The present technology relates to a one-touch tent that can prevent a safety accident of a user by adjusting the rotating speed of a pole member about a reference body in the process of folding or unfolding the pole member constituting the one-touch tent by an elastic member.
In general, a tent is installed in the form of a dome by supporting a cover cloth with poles for sleeping and etc. in camping.
Typically, the cover cloth is provided separately from poles supporting the cover cloth, so it is very cumbersome and difficult to accurately assemble the cover cloth with the poles when the tent is installed.
In order to solve the above problem, a one-touch tent, which can be stored by unfolding or folding the tent with minimal manipulation, has been developed and disclosed in Korean Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 20-2008-0002103.
Conventionally, a plurality of poles are coupled to be arranged radially on one body, and gear portions that engage with each other are formed on the body and the poles, so that when pressed or pulled by a manual operation, the poles are unfolded or folded by a gear mechanism.
In this operation, the body is provided with a coil spring configured to elastically support the operation of the gear and a fixing device for maintaining the unfolded state of the poles. Thus, when the fixing device is released, the poles are quickly folded due to elastic force of the coil spring so that a tent curtain is folded together, thereby allowing a user to conveniently fold and unfold the tent like the principle of operation of an umbrella.
However, according to the related art as described above, in the process of rapidly folding a plurality of poles by the elastic force of the coil spring, the user's fingers, etc., may be caught between the poles and the body according to the skill of the user, thereby causing accidents such as fractures or skin damage.

Hereinafter, a one-touch tent 1 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, as shown in
In more detail, the reference body 100 has a configuration rotatably coupled with a plurality of pole members 400 to be described later and allows the elevating body 200 to be installed to elevate with the reference body 100. The reference body 100 includes an elastic member 110, a cap 130, and a first extension body 120.
For example, as shown in the drawings, the reference body 100 is molded into a pipe shape with open upper and lower portions using a material such as synthetic resin, and the first extension body 120 protrudes from the outer surface of the reference body 100.
A screw thread screw-coupled with the cap 130 is formed on an upper outer surface of the reference body 100, so that the reference body 100 is detachably coupled with the cap 130.
Through the above configuration, the elastic member 110 having a coil spring shape and inserted into the reference body 100 can be stretched and contracted by using the elevation of the elevating body 200 in a hollow portion inside the reference body 100.
In addition, the elastic member 110 can be prevented from being separated to the outside by the cap 130 coupled to the reference body 100.
A plurality of first rotation grooves 121 are radially formed on the outer surface of the first extension body 120 about the reference body 100 formed in a column shape, and a head 430 constituting the pole member 400 is rotatably coupled with the first rotation grooves 121.
At this point, an angle control groove 123 for controlling the rotating angle of the head 430 that rotates in the first rotation groove 121 is further formed on the lower surface of the first connection member 330, so that the moving distance of the elevating body 200 is intentionally controlled to maximize the safety accident prevention effect of the user together with the speed adjusting member 300 to be described later.
Meanwhile, although not shown in the reference body 100 of the present invention, a fixing means (not shown) mentioned in the related art may be further provided to apply an external force so that the elastic member 110 can be fixed in a contracted state through the elevation of the elevating body 200, and at the same time, to release the external force to allow the elevating body 200 to automatically descend by the elastic force of the elastic member 110. The description of the structural features of the fixing device will be omitted so as not to obscure the subject matter of the present invention.
In addition, referring further to
For example, the elevating body 200 may be formed using the same material as the reference body 100 described above, and the guide bar 210 protrudes from the upper surface of the elevating body 200 to have a length in the vertical direction.
The guide bar 210, which protrudes from the upper surface of the elevating body 200 so as to have a column shape, is inserted into the hollow portion through the open lower portion of the reference body 100 to apply an external force that allows the elastic member 110 to be stretched and contracted.
To this end, a jaw portion 211 is formed on the outer surface of the guide bar 210 so that the lower surface of the elastic member 110 can be supported, and the jaw portion 211 has a support function to support the elevating body 200 such that the elevating body can be prevented from being separated from the inside of the reference body 100.
The second extension body 220 is configured to protrude in connection with the elevating body 200, and a plurality of second rotation grooves 221 are radially formed on the outer surface of the second extension body 220 such that the link 500 can be rotatably coupled to the elevating body 200 through a rotating shaft.
At this point, the second rotation groove 221 is preferably configured to face the above-described first rotation groove 121 in the vertical direction.
In addition, the speed adjusting member 300 is configured to adjust the elevating speed of the elevating body 200 when the elevating body 200 is elevating about the reference body 100. According to the first embodiment, the speed adjusting member 300 may include a single-acting or double-acting pneumatic cylinder including the body 310 and the rod 320 that can elevate into and out of the body 310.
To this end, the lower portion of the body 310 is coupled to the upper portion of the second extension body 220, and the column-shaped rod 320 is inserted into the upper portion of the body 310 such that the rod 320 can be stretched and contracted.
In addition, the upper portion of the rod 320 is fastened to the lower surface of the first extension body 120. Based on the above configuration, when the elevating body 200 ascends or descends, the elastic member 110 is contracted or stretched, and at the same time, the speed adjusting member 300 performs the piston movement by the pneumatic pressure to adjust the elevating speed of the elevating body 200.
Meanwhile, as shown in
That is, the speed adjusting member 300 including the body 310 and the rod 320 according to the first embodiment is integrally formed with the reference body 100 and the elevating body 200 when manufacturing the one-touch tent 1 according to the present invention such that the speed adjusting member 300 can be prevented from being separated from the reference body 100 and the elevating body 200, and the second embodiment including the connection member 330 can be installed and used in a conventional tent that does not include the speed adjusting member 300 according to the first embodiment.
To this end, the connection member 330 includes a pair of first flanges 331 that protrude in connection with the outer surfaces of the body 310 and the rod 320, and a pair of second flanges 333 that are coupled with the first flanges 331 by the fastening device P and inserted through the outer surfaces of the body 310 and the rod 320 such that the second flanges 333 are movable in the longitudinal direction.
At this point, the first and second flanges 333 are provided with through holes and the fastening device P passes through the through holes, so that the first and second flanges can be detachably fastened to each other. As shown in the drawings, the speed adjusting member 300 is preferably mounted between the first and second flanges 333 by pressing the first extension body 120 or the second extension body 220.
In addition, referring back to
For example, the connecting rod 420 is formed on the head 430 connected to the extension rib 440 and is rotatably coupled to one side of the link 500 through a rotating shaft.
In addition, as shown in the drawings, the head 430 is coupled through a rotating shaft so that one side thereof can be rotated within the first rotation groove 121, and at least one extension rib 440 having a predetermined length is coupled to the other side of the head 430.
At this point, the outer surface of the head 430, which rotates through the elevation of the elevating body 200, is inserted into the angle control groove 123 in a shape-fitting manner during the rotation so that the rotating angle of the pole member 400 can be preferably controlled.
In addition, the extension rib 440 provided on the other side of the head 430 in a column-shape may have a plurality of joint structures that can be folded and unfolded freely as needed, and may be connected to the tent curtain 410 such that the tent curtain 410 can be unfolded or folded together.
In addition, the link 500 connects the elevating body 200 and the pole member 400 to each other to rotate the pole member 400 so that the pole member 400 can be unfolded or folded by the elevation of the elevating body 200.
To this end, one side of the link 500 is rotatably coupled to the connecting rod 420 through a rotating shaft, and the other side is rotatably coupled to the second rotation groove 221 formed in the second extension body 220 through the rotating shaft.
As described above, in the one-touch tent 1 according to the present invention, the speed adjusting member 300 is manufactured integrally with the reference body 100 and the elevating body 200 in one embodiment, and when the pole member 400 rotates through the elevation of the elevating body 200, the rotating speed of the pole member 400 is reduced by the speed adjusting member 300 serving as the pneumatic cylinder.
In addition, in the one-touch tent 1 according to the present invention, the speed adjusting member 300 including the connection member 330 in another embodiment is manufactured to be replaceable with respect to the reference body 100 and the elevating body 200, so that the speed adjusting member 300 can be applied to other tents that are not equipped with the speed adjusting member 300.
Thus, the effect of preventing safety accidents such as pinching of the user's finger can be realized through the above-described embodiments.
As described above, the present invention has been disclosed with specific matters such as specific components and limited embodiments as well as drawings, but these are only provided to help a more general understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and variations are possible from the above description by those having the ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains.
Therefore, the idea of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, and not only the claims to be described later, but also all those with equivalent or equivalent modifications to the claims will belong to the scope of the idea of the present invention.
