The present invention is related to devices used to fit, stick, hang and/or clamp distinct clothes for drying and/or storing distinct garments.
As is commonly known, after being conventionally washed in tanks, washing machines and the like, the clothes are hung on suitable places, such as clothes lines, so that the water may dry through the incidence of heat and natural air flow, thus allowing the water of the laundering to evaporate.
However, the service areas are more and more reduced nowadays, without available space for fixing clothes lines, besides making it difficult for the wind to flow naturally, so that the clothes are not arranged suitably and are then heaped up, resulting in an inadequate drying that may bring about: unpleasant odor, fungi and mildew both in fabrics and textile equipment. This situation is aggravated in the case of stockings and underwear or clothes having thicker wefts that are less space apart.
It is also known that smaller clothes, such as those mentioned hereinabove, may be deformed and marked by the pressure of hangers, in addition to the fact that they may stain same due to the fact that they contain rust, dust granules, fungi, or any sort of dirt.
Another way to dry clothes is by using automatic drying machines which provide the whole drying of the clothes, but such machines are very expensive and consume a lot of energy and space, and may as well shrink the clothes while they are been dried.
Brazilian document No. MU 8002701-6 is directed to a clothes line multiplier configured on a hanger to be used on a clothes line, thus saving useful space so that the clothes may be disposed transversally to the clothes line where pants, shirts and the like would occupy less space besides dispensing the task of ironing clothes such as shirts and t-shirts.
Brazilian document No. MU 7901394-5, is directed to a dismountable hanger holder provided with a pedestal used to support clothes, whose hanger may be detached from the hanger holder by being decoupled therefrom and then hung on a clothes line or hook attached to a wall through a hook provided on the rump of the hanger.
Despite the existence of some drying systems to be hung on clothes lines, the clothes and garments are hung conventionally, that is, pegs should be used to hold same, and therefore the clothes may be marked and worn out quickly.
The present application seeks to provide a device for fitting, sticking, hanging and/or clamping distinct and multiple clothes and drying and/or storing distinct garments, the device comprising: (a) a main body (3b) having a center portion (3a) provided with slightly angled shoulders (3c), the shoulders having a first lower end (3d) and a second lower end (3e) facing each other, the first and second lower end including a first attachment means (3f) and the second lower end having a second attachment means (4); (b) a hook (2) having a first end (2a) attached to the center portion (3a) of main body (3b); and (c) a supporting rod (H), having (d1) a linear central section (5a); (d2) a first end constructed and arranged to fit into the first attachment means (3f); (d3) and a second end constructed and arranged to fit into the second attachment means (4), wherein the supporting rod connecting the first and second lower ends (3d) and (3e).

Aiming at new improvements for the consuming market, mainly homecarers and housewives that require quickness, efficiency and practicality, the applicant has developed the device proposed herein that opens and closes and is provided with a sharp supporting rod to fit, stick, hook and/or clamp distinct clothes for drying and/or storing of distinct garments that may be used to hang clothes, such as underwear, stockings, handkerchiefs, gloves, caps, sportswear, children clothes, and the like, apart from being used in a number of other functions designed for such purpose.
The present application is an openable device provided with a sharp supporting rod to fit, stick, hang and/or clamp distinct clothes for drying and/or storing distinct garments that include underwear, stockings, handkerchiefs, shoes, slippers, gloves, bonnets, caps, small-size children clothes, and the like, provided with a supporting rod that can be hinged or sharp at one of the ends of the proposed hanger, while the other end of said rod is always sharp and capable to fit, stick, hang and/or clamp one or more of said garments, and may be closed either on the side or the upper or lower portion, thus allowing the hanger, with the clothes, or with distinct types of clothes that it can handle, to be placed on clothes lines, hooks, closets, pantries, and the like, thus assisting the drying and airing of the clothes in an organized way, which clothes may be stored later in a closet in this same organized way. The sharp tip or tips of the rod are thin and its thickness is similar to that of a needle and thickens gradually while extending along the rod. When not in use, it may receive a protective cover.
The present application is an openable device provided with a sharp supporting rod to fit, stick, hang and/or clamp distinct clothes for drying and/or storing distinct garments that include underwear, stockings, handkerchiefs, shoes, slippers, gloves, bonnets, caps, small-size children clothes, and the like, provided with a hinged supporting rod at one of the ends of the proposed hanger model, while the other end of said rod is sharp and capable to fit, stick, hang and/or clamp one or more of said garments, and may be closed either on the side or the upper or lower portion, thus allowing the hanger, with the clothes, or with distinct types of clothes that it can handle, to be placed on clothes lines, hooks, closets, pantries, and the like, thus assisting the drying and airing of the clothes in an organized way, which clothes may be stored later in a closet in this same organized way. The sharp tip of the rod is thin and its thickness is similar to that of a needle and thickens gradually while extending along the rod. When not in use, it may receive a protective cover.
It has a structure or body that is be made of plastic, wood, or any suitable material that serve the purpose suitably, and a supporting rod made of metallic material, iron, steel, plastic, and the like that is steady, straight and molded with a sharp needle-shaped tip in at least one side, so that this end of the rod can stick, hook, fit and/or clamp distinct clothes and/or garments. Alternatively, one of the sides of the supporting rod is a hinged side while the other side is a sharp needle-shaped tip. It is closed either on the side or the upper or lower portion thereof in combination with a hook for such purpose, and may also receive a protective cover for the tip; in a constructive variant of the fitting hook. Alternatively, the fitting hook is replaced by a prolongation having a channel to accommodate the sharp end of the rod, in the shape of a ditch or channel to provide a suitable rest, so that the hanger already having clothes hung thereon is disposed on clothes lines, hooks, closets, and the like, thus assisting the drying, airing and organization of the clothes in a satisfactory way.
The user opens the device, insert several garments therein and then closes it after having held everything firmly within it. The sharp tip is quite thin, the thickness of which is very close to that of a needle, thus allowing the garments to be stuck in a suitable way. Said thickness increases gradually along the whole rod. The sharp tip may be protected by a cover that envelops and protects it and is provided with an opening for inserting clothes, which are then stuck or hooked, and then it is closed. Optionally, the sharp tip is fit, held and protected on a channel or ditch provided at one of the hanger ends.
The device of the present application is suitable to be used outdoors and in the open air since the clothes do neither fall off nor fly off, thus facilitating the well distributed drying action even more.
The main advantages of the present device reside in the fact that distinct clothes are able to be stuck, hooked, fit and/or clamped through an openable system of said rod that could be used for the most distinct sets of clothes or garments such as stockings, underwear, sportswear, children clothes, bathing suits, and the like, so that they are placed on clothes lines, hooks or outdoors in a quick, efficient and practical way, thus making it possible to dry same integrally and individually, so that they neither fall off, fall down, get humid nor present any unpleasant odor, fungi, rust, and do not deform in contact with compressive artifacts, besides being stored in the same way when kept in a closet.
Amongst the basic characteristics of innovation of the device, the device is opened and closed through a thin sharp rod, and used to fit, stick, clamp and hook clothes after having been opened, and then the device is closed, so that the clothes are kept safe for the function they should perform.
The present application, according to the first embodiment, is directed to a device that opens and closes that is provided with a sharp supporting rod to fit, stick, hook and/or clamp distinct clothes for drying and/or storing distinct garments, more precisely that is proposed in a shape similar to that of a device (1) provided with a main hook (2) whose end (2a) is attached to the center (3a) of a main body (3b) made of plastic, wood, or another suitable material such as rigid polymer, and also provided with slightly angled shoulders (3c) with, the lower first end (3d) and lower second end (3e) facing each other, which are connected by a supporting rod (H) made of iron, steel, plastic, or any variation of possible materials so that such part is steady and sharp.
According to the present application, the lower base of the device of the second lower end (3e) of the device is either provided with a secondary hook (4), while the base of the first lower end (3d) is provided with an orifice (3f) so that both may receive the supporting rod (H), in this case preferably made of metal and provided with a linear central sector (5a) folded at one of its ends in order to provide a short vertical portion (5b) wherefrom a spherical head (5c) projects so that it may fit into the orifice (3f) of the first lower end (3d), while the other end of the sector (5a) of the rod (H) has a tapered sharp end (5d) that is initially thin and then thickens gradually inward. The sharp portion may be covered by a detachable protection cap or cover (6) for protecting the thin tip (5d).
When the supporting rod (H) is duly assembled to the end (3d) of the body (3) of the device, it may swivel freely so that, by using said sharp end (5d), distinct clothes (V) may be fit, stuck, hooked or clamped by the sharp thin tip, and then the protecting cover may be applied to said sharp end, and then both are supported on the hook (4).
