FIG. 1A is a perspective view of the prior art, a wheelchair with an excretion device 90, an opening hole 92 for excretion arranged on the seat 91, below the opening hole 92 arranged a basin 93; FIG. 1B is a perspective view of the other wheelchair with an excretion device invented by the inventor, the inventor added an automatic cleaning device to the wheelchair; FIG. 1C is a nursing bed with excretion device 100, it is also invented by the inventor, an opening hole 102 arranged in the mattress 101, and below the opening hole 102 arranged a basin 103, and the nursing bed also has a cleaning device 104.

Although above mentioned the wheelchair 90 or hospital bed 100 has an excretion device, the users still need to take off their pants to excrete, if it happens to outdoor situation, it will be problems to the patients.

Also, the pants of the prior art include a waistband, two trouser legs, and a zipper, since the zipper in pants is partial opening, it is not convenient for user to urinate on the wheelchair; thus, for those who are disabled, the prior art needs to be improved.

The inventor disclosed a nursing pants for urination, Taiwan patent No. 1586338, China patent No. CN201610888680.4, as FIG. 1D showing, a U shape opening hole 13′ is arranged between two trouser legs 12′, two front positioning straps 20′ arranged on the front side of the waistband 11 and two back positioning straps 30′ arranged on the rear side of the waistband 11; two front tubes 40′ arranged under the two front positioning straps 20′ and two back tubes 50′ arranged under the two back positioning straps 30′; a waterproof cover, the top of the cover is fixed on the pants body 10′ and make the bottom cover covering the U shape opening hole 13′; a moveable soft covered cloth 70′ arranged under the U shape opening hole 13′, the front end connected to two elastic straps 71′, the free end went through the two front tubes 40′ and positioning by front positioning straps 20′, the rear end connected to two pulling straps 72′ and went through the back tubes 50′ and the toggles of the back positioning straps 30′; when pulling the free end 721′ of the two pulling straps 72′, the moveable soft covered cloth 70′ moved away from the U shape opening hole 13′, then allows the patient to urinate, and the elastic straps 71′ make the moveable soft covered cloth 70′ move back, therefore, the patient can urinate on the wheelchair or urinate on the bed.

Although the patent mentioned above can allow the patient to urinate directly on the wheelchair or the bed, it still required other's assistant to pull the free end 721′ of the two pulling straps 72′ to make the moveable soft covered cloth 70′ moved away from the U shape opening hole 13′, thus the invention needs to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a nursing pants for urination, especially to one that allows the patients with disabilities to finish urination by themselves on the hospital bed or wheelchair and achieve the effect of self-care.

In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention comprising, a pair of pants and a shirt, wherein the pants comprising:

a pants body, the pants body includes a waistband, a pair of trouser legs, a U shape opening hole arranged at the inner side of the trouser legs; wherein the pants body having a first Velcro above the U shape opening; a front side soft covered cloth arranged at the front side of the pants body, and the upper end of the front side soft covered cloth is sewed below the waistband and the lower end of the front side soft covered cloth is extended to the front side of the inner surface of the U shape opening hole, and the front side soft covered cloth has a through-hole arranged at the middle; an urination cover includes an urination slot with arc-shaped protrusion in the middle, a positioning cloth surrounding the urination slot, the upper part of the positioning cloth is corresponded to the arc radius of the urination slot and the lower part of the positioning cloth is extended forward from the bottom end of the urination slot, corresponding to the through-hole of the front side soft covered cloth arranged a D shaped structure at the front side of the urination slot, the urination cover is sewed on inner side surface of the front side soft covered cloth by the positioning cloth, and the D shaped structure is extended out of the through-hole, making the urination cover and the front side soft covered cloth become a front cover having features of urine draining and covering; a rear side soft covered cloth arranged at the rear side of the pants body, the upper end of the rear side soft covered cloth is sewed below the waistband and the lower end of the rear side soft covered cloth is extended to the bottom edge of the U shape opening hole, a toggles arranged at the both side of the rear side soft covered cloth, and a second Velcro is arranged at the lower end of the outer surface of the rear side soft covered cloth; two first straps, the upper end of the rear side of the first straps is defined as a free end, the free end went through the toggles and then extended out of the upper end of the rear side soft covered cloth, on the free end arranged a first buckle, and the lower end of the first straps which below the toggles is fixed by a sewing thread on the inner surface of the rear side soft covered cloth, and the first straps is extended upward to the D shaped structure of the urination cover and tied with a bowknot; a covered cloth, the front end and the rear end of the covered cloth corresponding to the first Velcro of the pants body and the second Velcro of the rear side soft covered cloth arranged a third Velcro and a fourth Velcro, making the covered cloth stick on the U shape opening hole and able to be separated; and

the shirt comprising:

a shirt body, at the front side of the shirt having two pockets; and two second straps, at the bottom end of the second straps corresponding to the first buckle of the first straps arranged a least a second buckle for connecting to the first buckle, and the two second straps are arranged at the rear side of the inner surface of the shirt, the front end of the second straps went through opening hole on shirt which is closed to the shoulders and further connected and fixed to the two pockets.

Whereby the patient pulls the two second straps, and the two second straps further pulls the two first straps, then the rear side soft covered cloth will be removed backward from the U shape opening hole, making the pants body become the status allowing the patient to urinate; and when the patient finishes urinating, the patient can pulls the first straps and further pulls the rear side soft covered cloth back to position below the U shape opening hole.

By the technique disclosed above, the present invention allows the patients and elders to urinate on the wheelchair or bed by themselves, it provides convenience and let the users maintain their dignity, as for their family members and the nursing workers, the present invention reduces their burden.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 2A-10, in an preferred embodiment of the present invention comprising: a pair of pants and a shirt, wherein the pants as FIG. 3 showing comprising: a pants body 10, the pants body 10 includes a waistband 11, a pair of trouser legs 12, and a U shape opening hole 13 arranged at the inner side of the trouser legs 12.

The main features of the present invention are: a first Velcro 14 arranged above the U shape opening 13; a front side soft covered cloth 70 arranged at the front side of the pants body 10, and the upper end 71 of the front side soft covered cloth 70 is sewed below the waistband 11 and the lower end 72 of the front side soft covered cloth 70 is extended to the front side of the inner surface of the U shape opening hole 13, and the front side soft covered cloth 70 has a through-hole 73 arranged at the middle, as FIG. 2A showing.

An urination cover 60, as FIG. 2A and FIG. 2C showing, includes an urination slot 61 with arc-shaped protrusion in the middle, a positioning cloth 62 surrounding the urination slot 61, the upper part 621 of the positioning cloth 62 is corresponded to the arc radius of the urination slot 61 and the lower part 622 of the positioning cloth 62 is extended forward from the bottom end of the urination slot 61, corresponding to the through-hole 73 of the front side soft covered cloth 70 arranged a D shaped structure 63 at the front side of the urination slot 61, the urination cover 60 is sewed on inner side surface of the front side soft covered cloth 70 by the positioning cloth 62, and the D shaped structure 63 is extended out of the through-hole 73, making the urination cover 60 and the front side soft covered cloth 70 become a front cover 50 having features of urine draining and covering, as FIG. 2B and FIG. 2C showing. In this embodiment, the urination cover 60 can be made of soft material, such as Silicone, but not limited.

A rear side soft covered cloth 80 arranged at the rear side of the pants body 10, the upper end 81 of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 is sewed below the waistband 11 and the lower end 82 of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 is extended to the bottom edge of the U shape opening hole 13, a toggles 83 arranged at the both side of the rear side soft covered cloth 80, and a second Velcro 86 is arranged at the lower end 82 of the outer surface of the rear side soft covered cloth 80.

Two first straps 84, the upper end of the rear side of the first straps 84 is defined as a free end, the free end went through the toggles 83 and then extended out of the upper end 81 of the rear side soft covered cloth 80, on the free end arranged a first buckle 841, and the lower end 82 of the first straps 84 which below the toggles 83 is fixed by a sewing thread 842 on the inner surface of the rear side soft covered cloth 80, and the first straps 84 is extended upward to the D shaped structure 63 of the urination cover 60 and tied with a bowknot 843, as FIG. 2D showing. Furthermore, as FIG. 3 and FIG. 6 showing, in this embodiment, when the upper end 81 of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 is sewed below the waistband 11, the upper end of the first straps 84 won't be sewed, so the first straps 84 is moveable, and further pulls the rear side soft covered cloth 80 by the position witch fixed by the sewing thread 842. In other words, when the first straps 84 (first buckle 841) is pulled, the toggles 83 is only served as positioning device, it won't be pulled; the pulling force is applied to the sewing thread 842, as FIG. 10 showing, when the upper end of the first straps 84 (first buckle 841) is pulled, the part of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 which near to the U shape opening hole 13 would be pulled backward and folded, at this situation, the U shape opening hole 13 would be opened. Also, as FIG. 9 showing, when the users finish urination, by pulling the front end of the first straps 84 the rear side soft covered cloth 80 would be pulled back to the U shape opening hole 13 bottom, and then the front end of the first straps 84 goes through the D shaped structure 63 of the urination cover 60 and tied with a bowknot 843.

A covered cloth 51, as FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B showing, the front end and the rear end of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 corresponding to the first Velcro 14 of the pants body and the second Velcro 86 of the rear side soft covered cloth 80 arranged a third Velcro 52 and a fourth Velcro 53, making the covered cloth 51 stick on the U shape opening hole 13 and able to be separated, as FIG. 5B and FIG. 9 showing, the covered cloth 51 has the benefit of easily separated and can cover the users' lower body during usual use. In this embodiment, the front side soft covered cloth 70, the rear side soft covered cloth 80, and the covered cloth 51 can be composed of fabric, plastic cloth, and nylon cloth.

The shirt required in the present invention as FIGS. 5A-7 comprising: a shirt body 10b, at the front side of the shirt body 10b having two pockets 15; and two second straps 85, at the bottom end of the second straps 85 corresponding to the first buckle 841 of the first straps 84 arranged a least a second buckle 851 for connecting to the first buckle 841, and the two second straps 85 are arranged at the rear side of the inner surface of the shirt body 10b, the front end 852 of the second straps 85 went through opening hole 16 on the shirt body 10b which is closed to the shoulders 17 and further connected and fixed to the two pockets 15; In this embodiment, the front end 852 of the second straps 85 is sewed inside the two pockets 15 for fixing. In this embodiment, the first buckle 841 and the second buckle 851 can be general bra buckle, having the benefit of easily connected and separated.

Therefore, the present invention achieves the effect of allowing patients finish excreting by themselves on the wheelchair or bed, the front end 852 of the second straps 85 is in front of the patients' chest, so they don't need other's help to finish excreting.

Whereby the patient pulls the two second straps 85, and the two second straps 85 further pulls the two first straps 84, then the rear side soft covered cloth 80 will be removed backward from the U shape opening hole 13, making the pants body become the status allowing the patient to urinate; and when the patient finishes urinating, the patient can pulls the first straps 84 and further pulls the rear side soft covered cloth 80 back to position below the U shape opening hole 13.

Based on the features above mentioned, the details functions and the instructions of present invention are below:

First, as FIG. 2C showing, a front cover 50 having function of urination and covering is made of the combination of the urination cover 60 and the front side soft covered cloth 70, the upper end 71 of the front side soft covered cloth 70 is sewed to the pants body 10a, the lower end 72 is arranged in front of the U shape opening hole 13; since the urination cover 60 is made of waterproof material, so it has the function of avoiding wetting the pants; Furthermore, the urination slot 61 is designed in arc-shaped to guide the urine downward, and the lower part of the positioning cloth 622 of the urination cover 60 is extended forward from bottom of the urination slot 61, so it has the function of avoiding wetting the front side soft covered cloth 70.

Second, the present invention arranged the second straps 85 and the first straps 84 on the pants body 10a and shirt body 10b and connected with the first buckle 841 and the second buckle 851b, the second straps 85 pass by the shoulder and then connect and fix to the two pockets 15, making the second straps 85 in front of the patients' chest, so the patient can finish urination by themselves on the hospital bed or wheelchair.

Finally, as FIGS. 1A-1C showing, the wheelchair 90 or the hospital bed 100 is the prior art of the inventor, the present invention focuses on the nursing pants, so we won't mention the structure of the wheelchair 90 or the hospital bed 100. FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operating status of the present invention applying on the wheelchair 90, when the patients are sitting on the seat 91 of the wheelchair 90, the U shape opening hole 13 is right above the urination opening hole 92 and basin 93, since there is a front cover 50 covering the lower body, the patients don't need to worry about exposing, (FIG. 11 shows the status that the covered cloth 51 is removed), it is convenient for patients to excrete on the wheelchair 90 rather than move to the toilet. The FIG. 12 showing the present invention applies to the hospital bed 100, instruction of using is almost the same to the wheelchair 90 above mentioned.

1. A nursing pants for urination, comprising: a pair of pants and a shirt, wherein the pants comprising:a). a pants body, the pants body includes a waistband, a pair of trouser legs, and a U shape opening hole arranged at the inner side of the trouser legs; wherein the pants body having a first Velcro above the U shape opening;b). a front side soft covered cloth arranged at the front side of the pants body, and the upper end of the front side soft covered cloth is sewed below the waistband and the lower end of the front side soft covered cloth is extended to the front side of the inner surface of the U shape opening hole, and the front side soft covered cloth has a through-hole arranged at the middle;c). an urination cover includes an urination slot with arc-shaped protrusion in the middle, a positioning cloth surrounding the urination slot, the upper part of the positioning cloth is corresponded to the arc radius of the urination slot and the lower part of the positioning cloth is extended forward from the bottom end of the urination slot, corresponding to the through-hole of the front side soft covered cloth arranged a D shaped structure at the front side of the urination slot, the urination cover is sewed on inner side surface of the front side soft covered cloth by the positioning cloth, and the D shaped structure is extended out of the through-hole, making the urination cover and the front side soft covered cloth become a front cover having features of urine draining and covering;d). a rear side soft covered cloth arranged at the rear side of the pants body, the upper end of the rear side soft covered cloth is sewed below the waistband and the lower end of the rear side soft covered cloth is extended to the bottom edge of the U shape opening hole, a toggles arranged at the both side of the rear side soft covered cloth, and a second Velcro is arranged at the lower end of the outer surface of the rear side soft covered cloth;e). two first straps, the upper end of the rear side of the first straps is defined as a free end, the free end went through the toggles and then extended out of the upper end of the rear side soft covered cloth, on the free end arranged a first buckle, and the lower end of the first straps which below the toggles is fixed by a sewing thread on the inner surface of the rear side soft covered cloth, and the first straps is extended upward to the D shaped structure of the urination cover and tied with a bowknot; andf). a covered cloth, the front end and the rear end of the rear side soft covered cloth corresponding to the first Velcro of the pants body and the second Velcro of the rear side soft covered cloth arranged a third Velcro and a fourth Velcro, making the covered cloth stick on the U shape opening hole and able to be separated;the shirt comprising:a). a shirt body, at the front side of the shirt body having two pockets; andb). two second straps, at the bottom end of the second straps corresponding to the first buckle of the first straps arranged a least a second buckle for connecting to the first buckle, and the two second straps are arranged at the rear side of the inner surface of the shirt body, the front end of the second straps went through opening hole on the shirt body which is closed to the shoulders and further connected and fixed to the two pockets;whereby the patient pulls the two second straps, and the two second straps further pulls the two first straps, then the rear side soft covered cloth will be removed backward from the U shape opening hole, making the pants body become the status allowing the patient to urinate; and when the patient finishes urinating, the patient can pulls the first straps, and further pulls the rear side soft covered cloth back to position below the U shape opening hole.

2. The nursing pants for urination as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front side soft covered cloth, the rear side soft cloth, and the covered cloth is composed of fabric, plastic cloth, and nylon cloth.
