Abstract
The present invention relates to a tumbler capable of accommodating various beverages, and more particularly, to a tumbler that allows not only cleaning the concaved portion of the interior of the tumbler is easy by configuring the tumbler detached and coupled in half in the longitudinal direction, and drying after washing is quick and easy, but also a separate washing tool is not necessary and sanitary and hygiene of the tumbler is managed as the interior of the tumbler is completely detached and opened.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tumbler capable of accommodating water, beverages, or the like, and more particularly, to a tumbler that allows halving the tumbler to be coupled separately so that not only cleaning of the tumbler easy and convenient, also a drying process after detaching and washing of the tumbler is quick and easy, thereby a clean and hygienic tumbler can be used.


Background of the Related Art

In general, a tumbler is a beverage container that allows drinking by accommodating a variety of beverages including water, coffee, and the like.


The tumbler is manufactured by using materials including glass, ceramics, stainless, synthetic resins, and the like, which are harmless to human bodies. The tumbler is widely used in various places, including households and offices, and the like.


In recent years, the trend of the tumbler having thermal insulation and cooling effects is gaining attention as materials used for manufacturing and structures of the tumbler having double-walled or hollow structures are being developed.


However, although the features possessed by the tumbler, accommodating a variety of beverages therein, and to users who drink the beverages, cleaning, and managing of the tumbler for hygiene's sake has been important, and yet there was a problem in that since tumbler has a long shape with a narrow opening, the tumbler was difficult to wash.


As described above, the tumbler to be separated for convenient cleaning has been developed, and such tumbler is described in the prior art document, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0002991 entitled “a detachable vacuum tumbler”.


The related art aforementioned is a detachable vacuum tumbler to provide a tumbler that separates the air discharge means from the sealing portion when the vacuum inside the container is completed, thereby the operation is easily performed and conveniently used, and by minimizing the volume and reducing the weight of the tumbler, the portability is improved.


In addition, as of another prior art document, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0005565 entitled “Height adjustable and detachable screw-type tumbler” is disclosed to provide a tumbler not only the size is minimized to be portable, but also to suit one's taste by providing a precise height adjustment.


However, since the aforementioned conventional detachable type tumbler has a multi-staged structure and detached in the lateral direction, the structure of the detached tumbler has a narrow cylindrical shape and still washing the tumbler therein is inconvenient and troublesome, which needs a separate washing tool to wash.


In addition, detaching and engaging of the tumbler structure mostly adopts a screw coupling method, and due to the detaching method and the structure of screw, washing, and drying of the most inner portion of the tumbler or uneven portion of the screw may not be easy, making the tumbler unsanitary and there is a problem about managing hygiene of the tumbler.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a tumbler, which is configured by to a tumbler that allows to be coupled separately in the longitudinal direction so that the interior of the tumbler is completely opened, thereby washing the most inner and cornered portion of the interior of the tumbler is easy, and not only drying after washing is quick and easy, but also a separate washing tool is not necessary and sanitary and hygiene of the tumbler is managed.


To accomplish the above objects, there is provided a tumbler comprising: a tumbler body configured to have a pair of first and second semicircular parts coupled separately into both sides thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof, the first semicircular part and the second semicircular part each having a semicircular sectional shape on a plane and being detachably fastened to each other; a cap member configured to have a cover fixed to top end peripheries of the first and second semicircular parts coupled to each other, a loop-shaped fixing part fastenedly fixed to first and second bolt portions formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the tops of the first and second semicircular parts coupled to the cover, and a cap disposed on top of the tumbler body to open and close the tumbler body.


As described above, the tumbler according to the present invention is a useful invention in a sense that not only cleaning the most inner peripheral interior of the tumbler is easy by configuring the tumbler detached and coupled in half in the longitudinal direction, and drying after washing is quick and easy, but also a separate washing tool is not necessary and sanitary and hygiene of the tumbler is managed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Hereinafter, the structure and effect of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the present invention comprises a tumbler body 100 accommodating beverages and the like, a cap member 200 to open and close on the top of the tumbler body 100.


A tumbler body 100 is configured to be detached and coupled in the longitudinal directions in both sides, a first semicircular part 100 to be detached and coupled in a semicircular sectional shape, and a second semicircular part 120 to be fastened and coupled to the first semicircular part 110.


The first semicircular part 110 comprising: a first accommodating portion 111 accommodating beverages; a protruding portion 112 protruding from outer peripheral surface of the first accommodating portion 111; a protruding packing 113 insertedly coupled in the protruding portion 112; a fixing hook 114 protruded on the bottom at a given length; a first bolt portion 115 provided on the outer surface of the upper portion; a first support portion 116 protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the top thereof.


The protruding portion 112 comprises a concave groove 112a in which a protrusion packing 113 on both sides is to be recessed and fixed.


Protrusions 113a at both sides of an inner peripheral surface of the top thereof is provided with the protrusion packing 113 so that the concave groove 112a of the protruding portion 112 are insertedly and fixed.

    • The second semicircular part 120 comprising: a second accommodating portion 121 accommodating beverages; a concave groove portion 122 formed along an outer peripheral surface of the second accommodating portion 121; a concave packing 123 insertedly coupled to the recessed portion 122; a hook groove 124 formed on the bottom thereof to fixedly fasten the fixing hook 114 thereto; the second bolt portion 125 formed on the outer peripheral surface of top thereof; and a second support portion 126 protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the top thereof.


In the concave groove portion 122, a concave groove 122a is provided on both sides of an inner portion, in the concave packing 123, a concave packing protrusion 123a is provided on both sides of the outer peripheral surface thereof, and in the concave portion groove 122a, a concave packing protrusion 123a is fixedly fastened.


The first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 are manufactured using a variety of materials including synthetic resin, stainless or ceramic, and manufactured as in double-walled or hollow structures, but is not necessarily limited thereto.


The cap member 200 comprising: a cover 210 to be fixed to the top end peripheries of the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 coupled to each other; a loop-shaped fixing part 220 fastenedly fixed to first and second bolt portions formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the tops of the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120; and a cap 230 disposed on top of the tumbler body 100 to open and close the tumbler body 100.


The cover 210 is configured to provide a contact portion 211 to be in contact with to the first support portion 116 and the second support portion 126, and preferably a flexible material is provided to maximize the contact region that the contact portion 211 of the cover 210 is contacted.


Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.


As shown in FIG. 1 to 8, the present invention allows to wash the most inner corner portion of the tumbler conveniently and to dry quickly, as the interior of the tumbler is opened by detaching tumbler body 100 and the cap member 200.


As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the tumbler is assembled and coupled in the detached state, firstly, a protrusion packing 113 is inserted and coupled to the protruding portion 112 of the first semicircular part 120.


At this time, since the concave groove 112a provided on the protruding portion 112 is insertedly coupled to the protrusion 113a protrusion packing 113, the protruding portion 112 and the protrusion packing 113 are firmly assembled and fixed.


In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the second semicircular part 120 is also assembled and coupled to the concave packing 123 to the concave groove portion 122, the concave groove portion 122 and the concave packing 123 are assembled and coupled firmly by the concave groove 122a and the concave packing protrusion 123a.


As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for each of the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 to which the packing is coupled respectively, the fixing hook 114 is assembled and fixed to the hook groove 124, and when the protrusion packing 113 is in contact with, and coupled to the concave packing 123, the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 are firmly in contact with and fixed to each other.


As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the cover 210 of the cap member 200 is disposed on the top of the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 coupled thereto, and the fixing part 220 is assembled by using bolts to the first second bolt portions 115, 125, since the first and second semicircular parts 110, 120 coupled thereto is more firmly in contact with, and coupled to each other, the first and second accommodating portions 111, 121 assemblies formed thereto is sealed and completely block leakage of beverages accommodated therein through packing a plurality of packing sealing structures.


In addition, when the cover 230 is coupled to the tumbler body 100, since the contact portion 211 of the cover 210 is firmly in contact with the first and support portions 116, 126 with a large contact area, the cap member 200 allows sealing the tumbler body 100, and the effect of blocking leakage of the beverages is improved.


In addition, when the detachment of the tumbler is performed in the reverse order of foregoing engaging thereof, the assembled structure of the tumbler may be detached and opened which allows to conveniently clean the corners and small portions of each structure and dry and manage quickly and hygienically even after washing.

  • 1. An open-type tumbler comprising: a tumbler body configured to have a pair of first and second semicircular parts coupled separately into both sides thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof, the first semicircular part and the second semicircular part each having a semicircular sectional shape on a plane and being detachably fastened to each other; anda cap member configured to have a cover fixed to top end peripheries of the first and second semicircular parts coupled to each other, a loop-shaped fixing part fastenedly fixed to first and second bolt portions formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the tops of the first and second semicircular parts coupled to the cover, and a cap disposed on top of the tumbler body to open and close the tumbler body,wherein the first semicircular part of the tumbler body comprises a first accommodating portion accommodating beverages, a protruding portion protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the first accommodating portion, a protrusion packing insertedly coupled to the protruding portion, a fixing hook protruding by a given length from the bottom thereof, the first bolt portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of top thereof, and a first support portion protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the top thereof, andthe second semicircular part of the tumbler body comprises a second accommodating portion accommodating the beverages, a concave groove portion formed along an outer peripheral surface of the second accommodating portion, a concave packing insertedly coupled to the concave groove portion, a hook groove formed on the bottom thereof to fixedly fasten the fixing hook thereto, the second bolt portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of top thereof, and a second support portion protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the top thereof

The open-type tumbler of claim 1, wherein the protruding portion of the first semicircular part comprises concave grooves formed on both sides thereof to insertedly fix the protrusion packing thereto, and the protrusion packing comprises protrusions protruding from an interior thereof on both sides thereof to be insertedly fixed to the concave grooves of the protruding portion.
  • 3. The open-type tumbler of claim 1, wherein the concave groove portion of the second semicircular part comprises concave grooves formed on both sides of an interior thereof, and the concave packing comprises concave packing protrusions protruding from both sides of an exterior thereof to be insertedly fixed to the concave grooves of the concave groove portion.
